Abstract

Inventory System at the Secretariat General of General Bureau of the Public Works Department aims to replace the data report form which is still ineffective manual data report form with computers. Computerized systems will be used as new input for the agencies concerned so that the making of the report data is done efficiently, quickly and precisely and can help reduce errors from routine work, can also easily provide the necessary information on matters relating to the Supply of Goods .

Abstract

Computerization as an alternative to solving the problems faced by the old system is expected to help sales personnel affairs and financial affairs and administration in making the reports or output required by the current or recent results and is expected to also be able to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in terms of time and effort work. Data storage media in hard disks and floppy disks as a backup to save space and secure, while also can be used multiple times and also to simplify and accelerate the search for the necessary data and easy storage. process engine will provide results information with a very small possibility of error and can generate the proper reports or output, correct and update.

Abstract

In today's era of globalization of the world to simplify and speed up a job that can produce accurate information is required. Indispensable role in solving computer-related work with a variety of data storage and updating of existing data. Apotek Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk No. 47 is a company engaged in the sale, compounding, and processing of drugs and health equipment. The company is developing in line with the increasing demand from consumers, clinics, hospitals and physicians have subscribed. Pharmacy is also a certain place, where do the work of pharmacy and distribution of pharmaceutical supplies to the public. Our society is a decade ahead in dealing with health conditions are still expected to focus efforts on prevention rather than treatment. For that Kimia Farma Apotek (Persero) Tbk No. 47 tried to assess the pharmacy business as part of integrated community health service. In conducting its activities in sales administration, purchasing administration, and administration of inventories still use manual way, it often causes delays in the process of service, inventory reports and other reports. Besides the difficulty to find medical supplies often experience an imbalance between the administrative record with the actual physical record that  because of limited manpower.  In improving the system is computerized drug inventory system, in order to produce information quickly, precisely and accurately, thus helping in the decision making process, overcoming the delayed process of achieving efficiency and effectiveness.

Abstract

In the recording system of money savings of members are still using manual systems cause less efficient time and labor. Routines that generate high enough, so part of daily treasurer has saturated, then the incoming data accuracy is reduced. Shape the new system was made with consideration of time efficiency and fast and accurate information. Abstract

With the completion of the report KKP / PP, then the author can draw the conclusionthat the use of data processing applications and financial statements, then the processcan be done more quickly and accurately than the manual method, either in search ofdata and calculations.The research found that the flow of information in the pharmacy still not properlyorganized, is still going on disinformation in controlling the processing system.Where there is a responsible party should be looking for data - data that is requiredevery related party. Thus, this causes the ineffectiveness of time. So the author tries toadvance treatment system which requires that every party concerned is no t directlyreported on the details - details that occurred with the method of collecting data in astructured transaction via an appropriate route assignment.
