Abstract

The development of telecommunications, computers and electronics technology (Telematics), has provided much positive impact on education management. One of those benefits is the growing use of technology to support the automation, integration, and centralized management of learning systems, both in the classroom, laboratory, and the use ofvirtual environments (e-learning). This paper addresses to explore process of developing Integrated information -based Laboratory at Akademi Teknik dan Keselamatan Penerbangan (ATKP Surabaya). In addition to discussing the concept and system architecture, also analyzed the development and implementation on the ground. In fact, the i mplementation process is summed up efforts are still needed repairs and improvements, especially from non-technical factors such as change management.

Abstract

Merekayasa PC menjadi router berbasis linux merupakan salah satu alternative untuk memiliki router sendiri di atas alasan ekonomi, bila harus membeli router buatan pabrik (router branded). Namun sejauh mana kehandalan dari router linux hasil rekayasa (router rekayasa), perlu diketahui dengan melakukan pengujian kinerjanya. Penelitian ini merupakan lanjutan dari penelitian sebelumnya[1], yang memanfaatkan proxy linux hasil rekayasa untukdiketahui kinerjanya. Ada beberapa cara untuk mengukur kinerja proxy dua diantaranya adalah: throughput dan bandwidth. Throughput menyatakan kecepatan pengiriman paket yang secara aktual diterima oleh workstation penerima dengan lengkap (100%) sementara Bandwidth sering digunakan sebagai suatu sinonim untuk data transfer rateyaitu jumlah data yang dapat dibawa dari sebuah titik ke titik lain dalam jangka waktu tertentu (pada umumnya dalam detik). Dengan menggunakan kedua metode diatas, router-router diuji dalam jaringan local dan kinerjanya Baling dibandingkan antara router rekayasa terhadap router branded. Pengujian menggunakan program bantu iperf atau jperf dan wireshark. Dari penelitian kinerja diketahui bahwa bandwidth proxy rekayasa sebesar: 8,998 Kbit/sec sedangkan proxy branded sebesar: 24,094 Kbit/sec. Untuk throughput, proxy rekayasa rata-rata sebesar: 1,188 MB/sec sedangkan proxy branded sebesar: 1,18621\AB/sec.

Abstract

Integrated air compressor is a system to integrate some air compressor become one unity which is supporting each other. In this system used microcontrol PIC 16F877 as compressor hardware controller and VB 6.0 as interface between compressor and user. Integrated air compressor to be designed as solution problems of arising out at conventional compressor system with damage storey level which enough high as effect of over loading, over running and over themperature. Result of test from prototype show that the design tool is good relation between compressor one with other in a integrity which each other to backup when failure execute and also not good in performance, so that this system enough effective to depressing its damage of compressor as effect of over loading, over themperature and overrunning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengukur intensitas konsumsi energi bangunan kampus ISTN Jakarta dan mencari solusi sebagai upaya konservasi energi.Diusulkan dua alternetif konservasi energi pada pemakaian air conditioning (AC) dan penerangan. Pada upaya konservasi energi pemakaian AC dapat menghemat pemakaian energi sebesar 36.747,46 kWh/tahun. Sedangkan pada penerangan konservasi dilakukan dengan penggantian ballast, pengurangan jam operasi dan penggantian lampu dengan lampu CFL dapat menghemat energi sebesar 145.572,90 kWh/tahun. lika keempat rekomendasi diimplementasikan dapat menurunkan besaran target intensitas konsumsi energi(IKE) doll 385,465 kWh/m2/tahun menjadi 271,539 kWh/m2/tahun atau turun 29,56 %.

Abstract

Sekian banyak penghantar yang ada, tembaga dan alumunium adalah dua penghantar yang memenuhi persyaratan baik teknis maupun ekonomis untuk difungsikan sebagai penghantar dalam sistem transmisi, distribusi, dan instalasi tenaga listrik. solusi lain menawarkan kabel berintikan alumunium yang murah dan mudah didapat. Dari pengukuran dibeberapa ujung beban terdapat Drop voltase yang melebihi batas ambang serta dari pengamatan terdapat unjuk kerja isolator kabel tersebut yang sudah mengkawatirkan. Drop voltase atau susut tegangan yang mengacu pada PUIL ayat 4.2.3.1 PUIL 2000 tidak boleh melebihi 5% dari syarat nilai nominal (220 Volt). Perhitungan KHA pada kabel dengan menggunakan inti alumunium, didapatkan nilai luas penampang kabel lebih besar daripada luas penampang kabel inti tembaga

Abstract

An election is an simple example of a scenario where security and confidentiality of data between parties is critical. General election system that used in Indonesia as it long still use conventional trick that evokes a lot of problem as elector of double, voice distension and another fault and also long time for vote count. This conventional trick also require big costs and resources. To settle that thing, one of solution which can be done is use electronic voting ( e-voting ) with arrange general election system online that building to use a safe protocol.System that is made has default pock secure voting reguirements to get settles and secure security each threat which will happen. One of protocol which can accomplish partly criterion default secure voting reguirements and has security zoom that passably is Two Central Facilities Protocol , where consisting of Central Legitimazation Agency (CLA) for elector validation and Central Tabulating Facility (CTF) for vote count.

Abstract

Router merupakan salah satu komponen hardware pembentuk jaringan baik peer to peer maupun client server, bila router bermasalah atau mengalami kerusakan maka semua kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan jaringan atau network pada satu jaringan local (LAN) akan terputus dan berhenti total, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeteksi dan mengecek kondisi router yang bermasalah pada satu jaringan local (LAN). Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kwalitatif dengan melakukan pengetesan koneksi jaringan baik antar PC atau dari PC ke router dan menguji koneksi dari jaringan local ke ISP (Internet Service Provider) yang dilakukan pada ruang server Universitas Krisna Dwipayana Jatiwaringin Jakarta Timur

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk kondisi operasi yang tidak stabil pada gas metering adalah kondisi dimana terjadi ketidakstabilan tekanan yang dapat menyebabkan off spec. Oleh karena itu akan dirancang suatu pengendalian pada Gas Metering Station. Perancangan dilakukan dengan pengendali neuro-fuzzy,yang menggabungkan kemampuan belajar Neural Network dengan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan pada fuzzy. Berdasarkan uji sinusoidal pengendali neuro-fuzzy menunjukkan performansi yang lebih baik daripada pengendali PID , hal ini dinyatakan melalui indeks performansi kedua pengendali yang mana secara kuantitatif nilai masing masing indek untuk pengendali neuro fuzzy jauh lebih kecil bila dibandingkan dengan pengendali konvensional PID.

Abstract

The e-voting system which developed using two central facilities protokol consist of three component that is voting machine as client for interaction with voter, central legitimization agency (CLA) as server voter authentication, and central tabulating facility (CTF) as server for result recapitulation voter vote count. Research in this thesis just focused to voter authentication process on voting machine toward database of voter that stored in CLA with using fingerprint biometric technology. Fingerprint biometric technology used for voter registration process, voter verification process, and voter authentication process who will doing election. Registration process for acquire voter fingerprint image database, verification process to be sure voter database can be verificated or not, and authentication process for voter authorization who can be permitted or not by system give of vote in election
