Abstract

Abstract: Work performance individual employee is very important in achieving its goal of the organization. Because of that is required the assessment system that can be relied upon, the performance of and will be used as a basis for the assessment of performance and development organization, achievement employees appropriate to a purpose in order that any employees to assess how far its performance has produced a feat that it is expected to appropriate destinations organization. Performance appraisal of civil servant, is appraisement periodically the implementation of the work of a civil servants. The assessment of performance or called dp3 or list the execution of judgments work used as an ingredient in carrying out training pns consider removal of, among others in raise in rank, training and training of, of displacement and the increase in salary ( appreciation ). Dp3 made every year ( in december ). The storage a ( 1 ) times dp3 namely for five years. For one time the promotion of employees require dp3 for 4 years. Until current value dp3 made by officials valuer of badan kepegawaian and training of surabaya limited only a record course. The absence of guidance from a supervisor toward civil servants who are worth bad. The absence of any information which explains the layout of less value of civil servants. Abstract

Abstract: In managing a food court generally apply the concept of self-service to the customer, that is order and pay over the counter or cashier. For booth renters, income calculations performed every day manually when the food court closed. It takes a long time and caused frequent occurrence of miscalculation that led to losses and a decrease in turnover for managers and tenants outlets. Facing these problems, food court manager making design and implementation an information systems of the food court at the shopping center smart Surabaya. The food court will apply the touch-screen technology and a smart card in the application to facilitate buyer transactions. For a rent system, food court manager will apply the accounting system every day. Tenants pay rent in accordance with the revenue received each day. With the application of information systems food court at a shopping mall Smart Surabaya has to be used in accordance with management´s desire food court manager. The use of touch screen technology and a smart card has been successful in an application. Besides the need for management information and reporting food court have been met. Abstract

Abstract: PT. Baba Rafi Indonesia is a fast food franchise company, typical of the Middle East, which is now more widely known. Besides the franchise, PT. Baba Rafi Indonesia also provides raw materials to supply all outlets throughout Indonesia. Warehouse which located in Surabaya can supply approximately 20 outlets. The large number of outlets and demand for raw materials which are uncertain, make the Division of Logistics warehouse in Surabaya often face problems in providing raw material for franchises and outlets. Problems can be solved by use the forecasting application to determine the amount of raw materials that must be provided in Surabaya warehouse. Forecasting application was made from data collection, data preparation, and build application model. Based on the results of data collection, obtained pattern of the data which is tend seasonal and trend so applications forecasting use Exponential Smoothing Winter method. The next phase is implementing and evaluating applications that have been designed, whether running as expected or not. Forecasting application that was created can help Logistics Division to determine the amount of raw materials that must be provided in Surabaya warehouse based on past demand data. Report of forecasting results and list the amount of raw materials that must be purchased is expected to meet the demand for franchise and independent outlets. Abstract

Dipo Locomotive Sidotopo is the place that is used to maintenance the train locomotives. Now, Dipo officer schedules locomotives maintenance without considering the lifetime of aspects in each locomotive. Besides, the  locomotives maintenance information is not available, and the locomotives usage is not record well. The existing locomotives are old, this case makes locomotives operational dangerous and threats the safety of passengers. Based on the problem, this research will design and implement information system to maintenance the train locomotives to provide information about locomotives maintenance with considering the usage of aspects in each locomotive. This information system is built on web-based and Short Message Service (SMS) Gateway. The web is used to provide an integrated information about maintenance, while SMS Gateway is used to give alert about maintenance needs. The research result showed that this information system can provide the correct calculation based on kilometers usage in every aspects of each locomotives, and can provide an alert through SMS at the right time. This information system can also help the Dipo Locomotives Sidotopo and other train stations to entry the data and the latest status of the locomotives in an integrated way. Abstract

The cause of low yield of soybean in Indonesia, among others is a disease. To find out what disease that attacks soybean crops needed an expert in the field of agriculture. Disease that often impairs the soybean plant is rust. In addition to lowering the yield, rust disease also potentially lower the quality of soybean seeds. In addition to these there are many more diseases that are present in the soy plant. Expert system for soybean disease defines is one alternative to detect disease of soybean. The method used is rule based system and forward chaining method. The system will be made to provide an unbiased decision about the type of disease affecting soybean and handling. Web based system is built in order to spread information more accessible. Result of the application that have been tested by three expert crops by conducting interview and application testing performed eight times on each trial expert. Based on test result obtained from 24 experiments by expert is 22 times the experiment successfully identified soybean disease and two trials did not identify soybean disease. The trial result concluded the expert system can determine soybean disease based on symptoms in plant soybean.

Abstract

Abstract: Scout Movement is a non-governmental agencies, which seeks to help the government and the community, in the community and nation building, especially in the field of education. One of the important activities of the scout is to memorize codes or commonly known by the code name. This time to learn the password scouts still use regular tutorial guide book as a paperback book and Skills General Terms books (SKU) causing lazy Elementary School students learn the password because scouts tend to get bored. To overcome this, the rapid development of technology by utilizing smartphones in independent learning, and multimedia facilities that can remove images, audio and animation, then the password scout learning application created as an application that can be used to perform the learning process in memorizing passwords scout syringe morse key feature and slideshow images semaphore. Learning application scouts password has been tested to 10 users with an average value of the application user satisfaction of 3.14 which indicates that the application of user interest is good. This application can be run on android 2.3.7 and minimal static, where the data does not change according to the provisions scout international Morse code and semaphore signals. Abstract

Eyes are included as one of important human sense which is very useful human vision. But people usually take care the health of the eyes carelessly and it is also because of the less information for people to keep the healthy eyes. Besides the minimum health facilities for eyes in the hospitals and the clinics and also less expert that make this symptom cannot be handled rapidly. To help people, in this case the expert can use method of system with process of inference forward chaining. This system was created in website basic for spreading the information to people so the health of eyes can be handled quickly. Based on the research, four consumers and an expert the result : i) Throughout seven times of research in validity system the symptom can be detected,  ii) From the research of feature in system application the result are 3.4 from the consumer and 4.2 from the expert. From the result can be seen that this expert system application runs well, can be used and gives information of the symptoms and the solutions.

Konferens Jawa Kawasan Timur(KJKT) has an organization that aims to help the part of the task, the vision and mission of the ministry in the church. With the number of church members were 68 (sixty eight), Konferens Jawa Kawasan Timur must also have accumulated a very large. Associated with today´s technological advances, Adventist churches in the region of Konferens Jawa Kawasan Timur was to collect data on the church, so that the central secretariat in charge of the church having difficulty logging collect and process data in the congregation who are Seventh-day Adventist Church in eastern Java. Seeing the conditions that exist today, it is so lacking assist the Konferens Jawa Kawasan Timur do some of the work of data collection in Adventist Church in eastern Java. With Information Systems Development Church of Seventh-day Adventist Church Konferens Jawa Kawasan Timur, is expected to help the congregation who has been running the data collection in order to be processed properly. Well-organized data will help the treatment process. So, in the end reports can be generated and used by the conference as a basis for decision-making activities that have been defined as the annual work program of the annual conference eastern Java. Abstract: PT. Merpati Wahana Taksi is a company that is under the auspices of the Bosowa Group, is engaged in transportation services (taxis), operating around the city of Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Gresik. The taxi driver is a major support for the movement of human resources activities for the company because they are the majority of the company´s revenue can be obtained. Then to improve the quality of the taxi drivers do a performance assessment so we can know exactly how much performance and the performance achieved by each driver. A taxi driver performance appraisal system that objective needs to be developed in PT. Merpati Wahana Taksi to answer the problems that occurred in the performance appraisal process for this. This final project aims to implement an information system that can help in an employee performance appraisal process. Information systems performance assessment taxi driver who applied using the scoring system method aims to help companies in the process of the taxi driver performance appraisal. Based on extensive research and trials against the taxi driver performance appraisal data, show that the system can help the driver management in conducting employee performance appraisal process quickly and effectively. The system can also be used as a reference driver management in granting promotion / relegation and incentives. Abstract: Problems faced by Shepherd Church Which Is Whether ( GYB) Surabaya is not own the information report of about people data which accurate enough to council paroki as base to take the decision. To get the this people data, Church conduct the data or people census of exist in its region periodical. But unhappily, people data [of] result of this census oftentimes documentation do not better. As a result, change, seeking, and conducted difficult data processing. Pursuant to the problems is hence required by an information system of people base on the web owning function as medium to accomodate the people data and conduct the record-keeping which is usually conducted by pastoral like record-keeping sakramen, record-keeping of mutation of family and family member, record-keeping of death and record-keeping of member activity. Where each;every record-keeping can yield the report of concerning people required by pastoral council. Information system base on this web applicable to manage the people data, record-keeping of sakramen people, death record-keeping, and mutation record-keeping, able to present the people list as according to family card and yield the report of concerning card of family and people. With the existence of information system this web, information of concerning visible other record-keeping and people by pastoral council to be used as by the basis for decision making.   Keywords: Church Database, People Data, Web Based.
