Abstract

Knowledge of various web-based application security needed to build web applications that do not potentially have security flaws. To assist web developers in understanding various web vulnerabilities need to be provided special learning media. Simulation-based learning is used as learning strategy so the users can test applications directly; the goal is to make users know what kind of mistake that trigger the security flaw. Learning Web Hacking Application is web-based application that contains a series of questions about web technology and the vulnerabilities of web applications. Users can obtain the answer by hacking the web application that has been provided. The success of this process depends on how much the user´s understanding about the security of web application. Application also provides a feature called “Learning Center” which consist series of article to increase user knrowledge about web vulnerabilites and how to prevent it. Learning Web Hacking Application can be used to help the learning process on web application security and application can be integrated with Facebook and has social networking features so users or friends of the users in the circle of Facebook friends can be motivate to learn more about the security of web based applications.

Abstract

In a goverment instation, the procurement of goods and services is a very important activity. The problem faced in this era is the procurement of goods or services process done manually. Refers to the procedure which must done to do the Keputusan Presiden No. 54 Tahun 2010 (Presidential Decree No. 54, 2010), its process will take much time and cost. The solution to handle the problem is by making an e-procurement application which help the procurement of goods or services. With e-procurement then some supplying process steps can be done by internet, there are the announcement of the project was auctioned, registration of candidate partner, the tender document, arranging partner list, announcement of winners, and so on. Depends on the implementation result and testing which done by researcher with qualification method so the e-procurement can help the solution of procurement of goods or services that is as long as this is done manually. Abstract

Parents activities reduced their attention to children. Sometimes parents do not know their children’s activity. Even they did not know where their children. So it is not uncommon today´s children often go to places that are not fitting. Even worse was the kidnapping of children. "From year to year, kidnappings continue to rise. Not only in the city, in the village also. Our data, in 2008 there were 72 cases. Years 2009 there were 102 cases. 2010 to May has reached 97 cases," said Secretary General of the National Commission for Child Protection, Arist Merdeka Sirait, told AFP on Wednesday (02/06/2010). Until now be seen from the data that showed the National Commission for Child Protection in 2010 the total occurrence of child abduction is 111 and the total in 2011 was 120, indicating that up to now the abduction of children each year continues to increase. If the total from 2008 to 2011 the abduction of children from the National Commission for Child Protection of data is 405. 405 numbers are not small. Abstract

An investor need investment requirements planning, cost requirements planning, revenue planning, and determine the appropriateness of an investment before  start cultivation milkfish  intensively. Because investors during these often fail in establishing cultivation milkfish  intensively in Sidayu, Gresik regency. There are currently no applications for investor to make investment requirements planning, cost requirements planning, calculation of income planning, calculation of return on investment, determining the feasibility of investment, and monitoring the evaluation of implementation calculation planning of cultivation milkfish  intensively. One solution to overcome these obstacles is to make the application feasibility analysis of investment and monitoring of cultivation milkfish intensively web-based. Abstract

PT. Kuda Inti Samudera is a company that provides, maintains, and operates heavy equipment in a port. PT. Kuda Inti Samudera has four branches, including Surabaya, Semarang, Makassar, and Banjarmasin. PT. Kuda Inti Samudera (Surabaya) has several divisions, such as Human Resource Development (HRD) and Finance Division. The Human Resource Development handles some activities, including recapitalize and create data report of employees’ presence, while the Finance Division handles some activities, such as create data report of employees’ salary. There are some problems in PT. Kuda Inti Samudera related with those two divisions, such as employees’ presence still done manually by using check-lock, so employees can do cheating when they absented. Similarly at the Finance Division, yet the data report between employees’ presence recapitulation from HRD and data report of employees’ salary still not integrated automatically. Based on the illustration above, it is necessary to create Payroll Information System using fingerprint for the presence that integrated and appropriated with PT. Kuda Inti Samudera (Surabaya), so cheating will not happen again during the process of employees’ presence. The results of the implementation of Payroll Information System using fingerprint in PT. Kuda Inti Samudera (Surabaya) has able to overcome the cheating of employees´ presence and produce integrated data report of employees’ presence and salary. Abstract

Division of Management & Information Systems (MIS) is a division that has the responsibility to maintain and protect the information and communication technology (ICT) that existed at Tanjung Perak Branch PELINDO III in order to run properly. In dealing with any issues regarding IT tools, SMI division experienced difficulties in accepting the complaint information and perform assignments to address those problems. Obstacles that complicate operations division SMI may cause disruption of the company´s business processes. Of the problems IT Helpdesk information systems made ​​by observing work in priority handling to provide helpdesk solution. Priority of the problem is determined by adopting the method delbeq and supporting information to the management, the system provides information about the value of MTTR, MTBF, reliability and availability of IT devices. From the results of evaluation of the system is done, the system is able to provide reporting facilities issues, advising assignments, provides information on the issues, provide information MTTR, MTBF, availability and reliability. Abstract

In the budgeting process, the finance department does not know the attributes and estimate nominal for every budget only. During the realization process of the budget plan, it makes UNMUH Ponorogo has lack or excess the budget. Based on the problem, UNMUH Ponorogo needs the budgeting and controlling budget system by taking into key performance indicators (KPI) so that the budget plan can be generated efficiently (not too little or too much) and it can control the budgets. It will determination the attribute and set the standard of costs, makes the work plan and budget plan, handle the budget submission and validation the budget submission, realize the budget and handle the budget accountability. The output from this system is the data attribute and its standard cost, the work plan, budget plan that based on work plan and cost standards of KPI, the comparison report between budget and realization of budget for every department and overall. So from this system, UNMUH Ponorogo can make budget plan based on standard costs in the KPI. In addition, UNMUH Ponorogo can control the budget. Abstract

PT. ALP Petro Industry is a lubricant factory under the supervision of Agip Petroli SPA Italy, PT. ALP Petro Industry is a performance appraisal has been done it still takes a long time, due to perform manual calculations that take a long time. assessment is still one-way, this leads to high performance subjectivity, because there are several criteria that no supporting data such as assessment criteria for personal skills, so that assessment is based on personal opinion of a valuer. To support the company´s business is it necessary to have a performance appraisal system of employees to be able to overcome the obstacles that occur, with the aim of assisting the employer in conducting an objective assessment of performance against an employee based on established criteria. Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have a huge effect on the economy and empowerment of labor in Indonesia. This is proven by the number of GDP produced by 56.5 % and labor absorption up to 97 % (Yoga; 2011). Nevertheless, the development of SMEs is still hampered by the lack of market knowledge and information. Currently, the information obtained was limited to the number of SME’s sales and earnings based on recap of transactions. SMEs can’t get information about sales trend to find out the products being in demand, current stock information to determine reorder time to supplier, transaction history of customers and suppliers to find out their main customer and supplier. This information is needed by management to make a business decision. From all problems above, the authors will make a sales information system to record sales transactions and generate reports of sales trends, current stock and transaction history of customers and suppliers. The sales information system use cloud computing technology so that SMEs do not have to provide a huge investment to purchase their own infrastructure and maintenance costs. The system can also be accessed anytime and anywhere through the internet. Thus, the management can get sales information wherever they are, and decision making can be helped by current information produced by the system. Abstract

: As a company that acts as a distributor of goods, good inventory management is one of the important factors for the success of the company. Distributors must have a good inventory management to meet the demands of its customers. The problem that often occurs when there is no good inventory management is the company will experience a shortage or excess inventory so a loss. Problems that occur due to the amount of customer demand is uncertain, so the company had difficulty in determining the minimum stock of each item, determine when reordering, and determine how many goods orders accordingly. In order to overcome the problems occurred, the company requires an inventory planning system that can determine the minimum stock, reorder time and the optimal number of reservations. The solution is to make inventory planning information system using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). With the EOQ method, it can be determined that the optimal number of bookings and minimize storage costs and ordering goods, and reorder point as a reference for companies to know when to order the goods. Based on the experiments performed can be concluded that the system can meet the needs of the other applications can generate output that can be used as a reference for the company in order goods inventory.   Keyword: EOQ, Inventory
