The study aims to determine the relationship between positive thinkingwith self-esteem in women with premenopausal period. Subjects werepremenopausal women who ages between 40-50 years old. The studyused quantitative methods. This study used scale to get the data, namelyScale Positive Thinking and Self-Esteem Scale. The result showed asignificant coefficient correlation with r = 0.465. Positive thinking has about21.6% explaining effect on the dependent variables and 78.4% influencesby other factors. Majority participants in this study have medium level ofesteem and positive thinking. Based on the result study, it can be concludedthat there was a significant relationship between positive thinking with self-esteem in women who experienced a period of premenopausal. The higherpositive thinking conducted by participant the higher their self-esteem, andvice versa.

Job stress is a main problem for modern organization. It has negativeeffect on employee, organization and productivity. Previous study foundthat job stress could create several problems and difficulties either on workperformance or employeeâs health status. This study aims to examinerelationship between job insecurity and religious coping as moderatorvariable with job stress among university academic staffs. Moderatedregression analysis was used to analyze the data. One hundred and fifty-five academic staffs participated in this study. The result showed that jobinsecurity has significant effect on job stress. Meanwhile, religious copinghas significant effect on job stress by moderating the effect of job insecurity.Further discussion will be explained in this paper.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the happiness orientation ofboys and girls. A number of 459 high school students in Yogyakarta andCiamis filled out questionnaire with open-ended questions developed byKim and information about the data itself. The analysis method in this studyused a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods with indigenouspsychology approach, an approach from the perspective of the local culture,was used to analyze the data response from open questions, so the originaldata was obtained in the reality of Indonesia itself, so every phenomenonwas seen in context, presented and interpreted in relative terms based onthe cultural, ecological, and where the phenomenon took place.Categorization responses were analyzed by cross tabulation statisticalmethods with the sex of respondents. The results showed that there wasno significant difference in happiness boys and girls. Events that made themost happy for the boys was the event associated with achievement,spirituality, friends, and leisure time, whereas for girls was associated withfamily, love and be loved, as well as money.

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical data about the pictureof adjustment at class XIÂ Pasundan high school 2. The methodology inthis research used descriptive study. The population of this study was 340students in grade XI and the samples were 181 students. The sampleswere taken used cluster random sampling technique by looking at theKrejcie table. Collecting data used adjustment scale developed byresearchers based on the theory of adjustment from Schneiders. Data wereobtained in the form of ordinal data and analyzed using the median andPercentage (%). The results showed that as many as 86 students (47.5%)could be well adjusted, and 95 students (52.5%) could not be well adjusted.In addition the result showed that students with authoritative parenting andwere not influenced by peers is the most well adjusted.

This study aims to examine whether there is difference in motivation tocomplete a thesis between employed students with unemployed students.Motivation to complete a thesis scale was used to get the data. T-test wasused to analysis data. The result of t-test confirmed that there is a significant difference in motivation to complete thesis between employed student with unemployed student (t= 4.085) with p= 0.000 < 0.05). Employed student had higher motivation than unemployed student in completion their thesis. This result will be discussed further.

One of the deadly diseases for women is breast cancer. The wisdomdefined in this study was post traumatic growth. Post traumatic growth is apositive changes experience arising from the struggle of the great crises oflife. The purpose of this study was to determine the growth dynamics ofpost traumatic or post-traumatic growth toward positive life changes andwant to understand further the factors that influence the formation of posttraumatic growth in patients with breast cancer. The method used is basedon qualitative research using phenomenology method. The analysis showedthere were two factors that affecting the aspects of post traumatic growthin patients with breast cancer. External factors are the children andgrandchildren as life expectation and as encouragement or motivationsupport of both parents to perform the treatment, so it eventually leads tothe strengthening of internal factors. Internal factors include the factor offaith (spirituality), a strong desire to recover factors (optimism), resiliencefactors, and reframing factors. There are 4 (four) post traumatic growtharising from the struggle with breast cancer in the face of illness: an increasein spirituality, positive improvement in life, and the higher prosocial andbetter social relations.
