Pusat Koperasi Industri Susu –(PKIS) in Sekar Tanjung provides service of processing fresh milk into ultra high temperature (UHT) milk. In its production, PKIS Sekar Tanjung mostly serving services of milk processing for other companies such as: Latitude Visikusuma, Green Field, Garuda Food, Indolakto, Danone and Kalbe Farma. PKIS Sekar Tanjung have approximately 604 employees in production section. With the large number of employees, PKIS Sekar Tanjung can not be separated from the problem of human resources (HR). Until this days, the entire data processing was done manually using a simple application. That condition make the possibility of an error while processing data which is caused by error before recording becomes high. That condition also prolong the time needed for organizing the report. To overcome the problem of processing employees data , PKIS Sekar Tanjung need to apply the employee information system that will support the activities of Human Resource section. With the application of employee information systems, it’s expected that this system can assist Human Resource section in delivering the required information quickly.

Abstract: PGRI Adi Buana University (UNIPA) Surabaya has ± 6000 amount of students who these is in six faculties. On the faculties there are some majors. Not all majors in demand by student candidates, so there are majors which has a little students and there are majors which has a many students. At this time the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning has decreased amount of students for the last 5-year period. Because the majority of the operating expenses from revenue students, so if amount of students was decrease that have an impact on the amount of income. On the faculty there is also an increase in expenses for the organization of the education plan for each period that led to reports of activity in the faculty experience minus. Based on the above issues, created a scenario determination of cross subsidy in the budget planning based on academic activities used in the analysis of the costs incurred by using Stand-Alone Cost (SAC) and Average Incremental Cost (AIC) approaches. With these models can be seen class variable costs, semivariabel costs, and fixed costs as well as the allocation process. The resulting output is a the model determination of cross subsidy in the budget planning of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning. With this the determination of cross subsidy scenario, so can help the management to determine the sequence of processes that are arranged in generating the value of cross-subsidies necessary to balance the activity faculty report experiencing minus. Javanese script as one of Indonesian cultural heritage is increasingly abandoned. Elementary school students who are still learning and still having trouble considered less interest to learn java script. Many factors are influence, one of which is media literacy learning Java is less interesting. With the progress of time learning media can be presented on a mobile device. Android is a mobile operating system that can bring about change in the areas of learning. With a variety of features as well as the support provided, many learning applications that can be produced and development of Android. Therefore the author would like also to create an application-based learning android javanese script. Based on the resulting system and a series of trials that have been done, this system will be used to write the script and check the truth writing with the help of an Application Programming Interface (API) Gesture. Besides that, application can be used to introduce the characters, convert the latin letters to javanese script with the help of java script font hanacaraka. With a variety of features in it would be very helpful users are still difficult to learn javanese script.

Abstract PT. Lovely Corpin Tour & Travel is a company that serving for domestic and international tour including Bali, Manado, Singapore, Bangkok, Thailand, and Malaysia. This company has a problem to analize customer satisfaction level from the strongest until the weakest. It happens because those are so many complaint and questionnaire which filled by customer that haven’t all recapitulated.The problem can be solved by customer statisfaction application to know the level of customer satisfaction from the strongest until the weakest. Customer statisfaction application created by declare the independent and dependent variable. Based on the independent and dependent variable can be found cause and effect so that customer statisfaction application is using multiple linear regression. Next steps are implement and evaluate the application to make sure it run as expected. The result showed that aplication have testing values 100% and fisible. Based on the result of test, aplication using by 65 user, the result service quality factor that effect of customer satisfaction is emphaty factor 58,45%. Abstract: in a effort to raise it’s production capacity of PKIS Sekar Tanjung should have information about the performance machine. Information to date is not yet available due to the limited recording data that has not been adequate. As result, the information generated is not able to monitor and evaluate the performance each machine, and cann’t be seen directly by the manager. PKIS Sekar Tanjung requires systems to assist managers in dealing with the problems of engine performance. Therefore, a single information system, monitoring and evaluation of the performance machine. In calculating the performance each machine uses a method of Capacity Utilization Time & Efficiency (CUTE) whose data from logsheet. This resulted in report the evaluation the performance each machine, report output product each machine, and report problem each machine. With this information system monitoring and evaluation of performance machine, manager is easy to track and in evaluate each machine. This system in monitor performance each machine that form of charts and table that could be drilldown to the more specific level. Abstract: Effort estimation using Use Case Point (UCP) method obtained from the multiplication of the UCP with the Effort Rate (ER). Some studies conclude that there is some value of ER used in the calculation of effort estimation. However, the most often used is the ER with value 20 man-hours given by Karner. Disputes about the research that is ER by Karner occurred in 1993, so it is possible that the ER by Karner not suitable when applied in the calculation of effort estimation for the project worked on in 2013 and the years to come. This study used 8 data of governance website software development projects. The data is used to calculate actual effort, making use case diagrams, and calculations UCP estimation. Further level of analysis that is performed correlation and regression equations for actual effort and the UCP estimation. Based on the regression equation then performed calculations tangent θ to produce the ER. From this research produced the ER as big as 5,178 man-hours. The ER is much smaller than the value given by Karner ER. Case is possible for several reasons, among others: 1) Enginering software technology that is growing rapidly. 2) Manufacturing website using components. 3) Source of the internet so complete. Abstract: Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) New Sehati is a home manufacturing industry engaged in production of chips. Located in the area Pacet Mojokerto, home industry which is known as the central typical souvenirs of Jawa Timur has customers spread all over Jawa Timur. However, the development of UKM New Sehati is still hampered by passage of as systems are still manual recording of transactions that are still conventional and calculators, scheduling and delivery of the service is still based on the order in which influx of customers every conveyance starts and ends at the customer, and can’t to find out information sales each period. From all problems above created an information system determining the route and transportation cost of saving matrix method. The solution is built to be able to record transactions and generate arrangement delivery service to some customers based on conveyance capacity, saving mileage and fuel efficiency. After replacing the manual system with route determination information systems and transportation costs Saving Matrix based method, obtained distances decrease up to 40% shipping and transportation costs up to 30%. Abstract: PT. Baba Rafi Indonesia is a fast food franchise company, typical of the Middle East, which is now more widely known. Besides the franchise, PT. Baba Rafi Indonesia also provides raw materials to supply all outlets throughout Indonesia. Warehouse which located in Surabaya can supply approximately 20 outlets. The large number of outlets and demand for raw materials which are uncertain, make the Division of Logistics warehouse in Surabaya often face problems in providing raw material for franchises and outlets. Problems can be solved by use the forecasting application to determine the amount of raw materials that must be provided in Surabaya warehouse. Forecasting application was made from data collection, data preparation, and build application model. Based on the results of data collection, obtained pattern of the data which is tend seasonal and trend so applications forecasting use Exponential Smoothing Winter method. The next phase is implementing and evaluating applications that have been designed, whether running as expected or not. Forecasting application that was created can help Logistics Division to determine the amount of raw materials that must be provided in Surabaya warehouse based on past demand data. Report of forecasting results and list the amount of raw materials that must be purchased is expected to meet the demand for franchise and independent outlets. The cause of low yield of soybean in Indonesia, among others is a disease. To find out what disease that attacks soybean crops needed an expert in the field of agriculture. Disease that often impairs the soybean plant is rust. In addition to lowering the yield, rust disease also potentially lower the quality of soybean seeds. In addition to these there are many more diseases that are present in the soy plant. Expert system for soybean disease defines is one alternative to detect disease of soybean. The method used is rule based system and forward chaining method. The system will be made to provide an unbiased decision about the type of disease affecting soybean and handling. Web based system is built in order to spread information more accessible. Result of the application that have been tested by three expert crops by conducting interview and application testing performed eight times on each trial expert. Based on test result obtained from 24 experiments by expert is 22 times the experiment successfully identified soybean disease and two trials did not identify soybean disease. The trial result concluded the expert system can determine soybean disease based on symptoms in plant soybean.
