Abstract

A large company will have a subsidiary that uses computer networks with different operating systems. For example, two related subsidiaries are physically in a network but has a different network operating systems, PT "A" uses the operating system of Windows NT, and PT "B" using Novell NetWare. The merger between the two networks can be beneficial part companies, because with the merger can maximize the usefulness of existing resources within these two networks.

Abstract

The development of television so quickly and accompanied by the emergence of thereporters search of reliable news, is a very good composition. With this scientificwriting hopefully be an inspiration for the television world of Indonesia to deliver notonly television news only. The Internet is a medium which can also be used for thedelivery of news using a website. According to observations by the author today,making this website only uses the php programming language and MySQL database.Many people who do not have time to watch television news because the activitiesare intensive. Old news that even need a filing, it aims to facilitate the search fornews returned if needed.In scientific writing, the writer has managed to create a database design that can beconnected to the php programming language. The authors give the name of thedatabase dbkkp and had eleven tables. But not all the tables are the authors discussedhere. The design has become a ready-made applications after repeatedly testing theprogram authors.Television world and the news will not be separated, to deliver information quicklyand clearly was through this medium. But if there are still people who can not watchthe news on television it would be nice to help them communicate using other media.

PALATIKA (Nature Lovers Informatics and Computer Jakarta) is a unit of StudentActivities in Campus STMIK Jakarta STI & K, which moves in the field of NatureLovers. During the time the listing on the SME Palatika correspondence for themanufacture of the report is still performed manually, with the way the notes on paperand on the move through Microsoft Word as the approaching end of theaccountability report so many letters that are not listed.Palatika should use a database that has a very important role in the processing of datasuch as correspondence data. Through this Correspondence Database handling usingPHP (Personal Home Page) and MYSQL is a good solution in solving the problemsfaced during this Palatika secretary is that it can launch a secretary working in thepreparation of reports and correspondence in the correspondence received.

Abstract

Making games using Action Script which became the subject of this ScientificWriting emphasis on creativity with the tools that are simple but are interactive andinteresting. The game created with Macromedia Flash MX application illustrates thebattle between the robot and its enemies outside the space, which is equipped withinteresting voices and a rating or scoring system that makes the game morechallenging.One of the interesting information about the game was created with Flash is flexiblein the sense that can be played on a computer or the Internet network, which can beused as an additional facility on the page the website.Scientific Writing describes the process of making games ranging from the designstage of components, script creation and publication of a flash file with the facilitiesalready available in Flash MX application.

Abstract

Determining the model is a necessity in a company, Total material consumption ofcotton is uncertain within a company can result in losses, the amount of inventorythat is too much compared to the amount needed would result in overlappinginventories and working capital investment means embedded and useless. In additioncotton is easy once the goods are damaged and if damaged can not be used again inother words should be discarded. Conversely, if the amount of inventory is notsufficient amount of the request or demand would cause interruption of theproduction process that can damage the company image in the eyes of the customer.Therefore, it needs an inventory model that is able to answer condition above, so indetermining the optimal model of cotton supply in PT. XYZ, where the use of cottoneach month is uncertain. Mathematical models is an approach that the authorsanalyzed for application at. PT. XYZ. With this mathematical model it can bedetermined the optimal amount of cotton supplies each month is also equipped with atable-making opportunity loss as consideration for decision making.

The required information must beinformation very quickly, accurately, and can be accounted for authenticity by many,especially among people for business, entertainment, and various other information.The Internet is a global collection of (global) network of thousands of computers andmillions of personal computers that are managed independently. Internet easy to useby anyone, even those that have only minimal capabilities.Web is an information delivery using Internet technology. With the web, we caninteract in a vast space. Until now, the website is very popular, but its use is requiredin a design. And the design is less attractive if not equipped with an image, texture,color, color effects, and so forth.

The use of computers in PERUM mortgaging has become a vital need, in the present writer has not seen that PERUM mortgaging optimize existing computer usage. In other words the processes being run over is still manual.To the authors try to make a design program in order to simplify the process of calculating the value of goods on state owned mortgage appraiser so that existing data can be processed faster and more accurate by using the application programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0.

This often raises issues related to the accuracy of the data which resulted in delays in the process of service at the  hotel. In this context, the authors are interested in creating a program design palikasi a computerized hotel reservation. In this paper discussed about the hotel front office services division "XYZ", Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Normalization, and display the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0
