Abstract

Today's progress has touched every aspect of life, including aspects of health care. Inorder to provide good health services, and the sooner it is not wrong if it is acomputerized system should be applied. At Gandaria Hospital currently still usingmanual systems, which in addition to the registration charge for the patient data isalso required to make patient data for new patients, then the data are provided to thereceptionis to be given the serial number checks. However, when relatively fewpatients is not a problem, but problems arise when the number of patients increases,so the registration is required to give a quick and good service. That is why thewriting of this NOA authors hope to provide a snapshot of computerized health careand help simplify the task of the registration.

Library is the place to get information by reading and conducting research or tosay where the source of knowledge, but in its development, management feels lessutilization of the library who need them.In general, the library in Indonesia is still using a technology that can not be reliedupon, or it can be said is still very manual, so very difficult for the administration ofthe library database. Abstract

Association as a booster for the writer to discuss this problem is to compare the writerhas gained knowledge during the lecture on STI & K Jakarta with reality in the field,especially in the areas of revenue and receivables as well to meet the requirements incompleting course strata-1.Aim of this study is to assist hospitals in obtaining revenues and accounts receivableeffectively and efficiently, and solve the problems and assist management in makingdecisions.The research methodology used is the study of comparative literature as acomplement to terhadapa problems encountered are analyzed as well as field researchand interviews with the viewer directly as a liaison group should study with the objectbeing studied.From the research the authors found several weaknesses in the current system, amongothers, there are weaknesses in the system of giving discounts to patients who are lessable, results delivery charges, and the difficulty of collecting data from existing parts.Because of the weakness is the author suggested to hold a revamping of the currentsystem, by designing a new system.

Abstract

This thesis is describing about teknologiinformasi role in supporting the system ofpassenger reservation information online at. Garuda Indonesia in its efforts toimprove services particularly in the field of passenger reservation. Informationtechnology is supported by the components of hardware, software, networking, anddesigning a good database so the system can provide informative data. This isintended to allow consumers to obtain fast and accurate information whenever andwherever they make a reservation. The key to success of all of this is the architectureof the system with information technology supported by hardware components,software, brainware, and communication network. Where each component has amaximum reliability, in order to support the reservation information system that isonline real-time. In this regard, the writer is interested to raise the issue of systemicreservation information technology and its relation to reliability (reliability) insupporting the system and improve service to consumers.
