Abstract

The data acquisition process with computers is generally done through a serial port (COM1 & com 2) with standard RS-232C interface. This process has a drawback, especially coverage data limited transmission distance. ADAM 4000 SERI is a collection of integrated modules for data acquisition process which is equipped with a microcontroller and capable of transmitting data in a standard RS-485/422 interface so as to overcome limitations of distance data transmission. This module serves to connect the sensor equipment of the computer. The main advantage of this module is its ability to control equipment from a remote sensor that allows for application in industry. This research aims to develop capabilities 4000 SERI ADAM in some form of control system design model water heater with ON-OFF method, design and controlling software. Hardware design consists of the input module 4011 ADAM, ADAM communications module 4520, module output 4021 ADAM, water heaters, drive relays and computers IBM PC XT / AT as a central controller. In the design software created using the C language in addition to functioning as a programmable controller is also to translate the instruction-instruction that is unique to the module ADAM 4000 Series while the program is only the procedures outlined in the flowchart.

Abstract

Writing about one way of describing the importance of addressing the current needs of the computer on which it takes lots of computer equipment needed along with the large number of computers required. And seeks to maximize the computer device so that the costs required to purchase computer equipment that is not a lot of ability is good enough. In addition to cost savings role in the author also emphasizes ease of installation process. All the above can be overcome with the use of software for PC Clonning Betwin.Betwin itself is easy to use software because it can be understood and used easily and can run on Windows operating systems.

Abstract

Abstract

In writing that I make with the title "Temperature Measuring Equipment Design Room With LM35 Temperature Sensor Using a Microcontroller AT89S51" about design for temperature data acquisition system that uses the basic components of an ADC, temperature sensor, Microcontroller AT89S51 and Seven Segment as a viewer facility. Temperature data acquisition system into the one thing that is very important in industrial activity, because it is a small part of a process control. Regarding the importance of system, so the temperature data acquisition system design that is capable of monitoring the temperature of a plant. The data will be a physical property measured temperature so as to be processed and displayed in the form of electrical systems used LM35 temperature sensor that is able to convert these quantities with the increase of 10mV / º C.To be able to design the system was first carried out the process of changing the temperature into an analog voltage using a temperature sensor LM35. After going through the process was strengthened by the signal conditioning, analog voltage converted into digital data using the ADC 0804. Digital data obtained is then processed by the Microcontroller AT89S51 and displayed, so we get some information about the temperature of the plant unit º C on a Seven Segment From system design, acquisition of temperature data showed that this system has the ability to measure the temperature of 25 º C to 100 º C by the error mean Average temperatures for the appointment of 0.266 ° C.

Abstract

Viewer numbers are very commonly used in telephone on-telephone kiosks. To theauthors tried to make the tool viewer phone numbers that can be used at home, in theoffice and anywhere.Outstanding aircraft now mostly use the digital receiver. Digital telephone usingDTMF tones to identify the phone number buttons are pressed. To read the DTMFtones required special components that can detect these tones and translate them intobinary code. Binary code is then converted into ASCII coded signal by themicrocontroller to display on the LCD. LCDs are used here is a cheap LCD dotmatrix LCD is SED1200. Compared with other LCD LCD is relatively cheaper.

In the development of transportation in the present, not just transportationtransportation vertical, but horizontal transport dibituhkan is to climb high-rises.Because it used a tool called an elevator.As transportasu vertically, the safety factor for horizontal transport is also veryimportant. Therefore one of the security tools that should be there is a smoke sensorin the elevator.That is a tool that can detect the smoke inside the elevator. Why use smoke sensors,because sensors can detect the smoke particles are small and a bit of smoke. So as todetect a larger smoke coming from fires can be detected properly.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether the computer can be used to control threephaseinduction motor with the help of Centronic interfaces and peripherals that runwith the program.These peripheral circuits consist of electronic components (circuit relay driver, relayand contactor magnet DC) which receives digital pulse from the interface thatoriginated from a computer and forward it to drive the relay pulse, peripheral circuitsare working with the help of a computer program that utilizes output data from thecard printer (LPT1) to communicate with peripherals that are made.
