Currently, one of the main approaches used in analyzing properties and synthesis of signals in various classes is the subband methodology, which is carried out from the position of Fourier transform of signal samples (frequency representations) into subbands of the transform definition domain (transformants). In this case, the main tool, which is widely used for subband analysis (including wavelet analysis), is usage of bandpass filters (mainly those with finite impulse response or FIR filters). The present paper introduces the basics of building a theory forsubband analysis / signal synthesis for various classes, and using transformations based on any orthonormal basis with weight. This proposed approach is based on the concept of Euclidean signal norm square fraction in a given subband of the transformant definition domain. It is shown that the basis for mathematical apparatus of subband analysis is a new class of matrices, called subband ones. Some eigenvalue properties of these matrices are established, and the problem of optimal selection for additive signal components is formulated and solved

The article describes the issues of preparation and verification of mathematical models of computing systems with resource virtualization. The object of this study is to verify of mathematical models of computer systems with virtualization experimentally by creating a virtual server on the host platform and monitoring its characteristics under load. Known models cannot be applied to the aircraft with virtualization, because they do not allow a comprehensive analysis to determine the most effective option for the implementation of the initial allocation of resources and its optimization for a specific sphere and task of use. The article for the study used a closed queueing network. Simple models for the analysis of various structures of computer systems are experimentally obtained. To implement the properties of adaptability in the models, triggers are used that monitor and adjust the power of the processing channel in individual Queuing systems, depending on the specified conditions. Experiments prove the obtained results reliable and usable as a flexible tool for studying the virtualization properties when structuring computing systems. This knowledge could be of use for businesses interested in optimizing the server configuration for their IT infrastructure.

In recent years, the best system of irrigation is studied by reducing the wasted amount of water and electricity. Automatic irrigation is the use of a device to operate irrigation structures so the change of flow of water from one bay, or set of bays, to another can occur in the absence of the irrigator. In this work, automatic control system of solar irrigation implemented practically using Arduino board. This photovoltaic (PV) system is applied in the garden of Engineering Technical College- Mosul (city in Iraq). PV system can be adjusted by many regions in Iraq where it planned to connect on small part of land. Irrigation process is controlled depending on moisture sensor that connected to sense the soil moisture and giving data to Arduino read pin. According to the program that uploaded to Arduino, DC pump can be controlled as ON-state or OFF-state as respect to the soil moisture percentage ratio. Finally, the practical results are approximately similar to that obtained from proteus Arduino simulator.

The current stage of the development of the society is characterized by a continuous increase in remote interaction between subscribers and user requests for various types of multiservice services, with the required quality regardless of their location. This is mainly implemented on the basis of wireless communication systems (SBS) at the current time. A large number of various SBSs existing at the present leads to an increase in the level of various types of interference, which makes it necessary to increase the noise immunity of these systems. To improve the reliability of receiving information in the conditions of various types of interference, as is known, it is necessary to implement the information exchange by using channel signals with a large base, which primarily depends on the bandwidth they occupy. In this regard, in the present article, a comparative assessment of the noise immunity is carried out based on the obtained quantitative values of frequency characteristics of a number of modern classes of broadband channel signals, including a new class of broadband channel signals, and the use of eigenvectors of sub-band matrices.

Characteristics of transformer would be vital to ensure the voltage is fully transferred. A single-phase transformer is a type of power transformer that utilizes single-phase alternating current, meaning the transformer relies on a voltage cycle that operates in a unified time phase. This article describes a workflow executed with Mat lab simulation and practical measurements for single-phase power transformer, no-load, short-circuit test and load test are achieved in this work. The test procedures are implemented on areal transformer (terco-type) which has a specification (1 KVA, 220/110 V, 50 Hz). Finally, the simulation results are appeared a proximately seminar from the practical results. The results indicated that the the technique and manner which presented in the current study can be depended as a miniproject in electrical technology mater for undergraduate studies.

The incorporation of E-learning in both private and public tertiary education can help expedite the learning process. The utilization of fast-paced technology with E-learning also allows for a more flexible and convenient learning process. E-learning platforms can be accessed anywhere as long as there is an internet connection, including at home, the workplace, restaurants or while travelling. This allows for the benefit of distance learning. As such, the current study aims to examine the factor effectiveness of E-learning based on three variables, namely technology, instructors’ characteristics and students’ characteristics and their impact on distance learning. The education system has greatly evolved from the use of apparatus such as chalk and blackboards to the modern use of projectors to conduct lessons. In the current age, E-learning will have an effect on both instructors and teaching technology, aside from the students themselves. As an example, students are expected to know how to utilize these systems in their lessons, instructors must receive training in E-learning systems management and in terms of technology, the E-learning systems must be updated and operated using the most recent upgrades. E-learning is also cost-efficient, less time consuming and reduces the burden on both students and educators.

The challenge of software in the field of converting sound to text is that some words have different meanings. In these situations, the functions of each one is distinguished by the use of fuzzy logic and division of the working part of the work. In this regard, the words must first be classified according to the specialized discipline. In the second place, the principles of writing should be maintained. In this regard, the points and commands and the alignment of the sentence are all items that should be considered in the software. The next item is the volume and speed of word processing and the lack of restrictions in the number of languages used. But the time problem is very important. In this regard, the use of existing codes and the optimization and remedy of the problems is a suitable method. In this research, some issues including security and maintenance of software proprietary rights, and the speed of converting sound to text and reducing noise and optimal performance of software to convert audio to text based on software method and the principles of fuzzy logic and neural network were investigated. Results showed improvement algorithm Analytical and results outcomes.

Service robots are characterized by autonomously performing indoor tasks in unstructured environments, this condition of the environment prevents the prior programming of the map, which requires reactive behavior. These robots require real-time and cost-effective identification of obstacles in the environment, which includes not only distance information, but also depth information. This paper shows a strategy to estimate the position of obstacles in unknown environments. This strategy is characterized by low computational cost and real-time operation. The environments are selected because they are those usual to human beings, and this also influences our design, since we look for functional and morphological equivalence with human beings. This equivalence corresponds to the installation of two cameras in our robotic platform to form a stereoscopic system equivalent to the human. The images captured simultaneously are analyzed by a bacterial interaction scheme to define points on the obstacles. Our strategy showed a high performance in controlled environments. The scheme was able to establish distances to different points of the obstacle with 95% accuracy for distances between 0.8 and 2 m.

Diabete is a silent killer, which will slowly kill the person if it goes undetected. The existing system which uses F-score method and K-means clustering of checking whether a person has diabetes or not are 100% accurate, and anything which isn't a 100% is not acceptable in the medical field, as it could cost the lives of many people. Our proposed system aims at using some of the best features of the existing algorithms to predict diabetes, and combine these and based on these features; This research work turns them into a novel algorithm, which will be 100% accurate in its prediction. With the surge in technological advancements, we can use data mining to predict when a person would be diagnosed with diabetes. Specifically, we analyze the best features of chi-square algorithm and advanced clustering algorithm (ACA). This research work is done using the Pima Indian Diabetes dataset provided by National Institutes of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases. Using classification theorems and methods we can consider different factors like age, BMI, blood pressure and the importance given to these attributes overall, and singles these attributes out, and use them for the prediction of diabetes.

The paper proposed an algorithm which purpose is searching for a substring of characters in a string. Principle of its operation is based on the theory of non-deterministic finite automata and vector-character architecture. It is able to provide the linear computational complexity of searching for a substring depending on the length of the searched string measured in the number of operations with hyperdimensional vectors when repeatedly searching for different strings in a target line. None of the existing algorithms has such a low level of computational complexity. The disadvantages of the proposed algorithm are the fact that the existing hardware implementations of computing systems for performing operations with hyperdimensional vectors require a large number of machine instructions, which reduces the gain from this algorithm. Despite this, in the future, it is possible to create a hardware implementation that can ensure the execution of operations with hyperdimensional vectors in one cycle, which will allow the proposed algorithm to be applied in practice.
