Abstract

As a manufacturer of cooking oil, margarine and oil with raw material of palm oil, PT. SMART Tbk. formed a refinery business unit to manage, market and sales the products. The refinery business unit PT. SMART Tbk. Surabaya hires employees who are required to have knowledge and skills according to the type of work. Therefore, the company held training each year aims to develop the knowledge and skills of employees optimally.According to the results of employee’s competency assessment on Production Department about implementing Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point in 2012 conclude that the employee’s competency has not been as expected. To overcome that problem, required to design and build an application of training need analysis based competency. The analytical method to be used is the gap analysis between competencies required by the position with competencies owned by employee.Based on the result of testing and evaluation, it’s known that the application can determine the type of training effectively to what is actually needed by employee in accordance with requirement of competence on the job. In addition, using the application will also affect the cost savings because not at all employees are given training that is not required.

Abstract

STIKES Yayasan Rumah Sakit Dr. Soetomo Surabaya adalah perguruan tinggi swasta bidang kesehatan yang terletak di Jl. Karangmenjangan No. 12 Surabaya. Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi adalah masalah pembelajaran. Saat ini proses diskusi dalam kelas yang terjadi hanya menghasilkan 20%-25% mahasiswa yang aktif. Dosen dalam menyebarkan bahan ajar masih berjalan secara estafet, sehingga tidak ada dokumentasi. Pengukuran aktifan dosen hanya berdasarkan presensi sehingga hasil penilaian kinerja yang dilakukan tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.Beberapa permasalahan di atas dapat diselesaikan dengan suatu aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis web yang memiliki fungsi (1) forum komunikasi antara mahasiswa dan dosen, (2) hasil evaluasi proses belajar mengajar untuk mengetahui pemahaman mahasiswa, (3) penyimpan materi dari dosen sebagai dokumentasi proses penyebaran bahan ajar, (4) laporan aktifitas dosen, serta (5) laporan nilai mahasiswa.Aplikasi yang dibuat mampu menangani permasalahan yang terjadi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Berdasarkan uji coba yang dilakukan aplikasi telah berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan yaitu menyimpan dan mendokumentasikan bahan ajar, menyatukan mahasiswa dan dosen melalui forum diskusi, menilai aktifitas mahasiswa dalam berkomentar di forum dan menjawab pertanyaan evaluasi, menghasilkan rekap laporan aktifitas dosen dalam belajar mengajar, menghasilkan laporan detail nilai forum dan evaluasi mahasiswa per pelajaran.Kata Kunci : Aplikasi, Pembelajaran, Aplikasi Pembelajaran

Abstract

Abstract: Administrative records of goods in and goods out sloppy and updates resulting in the difference between the existing stock on the record sheet in the warehouse . Parts warehouse difficult to know the most salable items and goods that are not selling well and often there is accumulation of stock even no stock at all for a particular item and place the data redundancy due to the recording of the entry or exit of goods on the record sheet .With these problems it is necessary to Inventory Information System that can perform administrative records of goods in and goods out so there is no difference in stock and redundancy of data items in the warehouse.Given the Inventory Information Systems , part warehouse easier administration and recording of goods in goods out . The system generates reports on expenditures, income statement items , the report returns, inventory taking reports , and report cards needed goods warehouse management to evaluate the activity inventory.

Abstract

Sidoarjo regency is one of the central areas of fish production for the province of East Java. In 2014 the Sidoarjo regency produces fish production of 16 911 tonnes of the total demand of 21,190 tons. People therefore have the potential to Rp. 64.3245 billion, - to be used. However, with the opportunities that still makes people hesitant. Based on observations and interviews, people have some problems in understanding the business opportunities the business of enlarging catfish. The problems regarding the planning is there is no information about the capital, the estimated cost, the information behind the capital and feasibility analysis. In addition, the educational background of different society and do not have the financial complex science that makes people not do the planning before doing business.                    Based on the above issues then made an application investment calculations enlargement catfish farming berbabasis web by comparing various media pool that can perform calculations, measurement and analysis process using the Cost of Production (HPP), and Average Rate of Return (ARR).                    Based on the results of trials that have been done this application can display information capital planning, cost estimating, value of turnover as well as the comparison with the 3 (three) media pool. From the calculation using the average rate of return that has been done to produce a value which is to cement pond 4.03. For the pool tarp 2.3. And for ground pools 3.95.

Abstract

The midwifery ( akbid ) is an institution of higher education educate of professional in obstetrics. So far all activities in academic manual still in so many problem that happens. Problem that happens when registration among other data noted in the paper thus still missing, krs students takes a long time because the krs still manual. Besides students difficulty know schedule college, values and the presence of because there were no application that presents. There is also an obstacle in the calculation of the value of print and khs since recording value still use microsoft excel.The solution offered was the creation of academic applications which include new student registration process online, ploting class, managing data master, schedule lecture, krs students be done in online, managing data presence, managing data values and yudisium.Designed build the system information academic web-based it may help problems recording data new students, simplify the process krs and scheduling college. Application could also help in knowing schedule lecture and the presence of value. In addition ease the process calculation of the value, print khs and transcript value and produce report of value and graduation students.

Abstract

Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) Kota Surabaya is a Surabaya Government institution who has responsibility in medical of Surabaya people. Dinkes kota Surabaya has a section in controling and eradicating of communicable desease where its role  is preventing and overcoming city communicable desease. And the one of communicable desease is Tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is a communicable desease was caused by microbacterium tuberculosa where it was more infected the lungs than any organs of the body. On the progress of controling tuberculosis, Dinkes Kota Surabaya had the problem in monitoring and eveluation proses where it was caused by the presentation form today still unrealtime than it takes a lot of time to find out the changing.Based on the problem was said, it was known that  Dinkes Kota Surabaya need information system which can be monitoring and evaluating realtime.And based on the test result and evaluation, information system that was created can be monitoring and evaluating realtime, then Dinkes kota Surabaya can act quickly if it got puskesmas in minimum line indikator.

Abstract

The low quality of the chocolate in Indonesia is because the cocoa plantations in Indonesia are always threatened by pests and plant diseases. Insect pest species whose numbers are greatest for cocoa crop in Indonesia for more than 130 species. This resulted in a lot of brown plants that could have been saved to die and decrease the quality of the chocolate. If this is allowed to continue, then it will impact on the level of productivity of the cocoa plant.Based on the above, the cocoa plantations requires an expert system which can provide information about diseases that attack plants brown and provide solutions to deal with the disease. This expert system application aims to help growers determine the type of chocolate for the disease being attacked by the brown plant disease symptoms are visible and also with the application of expert system, can generate solutions to deal with brown plants are diseased, so many chocolate plant are saved and it can increase production and also quality.Application of expert systems with rule-based system using forward chaining methods to help the cocoa plantations in order to know the type of disease that is attacking the brown plant based on the symptoms of the disease are seen.Keyword: Technology, forward chaining, Expert, Chocolate

Abstract

The process of refinement the hull of a ship done by PT TAMBANGAN RAYA PERMAI so far bring up problems of lack of supervision and too long time to repairing project of the hull of a ship. Because of a lack of supervision and not scheduled structurally to repairing project of the hull of a ship so as to cause slowness repairing project of the hull of a ship. This problem will have an impact on time the process of refinement the hull of a ship which will be repaired. To solve the problem, then made an application scheduling and monitoring improvement the hull of a ship. In this research, application scheduling and monitoring improvement the hull of a ship is using network planning, where scheduling is expected to assist repairing project of the hull of a ship so can increase improvement the hull of a ship.Based on the results of the trial that has has been done, can be concluded that this program has been increase the performance of the process repairing project of the hull of a ship. This was apparent from supervision work and the process of being a scheduled well after using application of research.

Abstract

Stikom Career Center is one part that is in Stikom Surabaya which serves to career development, which is under the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Alumni. Stikom Career Center officially have a website with the address scc.stikom.edu as a means to share information and act as a mediator between companies / institutions / industries job seekers and job seekers, especially those who come from the alumni Stikom Surabaya to seek employment information. During the service was implemented has not been done an evaluation of the quality of the website is based on the perception of the end user as feedback to party business website (Management) so that users become dissatisfied with the services of the website itself. The purpose of this study was to look into the matter by analyzing the relationship between the quality of the website (Website Quality) and user satisfaction (User Satisfaction) with 4.0 WebQual method that has Usability, Information quality and Service Interaction. Distributing questionnaires conducted obtained a sample of 75 respondents. Data from the questionnaire testing the variables with the validity and reliability, test assumptions to the multiple linear regression . The conclusion of the study is that there is the effect of variable Usability and Information Quality on User Satisfaction. This means that the increase can be carried out on each indicator variable that has the lowest average. Usability improvement for more emphasis on Display website, while for Information Quality improvement by managers can be emphasized at the complete information so that users become more satisfied.Keywords: Webqual 4.0, Usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction, Multiple Linear Regression.

Abstract

Di Perguruan Tinggi Swasta STMIK STIKOM Surabaya, Laboratorium Komputer (Labkom) menjadi salah satu bagian terpenting dalam menjamin kelangsungan proses praktikum yang memanfaatkan Sistem dan Teknologi Informasi (STI) untuk memberikan layanan kepada mahasiswa, dosen, dan karyawan. Masalah yang terjadi pada penerapan layanan STI selama ini tidak pernah dicatat, akibatnya mempengaruhi waktu penyelesaian penanganan, frekuensi perulangan masalah serupa, hingga pengeluaran biaya penanganan. Hal ini menyebabkan turunnya tingkat kepuasan dan kenyamanan pengguna layanan STI dan tingkat ketersediaan layanan STI itu sendiri.Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka perlu dilakukan pengelolaan masalah layanan STI. Labkom telah memiliki kebijakan yang mengatur pengeloaan tersebut, namun kebijakan ini tidak berisi langkah atau cara bagaimana melakukan pengelolaan masalah layanan STI sehingga perlu dibuatkan prosedurnya. Pada penelitian ini dibuatkan prosedur sesuai kebijakan pengelolaan masalah layanan STI yang dimiliki Labkom serta panduan Problem Management yang ada pada Information Technology Infrastructur  Library (ITIL) V3 – Service Operation yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan langkah-langkah dalam prosedur.Penelitian ini menghasilkan lima Standart Operation Procedure (SOP), enam instruksi kerja, dan 18 rekam kerja untuk mendeteksi masalah, mendiagnosa masalah, menangani masalah dan meninjau masalah.
