In this final project will design build to identify bank note eye bases RGB.   Colour characteristic an image gets to be declared for deep shaped histogram of that image one set down by h (r,g,b ), where h (r,g,b ) are total its appearances color couple r (red), g (green) and b (blue) one particular.   This project intent to identify rupiah money bases color resemblance. Identification is done about item bank note. Identified bank note type is prevailing rupiah bank note at Indonesia, which is fraction a thousand, two thousand, five thousand, ten thousand, twenty thousand, fifty thousand and a hundred thousand rupiahs.  To determine color characteristic of a bank note object utilized by count average histogram ruddles, green and blue. To know resemblance did by accounts distance of histogram point on their pictured pattern and query. If both of image has minimal distance, therefore gets to be concluded that image second that has resemblance.  Application program was built to utilize Delphi program application 7. Abstract

PT. INDOSAT Tbk is one of the biggest telecommunications company in Indonesia. Indosat providing cellular services includes telephonies services,short message services and data services. Short Message Services ( SMS ) is one of the services which is allow the user to exchange text between them. As one of the main services from the INDOSAT,we need to maintain and check regularly of the SMS delivery systemat the Mobile Switching Center ( MSC ) to keep it at it’s best. The system that we know now is still doing the maintenance manually. It’s take too much time and that’s make it not the most effective way to do the maintenance. The main purpose of this program is to replace the manual system for making the SMS delivery system report that using microsoft excel with automatic SMS delivery system report by web. The input of this program  is from the raw data ( microsoft excel ) and the output is the chart. Abstract

Menghadapi persaingan di dunia telekomunikasi semua perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang telekomunikasi berlomba-lomba untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada konsumen. Salah satu pelayanan yang diberikan berupa kualitas jaringan telekomunikasi. Untuk mendapat informasi tentang kondisi jaringan dengan cepat dan akurat maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat mengolah data secara otomatis, sehingga pengguna dapat mengambil keputusan yang cepat jika terjadi gangguan pada jaringan. Untuk itulah penulis mengambil judul Sistem Informasi Performansi BTS Pada PT Nexwave Indonesia Berbasis Web sebagai laporan Tugas Akhir.  Proyek Tugas Akhir ini, penulis melakukan riset pada PT.Nexwave Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan untuk Sistem Informasi Performansi BTS ini adalah metode prototype. Metode prototype merupakan proses pembuatan model dari obyek yang akan dibuat sehingga diketahui hasilnya. Sistem Informasi ini dibuat dengan memanfaatkan teknologi web base sehingga dapat diakses dari mana saja. Adapun software yang digunakan untuk Tugas Akhir  ini adalah Adobe Dreamweaver CS3. Sistem basis data yang digunakan adalah Oracle 10g dan bahasa pemrograman PHP yang tergabung dalam software XAMPP 1.7.4. Hasil akhir dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah website Sistem Informasi Performansi BTS yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah pengguna untuk melakukan analisaKata kunci : PHP, Sistem Informasi Performansi BTS, Oracle 10g, Prototype.

Abstract

Divisi Operasi Teknik PT StarOne MitraTelekomunikasi (PT SMT) memegang peran penting dalam menjaga kinerja, ketersediaan, dan kualitas jaringanCDMA StarOne di wilayah Jawa Tengah dan DaerahIsti mewa Yogyakarta. Salah tugasnya adalah mengontrol pemakaian material atau spare part yang saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Hal tersebut menyebabkanwaktu yang lama dalam proses pencatatan serta kurangnya keakuratan, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kualitas jaringan. Untuk mengatasi masalah diatas, maka di perlukan sebuah sistem secara komputerisasi untuk mengontrol pemakaian material atau spare part secara mudah, cepat, dan fleksibel. Maka dibuatlah aplikasi sistem informasi spare part  melalui perancangan UML (Unified Modelling Language) diantaranya use case diagram, sequencediagram, activity diagram dan class diagram. Aplikasi inidibangun dengan menggunakan PHP dan MySql. Dalam implementasi aplikasi ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa sangat efektif digunakan untuk mengatur segala aktifitas yang ada seperti mencatat dataspare part,melayani per mintaan serta pemesanan spare part kepihak penyedi a. With advances in information technology arerapidly evolving in the era of globalization, many problems -problems that arise in information technology and also did notrule out a lot of ideas - new ideas about information technologyIn this case I want to design an application in the form of a national exam practice web-based, which is the purpose of theexercise of this national exam, which is to facilitate internetusers particularly high school students who want to face thenational exam in its efforts to prepare for practice by doingpractice questions exam through access to the Internet isgrowing rapidly today. Software used for the manufacture ofthis application is comprised of the PHP programming language supported by Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 as a texeditor, and to use the MySQL database management. With thiscollection of exercises apilkasi national exam for a web-based school learning system for students - high school student in thelearning process and prepare for the national exam by utilizingthe internet. Abstract

Bersumber BMKG atau sering disebut dengan Badan MeteorologiKlimatologi dan Geofisika merupakan sebuah instansi yang menangani tentang masalahiklim, tsunami, informasi cuaca di kota tertentu, informasi posisi gempa bumi terbaru, suhuudara, kelembaban, lama penyinaran matahari, tekanan udara dan lain sebagainya dalamkurun waktu tertentu maupun data sekunder seperti prakiraan cuaca esok hari, prakiraan cuaca seminggu kedepan, iklim dan lain–lain yang dapat digunakan untuk tujuan penelitian.  Tujuan yang akan dicapai adalah membuat aplikasi informasi cuaca dan gempa bumpada BMKG Semarang berbasis SMS Gateway dengan menggunakan Delphi dan XML sehingga masyarakat dapat mengetahui informasi tentang cuaca dan gempa bumi hanyadengan melalui SMS. Aplikasi informasi cuaca dan gempa bumi pada BMKG Semarang berbasis SMS Gateway dibuat dengan menggunakan Delphi dan XML dengan menggunakan engine GAMMU untukmenghubungkan modem dengan database MySQL). Abstract

Sistem Pakar Untuk Mendeteksi Kerusakan Pada Motor Tossa yang dapat ditampilkan di dalam web, sehingga alasan efisiensi waktu dan kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat akan kerusakan motor Tossa dapat teratasi. Analisa tehadap perancangan sistem pakar ini meliputi pembuatan pohon keputusan, mesin iferensi, DFD, ERD, flowchart, spesifikasi dan rencana implementasi. Perancangan sistem pakar ini di buat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MYSQL. Berdasarkan hasil analisa yang dilakukan penulis maka diambil kesimpulan bahwa masyarakat masih sering membawa kerusakan motor Tossa ke bengkel resmi tanpa menanggulangi kerusakan sendiri dahulu. Abstract

Hutan merupakan sumberdaya alam yang dapat diperbarui, sehingga dapat memberikan manfaat secara lestari.  KPH Randublatung yang terletak dikabupaten Blora merupakan salah satu hutan yang harus di lestrikan karena sebagai fungsi perlindungan tata air, perlindungan kondisi permukaan tanah dari bahaya erosi dan atau longsor, serta juga untuk perlindungan satwa atau fauna serta habitatnya.  Mempertahankan fungsi hutan sebagai suatu ekosistem hayati merupakan prinsip yang perlu ditaati dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan hutan. Dengan ada aplikasi sistem informasi geografis pemetaan hutan menurut klasifikasi sebagai potensi hutan lindung di kabupaten blora, diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dan pengawai perhutani mengetahui letak wilayah yang berpotensi sebagai hutan lindung dikawasan dan bisa melestarikan hutan lindung di KPH Randublatung. Abstract

Wedding Organizer adalah suatu jasa yang berfungsi secara pribadi membantu calon pengantin dan keluarga dalam perencanaan dan supervisi pelaksanaan rangkaian acara pesta pernikahan sesuai dengan jadwal dan budget  yang telah ditetapkan. Sistem Informasi Persewaan Wedding Organizer yang dibuat dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi berbasis web, dengan  tujuan untuk memperluas area promosi dalam penjualan paket pernikahan dan mempermudah proses pemesanannya. Sistem informasi persewaan Wedding Organizer mengunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL, metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini yaitu menggunakan metode prototyping (analisa, design, pembuatan aplikasi, e valuasi, hasil).   Sistem informasi wedding organizer sangat membantu bagi orang-orang yang tidak mau repot dengan masalah perencanaan pernikahan mereka. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi sekarang ini wedding organizer sudah mulai berpindah dari proses manual kedalam proses online yaitu sistem informasi wedding organizer yang berbasis web.
