Abstract

Abstract -Acourse musthave astatelawthatserves to regulate thelife of the nation citizens. Sosialition legislation currently done for example by utilizing the very rapid development of the Internet through websites / web owned by almost all government departments. Sosialition legislation linked to one another can be clarified with the visualization of the law so that people helped in the search. This study makes a system to visualize the hierarchy of legislation of law a inter related with each other. The information will be obtained by the user using the data structure java script language and using Json structure. To depiction visualization using graph methods. The data entered by the useras input (input)  will be processed and issued as output data(output) in the form of visualization describtion. Abstract

AbstraksiDidalam dunia pendidikan di Indonesia terutama pendidikan biologibanyak pembelajaran-pembelajaran yang diharuskan menggunakan alat bantu ataumedia guna untuk membantu siswa-siswi dalam mendukung pemahaman materiyang disampaikan, sering kali alat bantu yang disampaikan berupa buku dan alatperaga serta sejenisnya yang tampak membosankan. Permasalahan pada penelitianini adalah bagaimana membangun program atau media pembelajaran yang dapatmembuat siswa tertarik untuk belajar.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana membangun program mediapembelajaran pengenalan organ dalam manusia untuk siswa sekolah dasar, alatalatanalisis yang digunakan dalam pembangunan aplikasi ini adalah flowchart.Software yang digunakan dalam membangun aplikasi ini adalah adobe photoshop,adobe flash, cooledit pro.Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan media pembelajaran tentang organ dalammanusia yang memberikan informasi tentang pengertian, fungsi, serta namabagian dari organ dalam manusia. Pada media pembelajaran ini ada 6 commadbutton (menu) yaitu menu materi, menu latihan, menu permainan, menu petunjuk,menu profil, menu keluar. Pada setiap menu mempunyai fungsi masing masing.Kata Kunci : media pembelajaran, organ dalam, biologi, interaktif, flash

Abstract

Abstract - Legislation in Indonesia is an important document that is widely accessible to the public. The need for information of this legislation led to the idea to make a search engine. System information contained in the current search engines are very many kinds, with the advantages and disadvantages of each system. This study designed an information retrieval system legislation applicable in Indonesia by using the TF-IDF algorithm. This method is used because it can display the retrieval results are sorted based on the weighting of the similarity between the query with the information on the document. This is done so that the user of a search engine that will be made, obtain data sequences from the highest similarity so that search becomes more efficient when compared to using a search engine that does not use query similarity with document sorting. Information retrieval is designed to facilitate the search for documents legislation in order to obtain information based on the highest weighting. Keywords: Information Retrieval, Legislation, TF-IDF Abstrak - Perundang-undangan di Indonesia merupakan dokumen penting yang banyak diakses oleh masyarakat. Kebutuhan akan informasi perundang-undangan ini memunculkan ide untuk membuat sebuah mesin pencari. Sistem informasi yang terdapat pada mesin pencari saat ini sangat banyak jenisnya, dengan kelebihan dan kekurangan di masing-masing sistem. Penelitian ini merancang sebuah sistem temu kembali informasi perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia dengan menggunakan algoritma TF-IDF. Aplikasi sistem ini dapat menampilkan hasil temu kembali secara terurut berdasarkan hasil pembobotan kemiripan antara query dengan informasi yang ada pada dokumen. Hal ini dilakukan agar pengguna dari mesin pencari yang akan dibuat, mendapatkan data yang terurut dari yang kemiripannya paling tinggi sehingga pencarian menjadi lebih efisien jika dibandingkan dengan menggunakan mesin pencari yang tidak menggunakan pengurutan kemiripan  query dengan dokumen. Sistem temu kembali informasi ini dibuat untuk mempermudah dalam pencarian dokumen perundang-undangan agar memperoleh informasi berdasarkan hasil pembobotan tertinggi.   Kata Kunci :  Sistem Temu  Kembali Informasi, Perundang-undangan, TF-IDF

Abstract–Academic Information System is a system that gives information about academic data services. The existence of academic information system is very important in helping to provide information to students. In this case Blora Catholic high school used as a pleace of research, because the informatin in the school system is not managed properly, making it difficult to process the existing academic data, as well as updating the teacher data, student data update, update students grades.The purpose of this research is to simplify the current process or to update the teacher data, student data and student grades to process the data, improving the security of student data so that data security is guaranted students. Abstract

Abstract -Legislation written rules containing a binding legal norms in general and established or designated by the state agency or official authorized through the procedures set out in the legislation. Currently the document is documented in Indonesian without formatting and specific rules. XML format into a format suitable as a document standard laws of the State because XML is a standard document that can separate the writing of the structure and content of the document. Currently emerging virtual world of social media, the media including facebook, twitter, path, instagram, and laiinnya. Social media can be accessed using computers, laptops and gadgets too. Memugkinkan so that users of these services to get information anytime, anywhere in an easy way. The purpose of this research is to develop Legislation Information Services to support the information services through twitter Act. This service was developed with the Java programming language with Netbeans editor, SQL Server 2008 R2 database and social media twitter. With a view to overcome the problems associated with information services to users with less knowledge. From the test results of the acquisition system is performed to get the relevant documents, which reached 87.5%. Saat ini dokumen tersebut didokumentasikan dalam bahasa Indonesia tanpa memiliki format maupun aturan tertentu. Format XML menjadi format yang cocok sebagai standar dokumen undang-undang Negara karena XML merupakan standart penulisan dokumen yang dapat memisahkan struktur dan isi dokumen. Saat ini muncul berbagai media social didunia maya, media tersebut antara lain facebook, twitter, path, instagram, dan laiinnya. Media social tersebut bisa diakses menggunakan computer, laptop dan juga gadget. Sehingga memugkinkan pengguna layanan tersebut untuk mendapat informasi kapanpun dan dimanapun dengan cara yang mudah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan Layanan Informasi Perundang-Undangan untuk mendukung pelayanan informasi Undang-Undang melalui twitter. Layanan ini dikembangkan dengan bahasa pemrograman Java dengan editor Netbeans, database SQL Server 2008 R2 dan media social twitter. Dengan maksud untuk mengatasi masalah yang berhubungan dengan pelayanan informasi kepada user yang masih awam. Dari uji coba sistem yang dilakukan hasil perolehan dokumen yang relevan mendapatkan hasil yang mencapai 87,5%.   Kata Kunci : Layanan Informasi, Perundang-Undangan, Twitter, XML, Java, SQL Server

To solve the solution then the researchers create an online application at the golf course rentals Gombel, Semarang (GGS) Golf. This information system aims to help customers simplify the process of leasing and marketing computerized golf courses as well as help the maintainer Gombel, Semarang Golf (GGS) to promote golf rental services and amenities. This information system development method using prototype and his programming language for using PHP with a MySQL database as well as for perancangannya using UML (Unifed Modeling Language) With the information system web-based golf course management is expected to address the problems of rental golf course in Gombel, Semarang Golf. The problems are how to plan and build system of information sale of medicines in PT. San Prima Sejati that will can gives  various supporting information for process selling to consumen and for facilitate consumen in buying product. Method of development system that used is prototype model. software implementation that used are Dreamweaver, Photoshop with PHP and MySql. From  this final assignment had been result an application  information system sale of medicines web based that can used by sales PT. San Prima Sejati to facilitate selling system to consumen  medicines store, apotic or etc. For completing can add features according to feedback from salesman to facilitate their jobs in take befenits from  that application. Abstract - SMS gateway can be interpreted as a liaison to the SMS data traffic, whether sent or received. Diverse range of services, from simple information such as the type of service scheduling info. The advantage gained from the SMS Gateway is as a medium of communication message (SMS) that connects the computer to the phone via a modem connection. The service contains information about immunization schedules for children. For immunization scheduling itself is still using the manual way, so that the required application information system scheduling-based SMS Gateway now want to remind Parents immunization schedules will be his son. To solve the solution then the author makes application SMS Gateway. This information system aims to help Parents when considering his computerized immunization schedule as well as help the admin to note the immunization schedules of his patients. This information system development method using SDLC and to his programming language using PHP with a MySQL database as well as for directed using DFD (Data Flow diagrams) and ERD (Entity Relation Diagram). With this immunization scheduling information system, it is expected to address the problems of child immunization schedule will be forgotten. Abstract - The law is a set of written rules made ​​by government and binding. Legislation should become familiar among the public for the purpose of these laws can be realized. Communication over the internet is one good alternative ntuk promote laws. This research will make the system services legislation menggungakan instant messenger. The goal is to facilitate the public to get information about the legislation is broad and deep. Instant Messenger is a form of short message communication between two or more people using typed text. This system will be used by the public to access data legislation by typing a query as input, and then the system will display the appropriate legislation query the data is entered as the output. Web services uses Instant Messenger legislation was created using the Java programming language with the help of Netbeans IDE 7.0. As for the database used is Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2. This study resulted in a medium that allows people to access data with a database of legislation in the form of XML documents. Seyogyanya undang- undang menjadi hal yang familiar di kalangan masyarakat agar tujuan dari undang- undang tersebut dapat terealisasi. Komunikasi melalui internet adalah salah satu alternatif yang baik ntuk memasyarakatkan undang- undang. Penelitian ini akan membuat sistem layanan perundang- undangan menggunakan instant messenger sehingga menghasilkan sebuah media yang memudahkan masyarakat untuk mengakses data perundang- undangan dengan basis data dokumen dalam bentuk xml. Instant Messenger adalah bentuk komunikasi pesan singkat antara dua orang atau lebih menggunakan teks yang diketik. Sistem ini akan digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk mengakses data perundang- undangan dengan mengetikkan query sebagai masukan (input), dan kemudian sistem akan menampilkan data perundangan sesuai query yang diinputkan sebagai keluaran (output).Kata Kunci : XML, Java, SQL Server, Perundang-Undangan
