Abstract

Good product design is by paying attention kenyamann side with reference to the approach anthtropometri and ergonomics. Pressing tool porridge in UKM AGAPE Pemalang still use simple tools require workers to manually by tapping molten metal that has been cooked with wood Entong aid as a tool to smooth porridge. Many weaknesses by using the tool before pressing molten metal which causes rapid fatigue menjdi workers. In this scheme using anthropometric and ergonomic approach in determining the level of worker comfort. Samples used from 31 employee. From this study it can be concluded that the presence of molten metal stamping tool worker more comfortable in using the tool, but it is more effective than the previous tool. The advice that can be given is to pay more attention creations, creativity, innovation, and comfort level working with the concept in order to generate results ergonomic design a good product. Abstract

Abstract

Is management of various activities in order to obtain raw materials, continued transformation activities so that it becomes a product in the process, and then be forwarded to the finished product and delivery to consumers through the distribution system. E-SCM is a management concept, the company leverages Internet technology and the existing network to integrate all business partners of the company (relating to the supply of materials, production processes and delivery of goods), mainly related to system suppliers of raw materials or resources needed in the production process. PT Maitland-Smith Indonesia is one company in Indonesia, the furniture sector involving many parties in the production process and requires the existence of a stream of material / product as well as good information. Therefore PT Maitland-Smith uses e-SCM to help integrate all business partners of the company. To achieve information sharing in the supply chain in PT Maitland-Smith Indonesia, it needed a technology that is enterprise resources planning (ERP) System. Abstract

Consumer demand for products of motorcycles, especially motorcycles matic progressively increasing. So that the emerging new brands that lead the competition in quality and price in the market is getting tighter. Yamaha and Honda are the biggest motor company is now competing in getting the share of motor matic. Yamaha, through its Yamaha M matic able to dominate the market, but his Honda with the Honda B can become a serious contender for Yamaha. So that Yamaha needs to develop products that match the desire or need for consumers to be superior to the Honda. From the research results obtained by the method QFD 32 research variables desired by consumers. Of the 32 positions of the variable M Yamaha and Honda B is almost equal in value the satisfaction of the performance of products in the eyes of consumers. Only there are four variables that product satisfaction score of Honda B ahead of Yamaha M. The variables are fuel-efficient, a key performance magnet, the motor elevation of the land and footrests for the pillion. The overall result of the application of QFD will produce House of Quality (HOQ) which will be information in developing a quality product. To apply this method takes some input from consumers in the form of data about what the interests and perceptions of consumers so that later Yamaha M can make improvements that Yamaha M higher quality. Abstract

CV. Djarum Mulya Embroidery is a company which is engaged in embroidery. At first CV. Djarum Mulya Embroidery has only three pieces of embroidery machine, by increasing their requests for consumer and export demand increasing while the production capacity is no longer sufficient to CV. Djarum Mulya Embroidery will increase the number / capacity of embroidery machine. The company will invest Computer Embroidery Machine Brand SWF 20 Head 9 color 33x55 area at a price of 220 million with the economic life of 5 years. And analysis of investments in the can that the payback period for the investment Computer Embroidery Machine Brand SWF 20 is 1.71 years, this means shorter than the time economical investment of 5 years, Profitability index was 2.24 greater than one, the Net Present Value of Rp. 273 455 696 greater than 0, Internal Rate of Return of 51.47% is greater above the required rate, namely 7.50%.
