Abstract

Infrared is light that can not be seen with the naked eye. Infrared is located outside ofthe red part of the visible spectrum. Significantly different wavelengths in the visiblelight between 650 nm and 700 nm. While the infrared ray wavelength is 700 nm and900 nm.Termsuk infrared ray electromagnetic waves. Electromagnetic waves including awave that has medn transfersal magnetic and electric fields rambatnya directionperpendicular to each other.Ease contained in the infra-red can not be seen naked eye, can penetrate theatmosphere, does not require a lot of stress and other causes are used for variousindustrial purposes, commercial and military.

Abstract

Person's medical record information is one factor that determines the quality ofservice provided by central health care services to patients and, therefore, thismedical record information should always be there when needed. Confidentiality ofmedical record information is essential arena this information to explain the specialrelationship between patient and physician, who must be protected from leakage inaccordance with the code of medical ethics and the applicable legislation.This research aims to design a medical record system in accordance with theprovisions of Indonesia's medical records, ensure data security, portability by theowner, maximize health services for the emergency condition, and accelerate andimprove health service outpatient at a hospital or reference between hospitals. Toachieve these objectives, the authors will study the government regulations regardingmedical records, medical records system to know some using existing smartcardcountryof other countries to obtain medical smartcard system is the safest amongthese systems.

Abstract

conducting its activities, many researchers tried to apply with other electronic devicesmengapliasikannya with other electronic devices are not digital. Computers can bewidely used or common regulatory tools such as traffic lights, much used at thejunction of main roads or highways whose main function is to avoid congestion andtraffic accidents. Generally cause traffic jams that often occur due to traffic accidents,not vice versa. But in recent years, along with rapid economic development, thenmost of the roads in big cities in Indonesia are not able to accommodate passingvehicles, causing traffic jams. Accidents that may result in loss of life whencongestion occurs on the very small probability. But not so when the jam is located atthe intersection between two intersections, and there are railway crossing which isroad transport which have a higher priority of other land transport. Therefore it needsto make extra functions on the traffic control devices already exist. These additionalfunctions can be derived from the input signal-post guardhouse railway crossingwhen the signal is coming, then the traffic light on the jammed roads covering therailroads will be conditioned green. The duration of the green conditions can betailored to the needs, at least not block traffic to rail, so trains can pass safely. Thisalternative is at least able to reduce traffic accidents that cause loss of material andthe soul group should train with other ground transportation.

This control system worked as long as 24 hours a day bymaking use of changes in light intensity.The digital control tool can be ignited or extinguished in accordance with the desireof user. These tools provide the means to control multiple electrical devices thatignited and extinguished on a certain day such as lighting, television, tape recorder orthe radio. For tape recorders to be used can be filled with an assortment of soundeffects sound like little children crying, the sound the rooster crows, the sound ofsomeone taking a bath and others.

Abstract

In line with current technological developments, particularly in the field of hardwarethat has made it easier for users to do something or work. With the discovery of thehardware used for data storage or files in very large quantities and high data transferspeed, then no longer need to use floppy disks or compact discs (CDs) used to storedata or files in very limited or small.At this writing, discussing about the speed of data transfer or file on Universal SerialBus (USB) 2.0 that can do the process of transferring achieve 480-Mbps, faster thanFirewire / Institute Electrics and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 1394 which has thespeed in transferring data or files reach 400 Mbps.Universal Serial Bus (USB) has a data transfer method, "Master-Slave" in whichcomputers have the authority to handle all the functions and set the data rate to / fromand between the peripherals used. While for Firewire (IEEE 1394) in data transferusing the "Peer to Peer" such as communication between the scanner and printer,where peripherals can overcome problems that occur on the bus and can determinewhich device can perform or control the data transfer.

Abstract

Microcontroller-8031 is a minimum system that can combine the input and output adigital signal that can be used for the control of an application tool, primarily locatedin industrial. By using an 8031 microcontroller-system device can be controlledsimultaneously / together as well as reliable, because the microcontroller-8031 has aprivilege in terms of hardware.With its features, the microcontroller-8031 can be very useful for the development oftechnology, especially in digital control systems are very efficient and effective.Microcontroller system is a control center of the overall work system.Microcontroller for digital circuits are used as a store counter or control commandsfrom the calculations that will be shown at 7-segment display.Among the advantages to use microcontroller-8031 in this series is due to thepresence of all devices are required, so no longer need a computer and interface, sono longer need a computer and an interface so that the circuit becomes moreeconomical and efficient. whereas in data processing within the systemmicrocontroller, 8031 assembly language is used.
