Abstract

This study aims to investigate the determinants of corporate dividend policy such as GCG Index, firm size, profitability, leverage, firm growth and free cash flow of companies’ listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This Study uses the quantitative approach and multiple linear reggresion to analyze the data. The target populations of this study are all non-financial companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016 which are equal to 1550 observations. The dependent variable used in this study is corporate dividend policy that measured by using dividend payout ratio. The study finds that firm size, profitability and Leverage affect dividend payout ratio negatively. On the other hand, GCG Index, Firm Growth and Free Cash Flow affect dividend payout ratio positively.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and design Revenue cycle based on Customer Relationship Management at UD "Mitra Baru" located in Mataram, NTB. This research uses qualitative approach with UD "Mitra Baru". UD "Mitra Baru" is a business entity engaged in the distribution or as a distributor. The products distributed include biscuits, drinking water, and sachets. The main role of distributor activity is largely supported by the leading role of sales, manager, and administration. The analysis is based on the application of Customer Relationship Management, as well as the size of customer loyalty to UD "Mitra Baru", thus finding various issues related to earnings cycle. Problems are also known through interviews. Problems are supported by various policies that are implemented, among others: sanctions in the form of reprimands, communication via mobile phone, monitoring process, and recording on Customer Record Card. Problems include: database problems, product offerings, customer complaints, lack of online tools, mapping areas, lack of communication with outlets, and customer loyalty. The results of research on UD "Mitra Baru" is in the form of recommendations that can be used as a system design for increased loyalty. Recommendations include: Membership card, Customer Service Party, Website or online system, database addition, and improvement of Control. These recommendations are appropriate for the development of UD "Mitra Baru" business. This shows that a Customer Relationship Management is very important to improve customer loyalty. The main objective of the internal party is to sustain the business in terms of income continues to grow primarily through customer relations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the perception and behavior of online Shoppers purchasing after shopping using application at Shopee and to know the overall relationship of Shopee's convenience to behavior intention in Surabaya. The sample used is people who have done online shopping in Shopee. The method used in this research is second order.This research uses the help of SPPS 18 for windows and AMOS 20 program. From the research conducted, it is found that overall convenience affect the behavioral intention on Shopee online website in Surabaya.

Abstract

Abstract - The purpose of this study is to determine whether the quality of the restaurant has a affect to customer satisfaction or customer recommendation in Guilin chinese food restaurant Surabaya. The quality of restaurant is measured through the experience of eating perceived by customer in the restaurant as a whole. This study was analyzed using multiple ordinary least square (OLS)regression, binary logistic regression, and sobel test via the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 18.0 for windows.The results of this study found that restaurant service, physical atmosphere and overall quality has a positive and significant impact on restaurant quality. As well as the quality of the restaurant has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. From customer satisfaction comes up the customer recommendation, where satisfied customers will be willing to recommend Guilin chinese food restaurant Surabaya to others. Thus, the results of the study support the concept of the theory about the impact of restaurant quality to customer satisfaction or customer recommendation.

Abstract

Thepurposeofthis research is tounderstand and analyze the influence the factors that may influence tourist Elrctronic Word Of Mouth about restaurants Domicile Kitchen and Lounge Surabaya implying on the critical role of relationship quality. A structural equation modelling procedure is applied to this research. Data processing was conducted using SPSS 18 for Windows and Amos Graphic 20 for Windows. The sampling techniquethatused is convenience sampling type. 150respondents for restaurant Domicile Kitchen and Lounge. qualify the specifiedcharacteristicsof the population were the total ofsampleused in this research whichdistributed by offline quetionaire. The paper found that food quality, personal interaction quality, physical environment quality and perceived value influence e-WOM behavior of customer in an direct way through relationship quality.

Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) simultaneously and partially on employee performance of PT Suling Mas Tri Tunggal Abadi. This research uses a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis method. The samples used are employees who have subordinates such as managers and supervisors. The number of samples that used in this study were 55 employees. The results showed that there is a strong relationship between the application of TQM with employee performance in PT. Suling Mas Tri Tunggal Abadi. Total Quality Management (TQM) proved to affect the employees simultaneously and partially on the PT. Suling Mas Tri Tunggal Abadi.

Abstract

Abstract - The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of Mobile App users to thecharacteristics of Mobile App (Mobile App Features) at Surabaya and its impact to Mobile AppUsefulness, Playful Engangement, Mobile App Stickiness, and Mobile App Word of Mouth. This studyanalyzed using Structural Equation Model via the Statistical Package for Social Science computerprogram version 18 and Lisrel 8.70. 180 respondent were drawn from Mobile App users domiciled inSurabaya area. Result of this Study found Mobile App Usefulness have positive and significant impacton Mobile App Stickiness, and Mobile App Word of Mouth, while Playful Engangement only havepositive and significant impact on Mobile App Stickiness.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence between self efficacy and trust in technology on the intention to use internet banking. The result of this study accepted all hypothesis and consistent with Mardiyanti (2014) research and another researchs that analyzed the same thing. This proves that there is influence between trust and efficacy on technology and the intention on using internet banking. This research also can be use for banking as considerations to choose the SST alternative that will be provided for customer and drive customer to use SST especially for internet banking based on the result of this study.

Abstract

Flexibility is an ability to change or act toward uncertain environment that affects to time, power, cost or performance. As one of dimension of supply chain flexibility, distribution flexibility is the ability to supply distribution in wide or intensive range. Distribution flexibility is involve physical distribution flexibility, management of demand flexibility and coordination flexibility. This research was conducted at UD Fadjar Stationary, Surabaya. UD Fadjar Stationary is retail and distributor that sells stationary and gift products.The objectives of this research are to investigate the process of gaining in deep knowledge about distribution flexibility and seeking of how UD Fadjar Stationary create and apply the strategy of distribution flexibility. This researchused explorative method by conducting an interview with the owner of UD Fadjar Stationary. From the result of this research is shown that the distribution flexibility at UD Fadjar Stationary was good enough. Even though, physical distribution flexibility and coordination flexibility were superior rather than management of demand flexibility.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of board gender diversity, board size, blockholder ownership, firm size, and leverage towards financial firmperformance using Tobin’s Q as a proxy in consumer good sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2012-2016. This research uses quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis model. This study uses sample of firms which are listed on consumer good sector in IDX on 2012 -2016. The number of final samples used in this study were 34 business entities with 170 observations. This study uses DWOMEN and PWOMEN to measure board gender diversity. The findings result of this research DWOMEN, PWOMEN, B_SIZE, BHR_OWN and F_SIZE have positive and significant effect towards Tobin’s Q in consumer good sector companies BEI on the period 2012-2016, while LEV have negatif but insignificant effect towards Tobin’s Q in consumer good sector companies BEI on the period 2012-2016.
