Abstract

In a goverment instation, the procurement of goods and services is a very important activity. The problem faced in this era is the procurement of goods or services process done manually. Refers to the procedure which must done to do the Keputusan Presiden No. 54 Tahun 2010 (Presidential Decree No. 54, 2010), its process will take much time and cost. The solution to handle the problem is by making an e-procurement application which help the procurement of goods or services. With e-procurement then some supplying process steps can be done by internet, there are the announcement of the project was auctioned, registration of candidate partner, the tender document, arranging partner list, announcement of winners, and so on. Depends on the implementation result and testing which done by researcher with qualification method so the e-procurement can help the solution of procurement of goods or services that is as long as this is done manually. Abstract

: As a company that acts as a distributor of goods, good inventory management is one of the important factors for the success of the company. Distributors must have a good inventory management to meet the demands of its customers. The problem that often occurs when there is no good inventory management is the company will experience a shortage or excess inventory so a loss. Problems that occur due to the amount of customer demand is uncertain, so the company had difficulty in determining the minimum stock of each item, determine when reordering, and determine how many goods orders accordingly. In order to overcome the problems occurred, the company requires an inventory planning system that can determine the minimum stock, reorder time and the optimal number of reservations. The solution is to make inventory planning information system using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). With the EOQ method, it can be determined that the optimal number of bookings and minimize storage costs and ordering goods, and reorder point as a reference for companies to know when to order the goods. Based on the experiments performed can be concluded that the system can meet the needs of the other applications can generate output that can be used as a reference for the company in order goods inventory.   Keyword: EOQ, Inventory

Abstract

Physical of soil is one of the factors that affect the value of land erosion besides management of vegetation, organic materials and slope. Transformation of land use arrangement is very affecting at degradation of land and the height of erosion. This study aims to examine whether there are changes in the soil physical of the land in relation to the value of erodibility and against land erosion value. This research was conducted in Kabupaten Kediri many kind of land use, forests, alley cropping and monoculture. Erosion value is calculated according to USLE (Universal Soil Loss Equation) methode. The results of the research obtained that forest have a erosion 12.1 tons / ha / that can be criteria on medium danger erosion, while the monoculture and alley cropping have a height erosion level with a value erosion 17.6 tons / ha / year and 51.45 tons / ha / year.Key words : Soil physical, land use, erosion value

Abstract

Sumber daya lahan tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan tanah yang ada pada lahan tersebut di samping faktor-faktor luar yang akan mempengaruhinya. Lahan secara kualitas mengalami penurunan atau degradasi, namun lahan juga mengalami degradasi secara kuantitas, dengan berkurangnya ukuran lahan dengan bertambahnya kepemilikan lahan seiring berjalannya waktu. Wilayah penelitian yang dilakukan pada wilayah bekas tambang sirtu menunjukkan bahwa pada lokasi penelitian dengan tekstur Lempung sampai dengan Lempung Berdebu.Berdasarkan penilaian kekritisan lahan dengan menggunakan acuan Peraturan Nomor. P.32/Menhut-II/2009, didapatkan untuk wilayah W1 dan W2 masuk kedalam kelas kekritisan lahan Potensial Kritis, dan untuk W3 berada pada kelas kekritisan lahan Tidak Kritis. Berdasarkan acuan kerusakan tanah untuk produksi biomassa yang mengacu Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup No.7 Tahun 2006, kerusakkan tanah pada wilayah penelitian berada RI (Rusak Ringan) untuk ketiga wilayah sampling (W1, W2, dan W3) dengan faktor pembatas, kebatuan permukaan, fraksi pasir, berat isi, permeablitias dan redoks. Rekomendasi dan arahan perbaikan untuk mendukung pemanfaatan lahan sebagai lahan pertanian produktif adalah dengan melakukan penggabungan konservasi tanah, yaitu dengan penggunaan teras bangku dengan bahan batu serta melakukan penanaman tanaman tegakkan dengan pola agroforestry

Abstract

Sandy soils have high macropores and low nutrient availability. This condition is caused by the soil matrix which has no negative charge, so that nutrients are easily lost due to washing. Nitrogen loss has been reported to reduce rice production by 6.10%. The research aims to examine the application of humic acid and silica to increase the availability of nitrogen nutrients. Humic acid from compost and silica from rice husk is expected to increase the negative charge of the soil so that can adsorbnutrient ions such as nitrogen. The research was carried out from March to September 2021 in the greenhouse and laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, National Development University "Veteran" East Java. The research was structured using a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The first factor is silica dose with a level of 0 ton/ha, 0.5 ton/ha, 1 ton/ha, and 1.5 ton/ha. The second factor is the dose of humic acid with a level of 0 kg/ha, 20 kg/ha, 40 kg/ha, and 60 kg/ha. Observation parameters include the availability of N in the soil, the growth of rice plants which include plant length and the number of tillers. The results showed that the combination of humic acid and silica didn't significantly affect plant length and number of tillers, but had a significant effect on nitrogen availability. The best dose of the combination of silica with humic acid on nitrogen availability in sandy soils is S2H3 (Silica 1 ton/ha with humic acid 60 kg/ha).

Abstract

Soybean is one of multipurpose plant because soybean can be used as food, as feedingredients, as well as for raw materials of various manufacturing and processed industries.In Indonesia the average requirement of soybean every year reaches 2-3 million tons, whilethe national production of Indonesia only reached 870,068 tons (37.85% of domestic needs).According to the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) (2015) recorded imports of soybeansreached 1,525,748 tons. To achieve the target soybean production can be done with nonorganic fertilization. But this agricultural technology is not environmentally friendly becauseof the deposition of heavy metal elements that can pollute the environment. To avoiddeposition of heavy metal elements can be done addition of organic fertilizer. The purpose ofthis research is to know the responce of soybean plant to the efficiency of NPK fertilizer usewith the addition of organic fertilizer. The research method is a simple experiment using randomized block design with theaddition of organic fertilizer that is P0: NPK 100% (Control), P1: NPK 75% + 30 ton/haorganic fertilizer, P2: NPK 50% + 30 ton/ha organic fertilizer, P3: NPK 25% + 30 ton/haorganic fertilizer, P4: organic fertilizer 30 ton/ha and repeated 3 times. The result of observation of plant pod number, number of planting seeds, number ofroot nodule, dry weight of soybean tends, with high clay C-organic content to be moreresponce to the use of NPK 25% fertilizer showed higher tendency with production perhectare (= 2.17 ton/ha) higher than other treatment. It can be said also that with the use ofNPK fertilizer 25% more efficiency.

Abstract

Tanah berpasir umumnya memiliki pori makro tinggi dan kemampuan menyediakan hara tanaman rendah. Kondisi ini diakibatkan oleh matrik tanah yang hampir tidak mempunyai muatan negative, sehingga tidak ada daya jerap kuat terhadap ion. Dampak selanjutnya hara menjadi mudah hilang karena tercuci atau menguap. Kehilangan nitrogen telah dilaporkan menurunkan produksi padi 6,10%. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengkaji efektifitas pemberian asam humat dan silika terhadap perbaikan ketersediaan hara nitrogen pada tanah berpasir. Asam humat dari kompos dan silika dari arang sekam diharapkan mampu meningkatkan muatan negatif tanah (kapasitas tukar kation), sehingga bisa menjerap, memfiksasi (khelat) ion hara seperti nitrogen. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2021 sampai dengan September 2021 di greenhouse dan laboratorium sumber daya lahan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur. Penelitian disusun menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial. Faktor pertama yaitu dosis silika dengan level 0 ton ha-1, 0.5 ton ha-1, 1 ton ha-1, dan 1.5 ton ha-1. Faktor kedua yaitu dosis asam humat dengan level 0 kg ha-1, 20 kg ha-1, 40 kg ha-1, dan 60 kg ha-1. Parameter pengamatan meliputi ketersediaan N dalam tanah, pertumbuhan tanaman padi yang meliputi panjang tanaman dan jumlah anakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi asam humat dan silika tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap panjang tanaman, ketersediaan nitrogen pada tanah dan jumlah anakan.
