Abstract

Yayasan Bina’Muwahiddin merupakan lembaga Islam nirlaba yang mendarma baktikan kinerjanya untuk kepentingan masyarakat muslim, khususnya masyarakat muslim yang tinggal di pinggiran dan yayasan saat ini memiliki 350 donatur dari luar negri. Selama ini pengelolaan dan pelaporan penyaluran sumbangan masih manual sehingga menyebabkan beberapa masalah seperti tidak terkontrolnya penyaluran sumbangan sehingga menyebabkan laporan sumbangan yang akan dilaporkan kedonatur mengalami kesalahan dalam pelaporan dan keterlambatan pelaporan. Permasalahan tersebut menyebabkan rasa kepercayaan donatur menjadi berkurang dan membuat donatur tidak mau menyumbang lagi sehingga yayasan juga menjadi rugi. Solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut penulis merancang sebuah aplikasi yang mampu untuk melakukan pengelolaan dan monitoring dana sumbangan yang berbasis web. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini yayasan dapat dipermudah dalam melakukan pengelolaan dana sumbangan sehingga kesalahan data dalam proses pelaporan menjadi sedikit. Pada aplikasi yang sudah dirancang terdapat berbagai fungsi yang dapat membantu mengatasi masalah yang sedang dialami oleh yayasan seperti fungsi untuk melakukan transaksi proyek, fungsi untuk monitoring perkembangan proyek yang bisa dipantau oleh direktur dengan menggunakan grafik kurva-s, fungsi pembayaran sumbangan secara online dan fungsi pelaporan sumbangan yang nantinya donatur dapat melihat pelaporan sumbangan tersebut secara real time pada aplikasi.

Abstract

UD. Rohmat Jaya is a manufacturing company who produces crackers in Sidoarjo, East Java. Sales system at these companies is make to order, the order will be made if there is demand from customers. Based data on January – May 2013 showed that the sales was decline. To determine the cause of declining sales, required evaluation by the leader. For evaluation, company leaders need informations. But the company did not have sufficient sales data and poor data management, so it can not produce useful information for the leader. Based on these problems, then UD. Rohmat Jaya need an information system sales according to the conditions of the company. This information system created by the waterfall method. Steps being taken are interviews and field observations, identification of problems and solutions, planning, analysis and design, coding, and testing. This sales information system can help the leader in providing information that is useful in sales evaluation. Information is provided in report which are prioritized customers, customers decreasing in order, customers who are no longer do the order, the number of receivable per customers, receivable due per period, and development of sales

Abstract

Paramuda Tour & Transport is a company engaged in travel agency, Customer Paramuda Tour & Transport comes from the area around the company just so that customers outside the area are still not familiar with the companies and products owned. New customers will have trouble choosing travel packages available on the company because customers do not know the customer will get the facilities, attractions, prices and others - others in accordance with what the customer needs.To overcome these problems Paramuda Tour & Transport requires an application that is able to assist customers in the selection of flights, so that customers will get the results on travel packages that fit the criteria of criteria that customers want. Application will be made using AHP, since the AHP method can determine the priority, and AHP also can solve the problems that are multiple criteria such as the selection of tour packages.Application packages selection Paramuda travel on Tour and Transport may determine recommended travel packages based on the desired criteria customers with AHP method. Applications can also provide the latest information on products available on the company to customers, so that customers can choose the travel packages as desired.

Abstract

PT. Timu RayaSakti Probolinggo is a pioneer company / pioneer in the field of timber shipping expedition Gaharu wood in Probolinggo City. PT. Timu RayaSakti Probolinggo during the process of reporting their daily activities are still using manual methods, such as recording transactions, document storage, making reports, and memoranda piled up going to lose notes and documents. To overcome the above problems, it created a plan to build cargo expedition reporting application that can automate the reporting process at PT. Timu RayaSakti Probolinggo, an application used to manage processes ranging from customer data processing, order transaction, and report generation. The results of the design load reporting applications expedition is expedition reports. In conclusion, the design application expedition cargo reporting helps employers to manage transaction data and can generate reports to help monitor the business owner.Keywords: application, sales Information System Reporting

Abstract

Abstract: Rukina Sukses Abadi Ltd work in dredging ocean base and reclamation sector. The company exist document control management as checking expired date for their dredger certificate. While the operator in the office belated certificate extension, that will have impact for dredger performance, because the dredger activity will waiting after certificate extension has been done, so the company has financial loss because the dredger doesn’t work.Based on the problem, made one application to solve dredger certificate document management as web basic. The system exist form input certificate document and certificate document management features, it showing notification when the certificate come on expired date, so it will resolved certificate extension time which impact to dredger activity.Conclusion of the trial, application of documents management it work to manage certificate, show warning notification of certificate come on expired date and give certificate report in the moments. Keywords: Applications, Warning, Document Certificate

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Mata Masyarakat is a technical services unit that held the overall eye health services. The integrated process using appropriate technologies that supported the active participation of community, cooperation across programs and across sectors. Patient registration system that accumulate resulting in the registration queue for hospital treatment. Registration system caused by the piling up of patients who come to the hospital too much at certain hours so make many patients queuing for too long. Patient registration system that accumulate resulting in the registration queue for hospital treatment. Registration system caused by the piling up of patients who come to the hospital too much at certain hours so make many patients queuing for too long.This study provides a solution that is the need for an application that can help process the queue, the process of recording, storage process and the payment of medical records.This research can be summed up as an application that features patient registration, login patients, the estimated waiting time of patients, the medical records of patients, take notice of medical records, and payment details.

Abstract

Currently, Sub section of Facilities and Infrastructure (SUBBAGSARPRAS) Sidoarjo Resort Police manages the data of the official vehicles totaled 570 units consisting of 466 units of two-wheel, 90 units of four-wheel, and 14 units of trucks. 2 officers of SUBBAGSARPRAS who manage the data have a problem that is the difficulty of finding data of official vehicle and vehicle duty holder, holders of the vehicles that must return the vehicles as much as 5% of the total official vehicle, official vehicles use permit that have been expired as much as 65%, the tax of official vehicles that have been expired as much as 45%, and the distribution of fuel oil. The difficulties are caused by the processing of the data is still not well organized. So the officers still often make mistakes in reporting the vehicle management agency results recap. Solutions to overcome these problems is an application that can manage data well. Thus a design and implementation of  application is made to manage official vehicles in SUBBAGSARPRAS based on desktop by using the method of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Tthis research resulted in the design and implementation of  application to manage official vehicles in SUBBAGSARPRAS Sidoarjo Resort Police. Abstract

: PT Panca Patriot Prima is a company engaged in broiler chicken farms. For the sales process broiler breeder companies have many partners. Based on the analysis in the can at PT Panca Patriot Prima has constraints in determining the amount of the sales activities of broiler chickens. During the determination of the amount of sales of broilers not be seen from the number of broiler chicken sales turnover by the broker and also do not consider the amount of remaining debt broker.Companies should be in the process of determining the number of broiler chicken sales are centered on brokers. Companies in selling broiler provide a platform for a number of broiler chicken sales to brokers based on the amount of turnover and the number of remaining debt broker.Based on the above, the authors provide a solution to solve the problem of the sale of chicken broileryaitu build sales application that was able to determine the number of broiler chicken sales to the broker.Results from making this application is that it can help companies to determine the amount of sales of broilers to brokerberdasarkan amount of the turnover and the number of remaining debt can brokerserta address issues regarding the payment

Abstract

One academic activities carried out by the Institute of Business and Information Stikom Surabaya is a lectures scheduling activities. Facts that occurred in the preparation of the current class schedule and the process requires considerable time. This occurs because the need to classify and sort the data written using paper media and draw up a schedule with the help of Microsoft Excel. The difficulties encountered when preparing the class schedule is the schedule should be adjusted to the terms and policies that have been determined by matching them one by one. Based on these problems, made a lecture scheduling application using Genetic Algorithms. Lecture scheduling application with regard to the data compiled estimates of the number of participants of each course, the data subject to be held, the data capacity of each course, data on the number of lecturers, the data competence of lecturers, lecturers teaching load data, and data classrooms. The results showed that the application of this lectures scheduling has can produce in one semester class schedules in accordance with the existing terms and policies. Results of testing for lectures scheduling as many as 75 classes obtained the best parameter to the value of chromosome 30, the amount of generation of 30, the probability of crossover and mutation probabilities 70 30. By using the best parameters of the test results produced by the class schedule with an average success rate of 86% to 30 trials.

Abstract

CV Aneka Karya Makmur is a company engaged in the computer embroidery services are located in the hamlet Wonokoyo Kulon No 35, Beji Pasuruan. Today the company makes the production schedule just by looking at the list of orders are coming in which orders are coming in advance will be done. As a result, the waiting time high orders and orders that have little processing time required to wait too long. Solution to the problems above are improved methods of production scheduling. Scheduling applications make the selection of the best methods of four methods First Come First Serve (FCFS), Shortest Processing Time (SPT), Longest Process Time (LPT), and the Earliest Due Date (EDD), in which all four of these methods will be evaluated to obtain the best method , The parameters used to evaluate four methods is the average completion time, utilization, the average number of jobs in the system, and the average delay in the work. Based on the applications made and the testing that has been done, the value of the test reached 100%. This application can take orders, which can be directly carried out the manufacture of the production schedule by one of the best methods. This application can also produce evidence of orders and generate reports on the results of production scheduling.  Keywords: Production Scheduling, Ordering method, Priority Rules.
