Abstract

At the clinic in the registration section Medika Karuna as patient data which stillaccounted for using the book as a tool accessories. It takes a long time in therecording of patients who would enroll. To overcome this should be necessary tohave a computerized system so that it can accelerate the process of patient registrationand the reports will be submitted to the leadership and facilitate the archiving ofpatient data.

Abstract

At the present time the technology has advanced with his street had taken the time tomake everything easy to grow and all can be done quickly and precisely. Moreover,with an additional tool in the form of a computer to make all that had been long donemore quickly and conveniently. Computer tools can we find anywhere, either inoffices or in shops. Like shopping in the sales transactions are still conducted bymanual count manualisasi with tools made ineffective because it can inhibit the salestransaction at the time. For example in mahasuri bookstore sales are in the system andmaking monthly reports manulisasi done, so the data required to support operationalprocesses often experience delays and will be a lot of mistakes,It needs to be made a database on the system sales of books and making its report andit need a program to run the database. So that all can be controlled either in systemsales as well as the preparation of reports for each month.

Abstract

The conversion process numbersin the form of text that is in the printing of receipts, actually very easy to implement iftruly understand the process of printing a receipt. VCD rental lot that the average transaction was huge, but still manage occupancydata manually, such as data management members, VCD data, borrowing data andreturns data in making its report Seta. This will cause delays in the information to bereceived by members and leaders. The process of managing data on VCD oldimpressed very simple but nevertheless still errors and delays in the requiredinformation. VCD rental services in addition to a collection of movies available isalso worth noting the quality of service.With the existence of a good rental system and supported by an integrated programand integrated applications that are expected there will be no delay in information tobe received well by members and leaders as well as data errors associated with datamembers, VCD data, borrowing data and restorations.Program is carried applications used in the design of this DVD rental system, builtusing Microsoft Visual FoxPro software is so easy to operate. With this program thisapplication will make the provision of information needed by leaders and memberswill be more easily and quickly handled so that it will improve the quality of theVCD rental service and will ultimately increase the number of rental transactions.

Abstract

New admissions system in which LPBI Yukti Darma is still produced. Especially in matters relating to the reports to the chairman of the foundation LPBI Yukti Darma. In this case it is necessary to use the computer as a tool in data processing.  Admissions system at Darma Yukti LBPI Paradiguna admissions procedures which are carried out continuously in the quarter, revenue was comprised of students: Registration, Test, Level. The author makes admission system that can perform calculations based on the level payment amount, so that this system can be used in future to come.
