Sales Information System at UKM OOX GUITAR MAKER is engaged in handicraft of guitar and another musical instrument. UKM OOX GUITAR MAKER often joins UKM exhibition which held in central java province, so that the guitar and another musical instrument are owned by UKM OOX GUITAR MAKER more widely known by the public. But UKM OOX GUITAR MAKER has shortcomings or difficulties in selling their handicraft, while the works of UKM OOX GUITAR MAKER are sold only at the Gua Maria Kerep Ambarawa UKM. Thus the author has the initiative to assist in the sale of their work with the help of internet media, namely the method E - COMMERCE.With the on-line WEBSITE by the method of E - Commerce, can help them in selling their work to the whole world. Information technology is evolving rapidly today, has prompted the acceleration in various fields. This also led to the emergence of advances in software and are offset by technological advancement and sophistication along with its hardware. Directly or indirectly, information technology has become an important part of many areas of life. SMS is one medium that is widely used by people today, because SMS has a very cheap rate. The need for faster information technology encourage accurate and actual. School information system via sms gateway school information display that can be accessed via phone, SMS to a predetermined format. This application uses the methodology of system development life cycle has five stages perancanaan, analysis, design, implementation and evaluation. The programming language used is PHP, using a MySQL database storage and SMS gateway using Gammu Engine. Thereby, overall system function to help smooth running education systems, by making use of information and communication technology as a media liaison between parents and the school, which will help keep the students in order to remain always guided toward positive activities and away from things that damage as well as directing them to become Human Resource potential for the development of the nation. Business competition distributions in Semarang are getting tighter. StrongLikeAstronot is one of the new distro was founded in 2011 in Semarang. The mechanism of the distribution system sales StrongLikeAstronot today still market their products through social networking. Sales information on the distribution system "StronglikeAstronot" is part of a marketing information system, which was developed to collect, process and store sales data so that the data can be retrieved to be distributed as an information berguna.wujud of sales information system is to produce applications E -commerce. With the application of E-Commerce on the distro "StrongLikeAstronot" is expected to provide facilities for the public to purchase the product, as well as expand the sales market distributions "StrongLikeAstronot". This distribution was developed by the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). As for the software used to design and design the application of e-commerce programming language PHP, Macromedia Dreamweaver CS5 text editor and MySQL database. Application Information Systems generated sales transaction data is able to manage the sale of goods, data items, and data buyers or consumers, as well as generate reports complete, accurate and always actual. Financial Information Systems at UPTD Gelanggang Pemuda dan Olahraga Dinas Sosial, Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Semarang is the financial information system that works on computer network with client server based. UPTD Gelanggang Pemuda dan Olahraga is a Technical Implementation Unit under Dinas Sosial Pemuda dan Olahraga, which is engaged in the provision of sports infrastructure and youth facilities, such as: swimming pool, conference hall, youth hotels, tennis courts, badminton courts, football fields, athletic fields, office buildings and storefronts. UPTD Gelanggang Pemuda dan Olahraga are periodically required to report income earned and incurred operating expenses from funds of APBD Tk. II to the Dinas Sosial, Pemuda, dan Olahraga, Dinas Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah, serta Inspektorat Wilayah Kota Semarang. The need for fast presentation of financial information, timely, relevant and trustworthy is certainly needed to support performance UPTD Gelanggang Pemuda dan Olahraga in particular in the determination of target measures of income and other policy decisions. Berkah Laut masih menggunakan cara yang tradisional melalui direct selling dan dalam sistem ini kurang efisien hanya penyebaranya didaerah lokal saja. PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan produk jamu kesehatan. Penjualan produk jamu PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang terdapat banyak kendala antara lain sulitnya mempromosikan produk PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang ke banyak pelanggan. Karena selama ini penawaran dan transaksi dilakukan secara manual yaitu hanya mengandalkan pembelian secara langsung yaitu pembeli datang langsung atau melalui telepon ke PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang. Untuk mengatasi hal itu dapat dibuat E_commerce yang dapat menampilkan produk – produk jamu serta dapat memberikan fungsi transaksi penjualan barang oleh pelanggan dengan cepat dan mudah. Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall yang terdiri dari permulaan sistem, analisis sistem, perancangan sistem dan implementasi sistem. Perancangan sistem menggunakan DFD Levelled yang terdiri dari diagram konteks dan DFD Level 0, ERD dan kamus data. Pembuatan website dengan menggunakan pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Internet merupakan teknologi yang telah maju pesat. Hingga akhirnya di era sekarang ini (era digital) tidak ada yang terlewatkan tanpa mendengar atau membaca kata e-commerce diberbagai media informasi. Istilah e-commerce berarti transaksi jual beli secara elektronik dan kegiatan ini dilakukan pada jaringan internet. E-commerce juga dapat berarti pemasangan iklan, penjualan, dukungan dan pelayanan yang terbaik menggunakn sebuah toko online selama 24 jam sehari bagi seluruh konsumen. Hasil yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan adanya e-commerce pada UD. Dayat Jati dapat memudahkan konsumen untuk melakukan transaksi pembelian mebel tanpa ada batasan waktu dan tempat serta memudahkan konsumen untuk memperoleh informasi produk baru mebel dari UD. Aplikasi Sistem Administrasi data pasien merupakan sebuah teknologi infromasi untuk kemudahan dalam kegiatan administrasi klinik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang media penyajian informasi pada Klinik Mardi Mulya, khususnya informasi mengenai pasien, riwayat kesehatan pasien, daftar tunggu, daftar antri pasien dalam ruang periksa, serta data untuk laporan 10 besar penyakit yang akan diberikan ke kepala klinik khusunya dan Dinas Kesehatan kota Semarang (DIKES) pada umumnya. Aplikasi ini menggunakan metodologi system development life cycle yang memiliki lima tahap yaitu perancanaan, analisis, rancangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP & MySQL. Keunggulan dari bahasa pemrograman ini yaitu dapat membuat website yang bersifat dinamis, mudah dibuat, dapat berjalan dalam web server yang berbeda, bersifat freeware (gratis), dan termasuk server side programing.
