Abstract

Line Balancing the flow of the production process is still often ignored by the company both fabrication and assembly. That is because the balance of the trajectory associated with the production output is achieved. Current CV. MJ less able to meet the target of maximum production, which is to meet the demand of consumers. This is due to the difference in production output at each work station resulting in the accumulation of material work. To be able to calculate the measurement line balancing the working time of each operation in wilson product folding chair in the assembly department by using stopwatch. The method used in solving the problem of balancing this is the method Ranked Positional Weight and methods Killbridge-Western. Ranked Positional Weight Method is a method that calculates the cycle time, the matrix precursor based network, compute weight position, time efficiency average. From the calculation results after using the Ranked Positional Weight and methods Killbridge-Western obtained value balance delay 15:41%, 84.59% system efficiency, output produced 142.14 seat unit / day by the number of work stations 6. And to have better results than before using both methods. So should the company implement Ranked Positional Weight methods and methods Killbridge-Western because it can reduce the delay balance, improve system efficiency and increase production output. Abstract

This study aims to re-layout of six rooms, the delivery room, boardroom, reception room, financial room, administrative space, and space for warehouses that already exist in the CV. Sumber Technik. The layout is done to get the layout of a new, more effective and efficient. His record is a delivery space remains in place, while other spaces that may migrate. This research is applied research. Locations in CV. Sumber Technik engaged in the distribution of building materials. There are six, namely: the delivery room, boardroom, reception room, financial room, administration rooms, and warehouses. Based on the existing layout that will be drawn up the new layout by using the weighted-distance method. There are three stages to go through gathering information, developing a block plan, and then designing the detailed layout. At the stage of gathering information would be obtained space required, the availability of space and the proximity matrix. At the stage of developing a block plan will get some of the proposed block plan. At the stage of designing the layout of the details, which will be achieved proposed block plan are eligible for admission to the criteria of load-distance smaller than the distance from the current load block plan. This shows there is efficiency. To get a load distance calculation is performed using rectilinear distance. Based on the results that the proposed block plan 1 and plan 2 blocks proposed is unacceptable for load distance value is smaller than the distance from the current load block plan. Several other proposed block plan can be made and then calculated load distance. If they meet the criteria then the block plan proposed is acceptable. Abstract

This research was conducted in order to develop products Hammock Sleeping Bag manufactured by "Hang". Hang is a brand of manufacturers scale home industry located in the area Pusponjolo, Semarang. A wide variety of manufactured products such as hammock, cover bag, backpack, briefcase slempang, cell phone holster, T-shirt screen printing. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is used to bring what consumers want and what they can do manufacturers to meet consumer desires. This product design development research using questionnaires as a data collection tool. The data obtained from consumers and then processed. After knowing the results if the data from the data collected is then made quality house or House of Quality. After the analysis found that the necessary development of variations of the raw material in order to stimulate the development of product design Hammock, so that consumers have many choices determine the type of product to be purchased. Abstract

Research using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Where is the concept of a multi-attribute models. This technique identifies strengths and weaknesses of the use of social media in marketing by using two criteria: social media attributes and student purchasing decisions. The aim of research to determine the level of use of social media for students to purchase keutusan android smartphone users at the Faculty of Economics and Business of University Stikusbank Semarang. To determine the attributes that prioritized social media to be repaired and maintained. analyzed the level of suitability and Cartesian diagrams. Concordance rate is used to determine the level of use of social media popularity gap between the perception or performance and expectations of students, the dimensions of which are used among others Means of Communication (X1) 0.88, Responsiveness Media promotion (X2) 0.90, Means Research (X3) 0.88, More known (X4) 0.91. Cartesian diagram is used to determine the attributes that prioritized social media to be repaired and maintained. The analysis of gaps (gap) of a Communication Facility dimension (X1), Responsiveness Media promotion (X2), Research Facilities (X3), more known (X4). The results of the analysis of Cartesian diagram attributes are a top priority for repair (quadrant), namely items 3, 4, 20, 24 (quadrant II), namely 13, 17, 18, 21, 22 (kudran III) ie items 1, 5, 6, 10, 11 (quadrant IV) are items 2, 7, 9, 12, 14, 15,16, 19.
