Abstract

The Purpose research this is the in order to find out whether be found effect satisfaction customer to loyalty customer Bank Rakyat indonesia and how great effect satisfaction customer to loyalty customer Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Data which be used is the Data primary and data secondary. Techniques Analysis data which be used in research this is analysis regression linear simple. From the analysis obtainable equation regression Y= 24.201 + 0.380 X. Analysis test t show that satisfaction customers influential on loyalty customer which shown by value significant 0.041 < 0.05 with value coefficient regression as big as 0.380%. Analysis of determination obtained value of R Square 0.141% which show that contribution value satisfaction is the as big as 14.1%, whereas the rest as big as 85.9% is influenced by factors other. With thus can be concluded that satisfaction customer affect loyalty customer

Abstract

Cooperative is a business unit engaged in economic and social basically have the same goal of helping boost economic growth which is the main goal of economic development. Research samples of 40 people. Daily merchandise respondents are 13 people or 32.5%. Rubber plantations are 9 people or 22.5%. Palm plantation 11 people or 27.5%. Agricultural businesses are 2 or 5%. Farm business 5 people or 12.5%. In analyzing the study data using qualitative descriptive method, only describes the results of the field when the interview questions. With the number of respondents 11 people who claimed the existence of cooperatives have as much impact on the welfare of 27.5% or 11 people borrower has oil palm plantations. While the impact of economic decline household income is a rubber plantation with respondents 9 people or 922.5%.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of service quality to satisfaction of patients treated at the healthy center in Desa Pasir utama. The samples in this research are 44 respondents. There were methods of sampling used the technique Accidentals also. The method analysis was quantitative analysis used validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, the correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Used simple linear regression analysis concluded that service quality effect on patient satisfaction, it can be seen from the results of the regression equation with the result Y = 4,421+ 0,589XX, value indicates that the X or the service quality effect on customer satisfaction by 0.589 or 58.9%. Based on the calculation of correlation coefficients obtained results sig (2-tailed) of 0.058 means that the relationships between the two variables are low. The coefficient of determination shows the influence of variable X to variable Y is strong. Hypothesis test figures obtained significance of 0.000. It means that there were influenced quality of service to the satisfaction of the patient, because 0,000 <0.05 it means the value of regression is feasible or correct. It is recommended to the chairman of the health center in Desa Pasir Utama to be more concerned about the quality of services provided by employees of health centers so that patients get satisfaction in accordance with what they expect, and the need for modern facilities in order to hold a health center can be trusted by the local community.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the University Pasir pengaraian of Management Studies Program and than the research aims to determine the effect of social media on consumer buying interest Management student of the University Pasir Pengaraian. This research was conducted using quantitative data, data collection in this study using a questionnaire containing 20 grains of questions and distributed to 85 respondents who had made a purchase at any store online shop at least one time. The sampling technique that researchers do that is to use the formula slovin. Analysis of data used in this study is to test hypotheses using validity and reliability testing.  The results of the regression analysis indicate there is a very strong and significant correlation between social media with consumers buying interest on Student Management Studies Program University of Pasir Pengaraian that is equal to 0.632, or by 63.2%. Researcher suggest that consumers shopping in social media can visit the the sites are trusted and should be more careful in use the services an online shop that was not disappointed to consumers.

Abstract

This research was conducted  to analyze the effect go down price of raw rubber to power of buy society at traditional market in Pasir Jaya Village. This research was conducted using quantitative data, data collection in this study using a questionnaire containing 20 grains of questions and distributed to 85 respondents who had income from the sell of raw rubber. The sampling technique that researchers do that is to use the formula slovin. Analysis of data used in this study is to test hypotheses using validity and reliability testing.  The results of the regression analysis indicate there is a very strong and significant correlation between go down price of raw rubber with power of buy society at traditional market in Pasir Jaya Village that is equal to 0.529 or by 52,9 %. Researcher is recommended to society at Pasir jaya Village to be more high the quality of the raw rubber so that the power of sale the raw rubber have a high level or the society must have a side job so that the society have a other income.

Types and sources of data collected primary data, secondary data, research was conducted in the Department of Finance and Asset Management which is located in the District Government Offices Complex Pasir Pengaraian Rokan Hulu. Data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and keperpustakaan. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive method. Results were obtained that the amount of the contribution of local taxes to predict an increase in local revenues at the Department of Finance and Asset Management Rokan Hulu can be calculated using the formula with the research contribution of local taxes to local revenues during the five (5) years from 2010-2014 amounting to 27.17%. This means that the better the local tax revenue, there is a tendency that will increase revenue. The suggestions in this study specifically on the Department of Finance and Asset Management Rokan Hulu in order to further optimize the local tax explore all the potential of existing taxes in Rokan Hulu in order to increase local revenue, the leader must provide and foster technical capabilities in the field digging potensi- the potential that exists.

Abstract

Syahrial, 1025096, 2015, the analysis of employee discipline in the financial services and asset management (DPKA) Rokan Hulu district, Anal, Supervisor I Welven Aida, S.Pd, M.Pd dan Supervisor II Asrori, S.Pd, MM.The aim of this research is to know what the factors the level of discipline of employees working at the office of finance and asset management (DPKA) Rokan HuluDistrict, held in may to October 2014, population of this research is all employees of finance and asset management (DPKA) Rokan Hulu which amounted to 107 people,69 civil servant (PNS) and 38 Honorary and sample of this research is all of populations, data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive technique which data in the formof information in a narrative description connected to other data in order to obtain a new picture or strengthen already existing picture.Based on the results of the study found the factor analysis of employee discipline in the financial services and asset management (DPKA) Rokan Hulu district, include breachof discipline, sanctions imposed, employee welfare, employee participation and the exemplary of leaders. From the data processing questioner obtained the mostdominant factors that affect the discipline is 1& 2 = Penulis Penanggung Jawab exemplary leader, 69-34 percent fromemployees giving good ratings. In order to that is not the dominant factor of 5 factors that affect the discipline is variable breach of discipline only 51,87 percent of employees who claimed firmness against disciplineviolation performing well.In this research writer giving suggestion where is to improve employee discipline, leadership in this case the head ofdepartment of financial and asset management (DPKA) to be more focused sanctions with firmness against disciplineviolations to employees, leader restrict the activities of his subordinates as well as control of discipline and impose sanctions according to the rules applicable.

Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Loyalitas Pelanggan Ponsel Z Cell Nogari Pasir Pengaraian. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan ponsel Z CellNogori Pasir Pengaraian dan sampel yang di ambil sebanyak 96 responden, di pilih dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah layalitas pelanggan. metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. untuk menganalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik TCR ( Tingkat Capaian Responden ). dari hasil penelitan dapat di ketahui bahwa demensi melakukan pembelian secara teratur (80,8% ), denensi pembelian antarliniproduk atau jasa (88;1% ), dimensi merekomendasikan kepada orang lain (86,6 )dan demensi kekebalan terhadap tarikan dari   pesaing(85,6% ).
