Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, gender, age, income level and length of business of the decision of SMEs in the food processing sector in Yogyakarta to take credit and not take credit. This study uses primary data obtained from 70 respondents 36 respondents who took credit and 34 respondents did not take credit and analyzed using logistic regression methods. The results showed partially independent variables in the form of financial literacy, gender, undergraduate education and income level had a significant effect on the dependent variable and the variables of age and business duration had no significant effect. Nagelkerke R Square value is 0.344 meaning that the financial literacy variable, gender, age, education level, income level and length of business can explain (the decision of SMEs to take credit is 34%. The remaining 66% is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the level of financial attitudes increase the access of formal credit of Small Business Entreprise in Taman Sari Yogyakarta. This research uses questionnaire method to Small Business Owner in Taman Sari Yogyakarta. Data analysis techniques used are independent t test and regression analysis with SPSS 15th Edition. The result of the research is levene test and t value on Independent test test showed that positive significant value (levene test significance value is 0,023, F value is 5,479 and t value is 2,33 and significant value is 0,024). It means that there is a difference in the value of financial attitude of small businesses accessing formal credit and access to non formal credit. Different mean value of 4,0721 means that the financial attitude of small businesses accessing formal credit is higher than the financial attitude of small businesses accessing non formal credit. Based on the linear regression test that the higher the financial attitude then the higher can access the formal credit. This research is useful for small business actors for business development, for the Government to make financing program policy for the right MSE and financial inclusion, for financial institution to get information about access of formal credit for small business, for academics can be used as reference for further research related to Small Business Entreprise  financing.

Abstract

Abstrak                    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari manfaat investasi, modal investasi, return, dan edukasi atau pembelajaran. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UAD. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 103 mahasiswa. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel manfaat investasi tidak  berpengaruh terhadap minat investasi karena memiliki nilai signifikansi (0,863>0,05). Variabel modal investasi nilai signifikansi (0,003<0,05), maka modal investasi berpengaruh terhadap minat investasi. Variabel return memiliki nilai signifikansi (0,003<0,05), maka return berpengaruh terhadap minat investasi. Sedangkan variabel edukasi tidak  berpengaruh terhadap minat investasi karena memiliki nilai signifikansi (0,721>0,05). Variable manfaat investasi, modal investasi, return dan edukasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat investasi dengan nilai signifikansi (0,000<0,05). Kata kunci:  Manfaat Investasi, Modal Investasi, Return, Edukasi dan Minat Investasi

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of green perceived value and green perceived quality to the green trust, and green perceived value, green perceived quality and green trust to the green purchase behavior. This research was a quantitative and used structural equation model (SEM). The data in this research was primary data with 100 respondents as  a sample who used Philips LED lighting in Semarang. The sampling techniques was non probability sampling. The result of the research shows that : There were positive and significant effect of green perceived value and green perceived quality to green trust. Green trust has positive and significant effect to green green purchase behavior. Another result shows green perceived value and green perceived quality have positive and significant effect to green purchase behavior

Abstract

As a manifestation of the enactment of Law No. 6 of 2014 on the village, village development aims to improve the welfare of rural people and the quality of human life and poverty alleviation through the fulfillment of basic needs, development of village facilities and infrastructure, local economic development, and the utilization of natural resources and Environment in a sustainable manner. Therefore, the implementation of good governance in the village, as well as the competent human resources of the village apparatus, can support the implementation of the Village Law. Relegiusity of course becomes an important role as a benchmark of honesty of human resources (village apparatus). This study aims to examine the effect of good governance and human resource competence on the implementation of village law with relegiusitas as a moderation variable. Data were collected using questionnaires from 31 village apparatus located in the village of Banguntapan, Bantul District. The results showed that there is a good governance influence on the implementation of Village Law, while variable the competency of human resources does not affect the implementation of Village Law. Similarly, the relegiusity variable does not support the hypothesis so that relegiusity is not a moderating variable.

Abstract

Quality education is not only the responsibility of the government but also all elements of society. One of the determinants of the quality of education in Indonesia is the quality of university. Muhammadiyah as the largest socio-religious organization in Indonesia, is required to take part in social and political life at the local, national and global levels. In contrast to conventional organizations that only aim to maximize the wealth of the owner, Muhammadiyah's business charity in carrying out it must be based on the struggle to carry out business towards the realization of the true Islamic community. Based on this, the purpose of the Muhammadiyah's business charity should be derived from the life purpose of a Muslim with its implementation is mashlahah in the activities of Maqasid Sharia. Maqashid Sharia has five factors, namely maintaining religion, guarding the soul, maintaining reason, guarding offspring, and guarding property. These five things differentiate Islamic organizations from other national organizations. This study aims to determine the implementation of maqasid sharia factors as an indicator of Islamic University Development. The research method used in this study is qualitative research which is descriptive research and tends to use analysis. Qualitative research aims to explain phenomena in depth through deep data collection.               Based on the Al Quran, Sharia Enterprise Theory and previous studies it can be concluded that Muhammadiyah Magelang University includes Islamic universities based on the Maqasid Sharia indicator.

Abstract

The role of technology is very strong to the changes of civilization today. The impact of technological progress also has an influence on the marketing strategy that must be carried out by SMEs. One of the strategy is by selling through a marketplace where this method is becoming a trend for customers. This research  aims to find out how the influence of the sales strategy through an online store marketplace to increase income in SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). To answer the aim of the research, it was conducted the research by taking 100 sample of SME which lived in DIY. The method used to take sample is non-probability sampling method. It is taking sample by deciding special criteria to the SME in DIY. The data collecting technique is using questionnaire that has been tested of validity and reliability. The data analysis technique is using multiple linier regression analysis and the data processed with SPSS software version 17 for windows. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the Marketing Mix variable on sales of the online marketplace stores has a positive effect on increasing the income of SMEs, Human Resources variable on sales of the online marketplace stores has a negative effect on increasing the income of SMEs, Information Technology  variable on sales of the online marketplace store has a significantly positive effect on increasing SME income, and also expedition variable has a positive influence on increasing SME income. The simultaneously variables or together, variable Marketing Mix, Human Resources, Information Technology and Expedition affect on sales of the online marketplace stores which ultimately affect on the increase of SME income. Marketing Mix Variables, Human Resources variables, Information Technology variables, and Expedition variables explain the effect on the online store marketplace sales toward increasing SME income.

Abstract

In line with urban development based on disaster mitigation, the Eastern region of Padang City was developed as a residential area and education center, while the West region adjacent to the coast is an urban commercial area and business center. The transfer of the government center of Padang City to the East (Air Pacah, Koto Tangah District) in 2010 was one of the efforts to reduce the concentration of the population in the coastal area. After the earthquake and tsunami issue in 2009, it was seen changes and displacement of the population towards the east of the city with higher topographic conditions from the center of Padang City adjacent to the Indian Ocean. Based on BPS data from Padang City, in Padang Utara Subdistrict from 2009 to 2010 there was a decline in population, but in 2010 to 2015 there was a significant increase in population. Based on the City of Padang RTRW for 2010-2030, North Padang District is a tsunami prone area. From the above problems, it is important to conduct a study of the selection of housing locations in tsunami-prone areas with Research Question whether the variable price of rental housing, transportation costs and income of the head of household are considered the choice of housing location after the tsunami threat. Based on the results of the analysis, the variables of house rent, transportation costs and income of the family head influence the choice of home locations in tsunami-prone areas.

Abstract

The influence of work motivation and work environment on employee employee performance in several studies found that there was positive effect. Some researches to argue that there are other variables that bridge the relationship between work motivation and the work environment on performance employee. One of the potential linking variables is work readiness. The main objective of this study is to perform hypothesis testing and analyze the role of work readiness as a mediating variable in the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance of employee who worked on University. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire and distributed to 60 employees. Validity and reliability test of the questionnaire which was used as a tool showed that the questionnaire is valid and reliable for use. To examine the role of work readiness as a mediator, this study used the approach regression analysis. The results showed that work readiness mediates the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The result also showed that work readiness hasn’t effect mediates of work environment on employee performance.
