Abstract

PT. Kelola Mina Laut is a company that engages in seafood industry. This company has been exporting their processed products to several countries in Southeast Asia, America, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, China, Korea, Japan and many other countries in the African region. The export process in this company involving several divisions, marketing departments, export division, and documentation division. The complexity of the export process which accompanied by the many parties that interact in this process often causes delays in the administrative process export, this is caused by: 1) employee who related to export administration processes was on duty outside, 2) supporting documents for export administration process has not been submitted to other involved departments. Based on these problems, it was built a web-based export administrative management application that implements administrative workflow system that is supported by push notification techniques such as SMS Gateway to handle the existing problems.

Abstract

Monitoring the performance of Salesman at the distributor company is one of the important factors to note the company, from the good performance of the salesman, the company can increase the target of selling. Not only the performance of salesmen, but the data storage customers also become important for companies distributor. Storage of data managed and controlled performance of salesmen and direct the sale corresponding region can increase the company's sales target But the process of monitoring the performance of salesmen, good data storage and directed sales to the salesman has not been applied to CV. Multi Usaha Mandiri resulting CV. Multi Usaha Mandiri can not meet sales targets.To fix these problem then make monitoring application performance salesman. This application can store customer data, direct the sale area in accordance with the sales of each customer and can monitor the performance of salesmen. With this application can help CV. Multi Usaha Mandiri in managing customer data, monitoring the performance of salesmen and direct the sale area according to sales reports.

Abstract

Jala Bhakti Sedana is a cooperative located in Jala Sidhi Amerta Temple in Sidoarjo. It provides savings and loan for all Hindu people who become its member. So far, all the transaction data is recorded in manual way (using book) therefore the officer has difficulty in finding data member and the transaction data is at risk of being lost. Moreover, the calculation of surplus distribution is done by non-monetary background person so that it cannot be done fast.  This causes that the surplus of cooperative cannot be distributed on time. The solution offered by the writer is the making of web-based application for savings and loan activity in cooperative of Jala Bhakti Sedana which is able to record all the savings and loan transaction and doing surplus calculation. This application has several main processes such as savings and loan data recording, calculation of operating profit, calculation of surplus allocation, calculation of savings surplus, and calculation of loan surplus. After being tested, this application is able to help the officer to note savings and loan transaction in cooperative. Beside, it also helps treasury officer making cooperative surplus counting so that it can be distributed to all member on time annually

Abstract

ABSTRAK : CV Planktoon (Planktoon Garage Store) is a business store which located in the Perumahan Permata Safira C2/2, JL. Lidah Kulon – Surabaya, East Java and have a online shops in www.planktoonfingerboard.com who Sells a variety of products for the review among young man like fingerboard, spare parts, Parks (miniature of games skateboard arena), jacket, shirts, accessories and bags which all is production of CV Planktoon.Website of CV. Planktoon currently not focusing in interests and satisfaction of customer evidenced by don’t have a membership system. Website does not create variations of offer and services to customers. The website also does not provide a direct link between the amount of stock the products in the store with the stock on the website so some reservations sometimes have problems delay or even cancellation of orders due to the number of stocks do not conform or perish.Lack of dissemination of information about the products (new products ) causes a lack of interest and the interest of the consumer to visit a website so that the website the less popular or less visited by customers. The owner also had difficulty in preparing reports sales transactions that contain sales reports, daily stock, sales turnover and the best-selling items.In addressing these problems, made a re-design of website system which capable of providing a recommendation as to similar products through strategies of Up Selling, have a member registration features, dissemination of product information via sosial media, have a product search feature, ordering and payment until the confirmation of data delivery to the customer, and make a reports sales transactions that contain sales reports, daily stock, sales turnover and the best-selling items to owner.From the test results, the system is able to generate output rekomedasi up selling products, dissemination of product information via sosial media, member registration feature, and produce reports like sales reports, daily stock, sales turnover and the best-selling items.Kata Kunci: Re-desain, Website, Up Selling, Sosial Media.

Abstract

Annual Employment Report is part of the Company's existing functions at the Department of Labor Surabaya, inspection, implementation, assessment and monitoring of employment. In doing compulsory reporting are currently several issues, namely: the length of the processing and preparation of reports so that the limited information available, the lack of facilities in approving compulsory reporting. The solution to these problems is to create an information system capable of managing reporting labor required to report the data into information that can be used to provide a policy on employment. These employment information reporting system can be easier for companies to perform compulsory reporting companies every year, can facilitate in approving compulsory reporting company, can assist in addressing the recording and processing of data shall be reported.

Abstract

Abstract : PLANKTOON GARAGE STORE is Engaged in Manufacturing Sector.  The weakness at the company's sales system is that, the company difficult to determine the increase in the item goods and know all recording reservations and sales transactions that have been done, in the absence of reports that provide information about it. Other problems are also affecting the company is , the production department does not know how many items are to be produced so that the warehouse stock is not stable due to inventory planning management did not account properly resulting erratic stock ( excess or reduced ) from the storehouses.Of problems that show above a solution that will be given is the manufacture of Supply Management Design Build Applications using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) that can help companies to manage and determine the inventory with the calculation methods in the application, and that will be taken into consideration companies with the solutions presented by this application.From the test results the system is able to produce and provide some recommendations in the form of output that can assist companies in calculating the amount of data that must be ordered raw materials, the report items such as customer item, booking reports, sales reports and inventory planning report. Keywords : Application , Inventory Management , Economic Order Quantity.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop an application of guidance and counseling form twelfth grade senior high scholl students. The method that use in this research is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Waterfall mode that have 5 steps that is requirement, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The result of this research is an application of guidance and counseling that can handle the process of career determination and career guidance for twelfth grade and also can give reports from that two process. The conclusion of this research is the application have been create can handle career determination for the twelfth grade student and career guidance. For futher development, suggested made mobile application for android and IOS that allows users to acces application everywhere and everytime.

Abstract

IVORY shop is a shoe store located in Mojokerto. IVORY store outlets have 3 pieces, each of which is located at Jalan Semeru, Mojokerto, Jalan Bhayangkara, Mojokerto, and Jalan Pemuda, Dlanggu, Mojokerto. The shop which was founded in 2009 sells Sneaker type shoes. Control efforts undertaken by management Ivory stores today is to go one by one to three outlets in turn. The supervision by the store management Ivory per day includes: activities of sales per outlet and best-selling products.Based on the above, it is built to store sales information system Ivory. This information system is expected to connect the three outlets Ivory shoe store, so it can assist management in monitoring Ivory store store sales activities in other outlets in realtime.Once completed the system is designed, built, and tested, this information system can display the information activities of sales is going to be able to assist the management in oversee Ivory store sales performance in branches, retail outlets Ivory.Kata Kunci: System Information, Synchronization, Activities Sales, Ivory Store

Abstract

Islamic Hospital Jemursari Surabaya is one of the agencies that provide health services to the community. In providing health services for the community, the hospital uses information technology to support the activities of the public service. The problems faced today, namely the recording of information technology assets that are still using Microsoft Excel so that the information obtained can not be uptodate and not archived properly. This resulted in the decision by the management to be blocked. Based on these descriptions, the solution to overcome that by using a specialized desktop application that can be directly accessed client server integrated and accommodated to all stakeholders. Asset management application using the straight-line method is used to manage the entire information technology assets ranging procurement, receipt, repair, removal, shrinkage, until removal. The process of implementation and evaluation of a system that has been carried out, indicates that the application of asset management is able to provide information technology assets comprehensive information relating to the procurement, receipt, repair, removal, shrinkage, deletion and reporting of all transactions, and may provide asset reports are quick and precise , which can be used by management in making decisions.

Abstract

Abstract:Friendship (FSP) Shop is a store operations located in Central Semampir Street Gang 6/6 - 60 213 Surabaya East Java. FSP Shop sells a variety of apparel products for youngsters such as clothes (shirts and T-shirts), jeans, jackets and accessories (slayer, hats, etc.). Sales made by the FSP Shop is currently done by through the online store website. User or users of the website include online store owner as admin and customer FSP Shop itself. For now, the sales website used by FSP Shop is still very modest in which only covers the sale process only. The website does not focus on the interests and customer satisfaction is evident with no variations in supply and service to customers. It has an impact on sales of the clothing store business into the future, allowing the loss of customer loyalty, and lead customers do not want to shop again at the store. Besides these two problems, FSP Shop himself wished to increase the number of sales of each item in the future as well as continue to maintain customer loyalty.From the above problems, website development FSP Shop online store today with the adoption of cross selling. Cross selling is a suggestion that is obtained based on the data transaction history.
