Abstract

Latar belakang: Posyandu merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya kesehatan berbasis masyarakat yang diselenggarakan dari, oleh, untuk dan bersama masyarakat. Posyandu diselenggarakan untuk menunjang percepatan penurunan Angka Kematian Ibu, Angka Kematiana Bayi dan Angka Kematian Anak Balita di Indonesia. Untuk mewujudkan tujuan penyelenggaraan perlu peningkatan kualitas pelayanan Posyandu. Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran penimbangan balita, cakupan penimbangan balita dan kehadiran kader pada pelaksanaan Posyandu dalam kurun waktu 1 tahun. Metode Penelitian: jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, melalui studi dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian-nya adalah data kegiatan penimbangan, cakupan balita dan kehadiran kader pada hari “H” pelaksanaan Posyandu dari 9 Posyandu yang ada di Desa Danguran Kecamatan Klaten Selatan. Adapun metode sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Hasil Penelitian: Frekuensi penimbangan balita dari 9 Posyandu 100% cukup mapan (> 8 kali per tahun), cakupan jumlah balita yang ditimbang/jumlah seluruh balita yang ada (D/S) 7 Posyandu (77,78%) cakupannya kurang dan 2 Posyandu (22,22%) cakupannya kurang mantap. Kehadiran kader pada hari “H” pelaksanaan Posyandu 4 Posyandu (44,44%) rata-rata kunjungan Kader-nya kurang (< 5 kader) dan 5 Posyandu (55,56%) rata-rata kunjungan kader pada hari “H” baik (> 5 kader). Kesimpulan: Kualitas pelayanan 9 Posyandu yang berada di Desa Danguran Kecamatan Klaten Selatan tergambar 2 Posyandu (22,22%) termasuk kategori baik dan 7 Posyandu (77,78%) kurang baik. Saran: Perlunya pembuktian contoh teladan (role model) dari tokoh masyarakat, pranata sosial, kader Posyandu karena sangat dibutuhkan dalam memotivasi ibu balita untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat, misalnya dengan cara kedatangan tokoh masyarakat ke Posyandu dan mengumumkan hari buka Posyandu setiap bulannya.

Abstract

Background: The numbers of children many or few influenced with parents monitoring. The numbers of children which parents fate can influence educates system. Objectives: The aim of this research is to know the relationship between the children numbers and application educates system in the village Krikilan, Bayat sub district, Klaten regency. Research Methodology: Observasional research have an analytic quality with cross sectional design. This Research was done at November 2012 until August 2013, this research population is all of parents that have the children age 1-12 year in the village Krikilan, Bayat sub district, Klaten regency. There are 232 parents in that place. The sample collected technique is purposive sampling with 124 respondents which appropriate with inklusi criteria. Results: There are relationship between the numbers of children and the application education system in the village Krikilan Bayat sub district, Klaten regency, the percentage, p=0,001 (p<0,05), t count 3,260 (t count> 2,576) and the percentage r= 0,283. The parents which have the number of children >2 were applied otoritatif education system 18 (14,51%) and the number of children ≤2 tended to applied otoritatif education system 93 (75,00%). Conclusion: There is significant relationship between the children numbers and application educates system.

Abstract

Background: Teenage is a period of transition or the transition from childhood into adulthood. At this time, adolescents undergo various changes, changes that seem obvious are physical changes and is accompanied by development of reproductive capacity. Changes that occur in the affecting teens view themselves. Self-concept in adolescents more emphasis on appearance; nose, large ears, short stature, or body frame is large resulting in poor adolescents assessed against him. Anxiety is often caused because teenagers are not able to adapt and think the reality of the changes that occur as the body shape changes, the development of secondary sex characteristics and roles. Purpose: To determine the relationship of self-concept and anxiety in adolescent girls at MTs Srebegan Methods: Quantitative research, descriptive research design to study the correlation. The study design was cross-sectional. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified sampling. The sample was student of class VII, VIII and IX MTs Srebegan Ceper Klaten by 65 respondents. Results: The relationship of self-concept with anxiety were analyzed using chi-square (X2) with a confidence level of 95% or α = 0.05 obtained X2 value of 14.841 count. X2 price table with df = 2 at 5.991 then X2 count is greater than the table (14.841> 5.991) and p-value = 0.001 is less than the value of alpha (α = 0.05) which means that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) that can interpreted that there is a significant negative relationship between self-concept and anxiety in adolescent girls in Srebegan MTs. Conclusion: The negative relationship between self-concept and anxiety in adolescent girls can be interpreted more positive self-concept will be more mild anxiety in adolescent girls.

Abstract

Background : Safety and health at work apply construction / building. As for the consequences arising from the work of building one of which is lower back pain. The results of interviews with 10 workers at the PT building. Cipta Nugraha Santosa 5 of 10 construction workers have experienced low back pain and they do not pay attention to the importance of correct posture while working. Objectives : To determine the relationship of the body position with the onset of low back pain. The method of research : Using the analytic correlation with cross-sectional survey approach. Population and sample in this study 68 construction workers who worked at PT. Cipta Nugraha Santosa. Sampling with total sampling. Analysis using Pearson Product Moment Correlation test. Result : Pearson product moment correlation test showed P-value = 0.000 which is smaller than the value sigifikan 5% level (0.05), and the results count r = 0.658 is greater than the table r = 0.235. Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between body position with the onset of low back pain in construction workers at PT. Cipta Nugraha Santosa.

Abstract

Background: The adequate family income will support grows child, because parents can provide all the needs of children both primary and secondary.Objectives: The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of income elderly with social personal development of 3-5 year old in the TK LKMD village of Randusari Teras Boyolali. Methods: This study was analical observational, with cross sectional design, time study conducted in November 2012 – August 2013. Population in this study is around the elderly and children in school in the TK LKMD Village Randusari Teras Boyolali, totaling 61 parents and children, sampling techniques by mean of purposive sampling with 54 correspondents in accordance with inclusion criteria. Results: There is a significant relationship between parental income with social personal development in children aged 3-5 years old kindergartens LKMD Randusari Village Terrace Boyolali, with p = 0.004 (ρ <0.05), so the hypothesis in this study received, but relationship is weak because the value of r = 0.388 approaching 0. The results of this study concluded that parents who have children aged 3-5 years income> 895,000 social development of their children tend to be normal personal. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between parental income with social personal development in children aged 3-5 years old kindergartens LKMD Randusari Village Terrace Boyolali that hypothesis in this study received, but the relationship is weak because the value of r = 0.388 approaching 0.

Abstract

Background: Mental health is one of the four major health problem in developed countries, although the problem is not considered a mental health disorder that causes death directly, but the disorder can lead to the inability of individuals to behave that can inhibit development because they are not productive (Hawari, 2009). Purpose: The purpose of the study to Know medication adherence relationship with relapse in patients with hallucinations in Polyclinic Hospital Mental Prof. Dr.. Soerojo Magelang. Method: The study was a descriptive correlation study, with cross design sectional.research time held in November 2012-August 2013, the population in this study were 210 patients hallucinations. sampling techniques by mean of disproportionate stratified random sampling with 61 correspondents in accordance with inclusion criteria. Results: There was no significant between medication adherence relationship with relapse in patients with hallucinations, a score of 10.676 X2 count. Price X2 with df = 1 for 3,841 then X2 count is greater than the X2 table (10.676> 3.841) and P-value = 0.001 is less than the value of alpha (α = 0.05) which means that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted that there medication adherence relationship with relapse in patients with hallucinations. Conclusion: There was a significant between medication adherence relationship with relapse in patients with hallucinations. Good medication adherence would reduce the risk of relapse in patients with hallucinations.

Abstract

Background: Aging is said to be success in its life if it reached life satisfaction of life. The satisfaction of life are not only someone’s ability in enjoying their experiences but also person’s the level of excitement that arise frome needing everyday and the expectations to enjoy something. Objectives: The objectives of this researcd is to know the factors that affecting of the satisfaction of life of aging in the village Jambakan Bayat Klaten. Research Methodology: The method of this research is the Quantitative Descriptive, The research is held on November 2012 until Augustus 2013, the population of this research are all of aging between 45-59 years old the totally 450 persons, the sample that use 82 respondents, sample was take by purposive sampling. The instruments are used Check list and Kuesioner, the analize of data are used analize univariate with Mean and Modus. Results: The incoming factor that dominates the respondents 67 respondents (81.7%), the healting that dominates the respondents, the respondents that unill for 3 month as 70 respondents (85.4%), the social factors that dominates respondents are well as 60 respondents (73.2%). Conclusions: The incoming factor, health factors, social factors are affection the life satisfation of life.

Abstract

Background : Estimated Fetal Weight intra-uterine has important significance in the management of labor. There are various ways to determine the estimated namely : palpation, ultrasound and fundal height measurements . From the results of a preliminary survey in mother and baby hospital in RSB Mutiara Bunda Salatiga the average of baby born every year around 960 birth. Objective : to determine the effectiveness of the estimated fetal weight with Niswander method compared to the method of Johnson Toshack weight newborns. Methods : The study was observational analytical case-control design and a sample of 91 respondents . Sampling techniques using simple random sampling . Analyses using Chi Square and Odd Ratio.Results: The results showed that the accurate of Niswander method was 48.35 %, while Johnson Toshack was 65.93 % with the odds ratio 0.296 and p value 0.009 with CI 95 % of 0.119 to 0.739. Conclusion : the calculation of estimated fetal weight by the method of Johnson's was more effective than Niswander with the accuracy of 65.93 % , while 48.35 % of Niswander , p value was 0.009 , Odd Ratio of 0.296 and CI 95% was 0.119 - 0.739 . It shows that the method of Niswander is less effective in assessing weight newborns compared to Johnson Toshack.

Abstract

Background: The rate of population growth in Indonesia has reached a high enough rate of 1.3%. Development of population growth should be very worried that one of them prevented by more intensive movement on the implementation of family planning. MKET or effective method of contraception is contraception elected with 95% success (minor failure) if used properly and regularly, which is included in this group is the IUD, implant (implant) MOP and MOW. Coverage acceptor MKET very small compared nonMKET ie, acceptor MKET coverage is 24.36% and 75.64% nonMKET coverage. For it by knowing the level of knowledge about MKET WUS made efforts to improve the coverage of acceptorMKET shopped. Objective: To reveal the knowledge of effective contraceptive methods selected on Women in Rural Mayungan Eligible Ngawen Klaten district.Research Methodology: The study was conducted in the village of Klaten Ngawen Mayungan. This research uses a descriptive research. The subjects in this study were all women of childbearing age who have family in the village of Klaten Ngawen Mayungan. Data collection using the enclosed questionnaire. Data were analyzed by univariate analysis only produces WUS characteristic frequency distribution and univariate analyzes to determine the knowledge about MKET WUS. Results: Respondents who have sufficient knowledge of 65.9% (58 respondents), respondents who have a good knowledge of 28.4% (25 respondents), and respondents who have less knowledge of 5.7% (5 respondents). Conclusion: Most of the overview knowledge of Effective Contraceptive Methods in Women Eligible Selected in the village of Klaten Ngawen Mayungan Kecamatanisenough.

Abstract

Background: Premature Rupture Of Membranes (PROM) is a spontaneous rupture of membranes that occurs at any age in pregnancy before labor starts. PROM is the complication of premature pregnancy and the occurrence of chorioamnionitis infection to sepsis. The high incidence of PROM at dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten on April 25 - May 31, 2013 amounted to 12.94% of all deliveries, with the causes including infection of membranes or cervical / vaginal, incompetent cervix, malposition, preterm pregnancy, cefalopelvik dispropotion (CPD), gemeli, polyhydramnios, vaginal trauma. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the incidence of PROM at dr Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten, especially with maternal characteristics and causes of the PROM. Methods: The study used a descriptive method and research techniques that are kauntitatif. Sampling using sampling saturated, so that all women giving birth with the PROM at dr Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten on April 25 - May 31, 2013 as the sample of 55 women giving birth with the PROM. Results: Genesis PROM at dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten on April 25 - 31 May 2013 as many as 55 (12.94%) with the characteristics of the respondents, aged 20-35 years were 43 (89.19%), in women who are not working as many as 46 (83.64%) , with a gestational age of 37-42 weeks, 47 (85.45%) and primigravida by 28 (50.9%). Cause of PROM incident at dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten is vaginal trauma 12 (21.82%), cervical incompetence by 8 (14.55%), preterm pregnancies by 8 (14.55%), polyhydramnios 8 (14.55%), malposition as 6 (10.91%), infection of the membranes or cervical / vaginal 3 (5.45%), CPD 2 (3.64%), gemelli 1 (1.82%).Conclusion: The biggest cause of the incident PROM at dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten on 25 April to 31 May 2013 were due to trauma vaginal intercourse (21.82%) and the smallest is the cause Gemelli (1.82%).
