Abstract

ABSTRACT There are some factors on the employee performance such as leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction. This research is design to analyze the related between leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction at Bank Negara Indonesia Kawangkoan Branch. Use the Multiple Regression Analysis Method, so the researcher can analyze the influence of the independent variable to dependent variable, which is employee performance. The independentvariablesare leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction. Based on the result on the analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, the F test and t test, obtained results which indicate that the style of leadership, motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously significant effect on the performance of employees at Bank BNI Kawangkoan Branch. This partial result shows these three variables are also significant positive effect on the performance of the employee unless the variable motivation. Abstract

ABSTRACT   Organic or green products such as food products, fashion products, personal care products, health products, etc, become focal attention of public in recent year. Purpose of this study are to determine the influence of consumer attitude and brand equity to green purchase intention for the green product cosmetic on Sari Ayu Martha Tilaar, also to determine the influence of consumer attitude and brand equity to green purchase intention for the green product cosmetic on Sari Ayu Martha Tilaar. This study is conducted in the people of Manado. This research will be held at June 2015. Recomendation is Sariayu Martha Tilaar in order to improve the intention to buy green products the company should focus first of all on the brand equity that the company should be able to make consumers can associate with the company's brand of green products that are environmentally friendly, organic, healthy, and sustainable.   Keywords: consumer attitude, brand equity, green purchase intention

Abstract

ABSTRACT   This research investigates the influence of society cultural on intention to start up new business in Manado city. Researcher shall to know how many people in Manado city interesting with entrepreneurship. Researcher used elements of society cultural like power distance, collectivism and individualism as independent variables and motivator and intentions as dependent variables to analyze the relationship between society cultural and entrepreneurship. 300 people of Manado city were surveyed as respondents. All indicators were measured on a 5-point scale from 1: “strongly disagree” to 5: “strongly agree”. The study has used structural equation model (SEM) methodology to investigate data and check developed hypotheses. The results of this study show that there are significant influence from the variables power distance and individualism factors on motivators and intentions to start up new business. Abstract

ABSTRACT Industrial development of retail business in Indonesia was marked by the opening of the entrance to the foreign retailers as Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia No. 118 of 2000 which has issued a retail business on the negative list for foreign direct investment (FDI), since that the modern retail business which is funded by local and foreign capital got increased. This study has discussed about service quality; tangibles, reliability, empathy, responsiveness, and assurance, consideration simultaneous influence the consumer loyalty. The research aims to analyze service quality on customer loyalty in modern retail market: Freshmart Bahu Manado. The main reason of this study is to reveal how service quality influence customer loyalty in Freshmart Bahu Manado. The data of this study had collected from consumers (respondents) who have experience of daily shopping activities in Freshmart Bahu Manado. Abstract

ABSTRAK Ecotourism atau Ekowisata pertama kali diberikan oleh Hector Ceballos Lascurain untuk merujuk pada sebuah  bentuk perjalanan yang bertanggung jawab ke kawasan yang masih alami dengan tujuan untuk melindungi dan meningkatkan kesejahtraan mayarakat lokal. Ekowisata telah dijadikan Visi Kota Manado sejak pencanangannya pada tahun 2010. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi wisatawan mancanegara terhadap kota Manado sebagai destinasi ekowisata. 70 turis di Manado telah di survey sebagai responden. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah wisatawan mancanegara memiliki persepsi yang negatif terhadap Kota Manado sebagai destinasi wisata dari aspek lingkungan. Tetapi wisatawan mancanegara memiliki kesan yang positif terhadap Manado dari aspek keamanan, keramahan masyarakat lokal, keunikan produk ekowisata, akses dan informasi ke produk, keterlibatan wisatawan dan masyarakat dalam aktivitas ekowisata. Wisatawan menganggap Kota Manado adalah sebuah destinasi ekowisata. Persepi positif mendorong mereka untuk mengunjungi kota ini dan merekomendasikannya kepada orang lain.   Kata kunci : Ekowisata, persepsi dan kunjungan

Abstract

ABSTRAK Sumber daya manusia hanyalah salah satu dari beberapa sumber daya lain yang dimiliki  oleh sebuah organisasi, tetapi Sumber Daya Manusia menjadi sumber daya yang paling menentukan terhadap sumber-sumber daya yang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Kompetensi, Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Obyek dari penelitian ini adalah Kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah di Manado, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode assosiatif, alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi liniear berganda. Data diperoleh dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada 43 Pegawai sebagai responden dari seluruh populasi 76 pegawai pada Kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah. Pengambilan sample berdasarkan metode coenfidience Sampling. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa hipotesis yang diterima yaitu hipotesis H1, H3 dan H4 dimana Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai, Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai.Disiplin Kerja, Kompetensi, Motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai.   Kata Kunci: Disiplin kerja, kompetensi, motivasi

Abstract

ABSTRAK Setiap perusahaan akan berusaha untuk selalu meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya demi tercapainya tujuan yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan. Untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan memerlukan karyawan yang mempunyai kinerja kerja yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, dan Komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Suluttenggo Area Manado dengan sampel sebanyak 51 karyawan. Metode penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, dan Komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Secara parsial Disiplin Kerja dan Komunikasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, namun Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Para Karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Area Manado sebaiknya lebih memperhatikan Disiplin Kerja dan Komunikasi yang ada sehingga pekerjaaan yang diberikan bisa terlaksana dengan baik dan para karyawan bisa mempunyai kinerja yang baik. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi ABSTRACT Each company will strive to always improve the performance of employees in order to achieve the stated goals of the company. To achieve the goals the company requires employees who have a good working performance. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, and Communication affect the Employee Performance PT. PLN (Persero) Suluttenggo Area Manado with a sample of 51 employees. This research method is associative by using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed simultaneous Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, and Communication influence on employee performance. Partially Work Discipline and Communication has no effect on employee performance, but the organizational culture has positive influence on employee performance. The employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Area Manado should pay more attention Work Discipline and communications there so occupation is given can be done well and can increase the performance of employees. Abstract

ABSTRACT The speedy changing on the economic aspect, especially at the marketing concept, the products or services recognition to used by the majority of businessmen for creating each good or service that can be really accepted by almost all customers in the marketplace. The study aims to determine the significant difference for the concept of: 1) product; 2) price; 3) place; 4) promotion; 5) people; 6) physical evidence concept; 7) process; 8) 7Ps and 9) Consumer Purchasing Decision between Aqua and Ake mineral water products purchasing in Manado. The result show 1) There is any significant difference for product, price, place, people, and 7Ps Customer Purchase Decision Concept between Aqua and Ake mineral water products purchasing in Manado; and 2) There is no significant difference for promotion and physical evidence factor between Aqua and Ake mineral water products purchasing in Manado. Abstract

ABSTRACT Nowadays, every company has their own marketing strategy to survive in market competition, but sometimes the marketing communication campaign was out-of-date and the improvement comes slow. Moreover, marketing methods were not efficient, because most of the consumer does not know about the products or even the company’s profile. According that, the company should have to improve and have an appropriate marketing communication strategy. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of integrated marketing communication mix on consumer purchasing decision. The case study of this research is PT. Multi Citra Abadi as known as Multimart. The population is Manado people who have an experience purchasing in Multimart. The sample is taken by 100 respondents. Result shows Advertising, Public Relation, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing have significant influence on Consumer Purchasing Decision. Abstract

ABSTRACT Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is the process used to implement a relationship marketing strategy. CRM gathers market-driven data to learn more about customer needs and behaviour for the purpose of delivering added value and satisfaction to the customer. The data, in conjuction with information technology, is then used to develop stronger relationships with customers. Fundamentally, CRM is based on a number of concepts focusing on the marketplace and the consumer. This research objective is to know the effect of implementation relationship marketing on customer loyalty in Bank SULUT, Tondano. 50 respondents has used as samples. The method used is Multiple Regression Analysis. The result shows that trust, commitment, communication, conflict handling are significant influence on customer loyalty decision simultaneously. Trust and conflict handling have significant influence partially on customer loyalty.   Keywords: Commitment, Communication, Conflict Handling, Trust, Customer Loyalty
