Jurnal Manajemen Agribisnis (JMA) merupakan jurnal ilmiah, memiliki konsentrasi fokus pada Pengelolaan Pertanian Agribisnis dan Kawasan Pertanian yang Berkelanjutan serta mengacu pada terminologi “Sustainable Development Goals.” Sustainable Development Goals sangat dibutuhkan dalam manajemen agribisnis sebagai sarana untuk membentuk perencanaan agribisnis yang terstruktur dan terorganisasi dengan baik. Melalui konsentrasi fokus tersebut, dapat dipahami bahwa perencanaan sangat vital dalam bisnis pertanian mengingat sifatnya yang penuh ketidakpastian dan rentan risiko kerugian, sehingga memerlukan analisis dan sintesis ilmu multidisiplin untuk menjelaskan fakta empiris dimensi sosial, ekonomi, manajemen, dan kelembagaan dalam suatu perusahaan atau kawasan pertanian.

Abstract

As a country that has the largest coconut plantations in the world, Indonesia has the potential and opportunity to become a world leader in the production of processed coconut. South Nias Regency has good potential in coconut processing, but has not been utilized optimally. The only coconut processing company producing Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) in South Nias Regency is CV Ononiha Oil, and this company provides guidance to the surrounding coconut farmers. The purpose of this study is to determine the added value, labor benefits, and profit of processing coconut into VCO, and to analyze the production and marketing constraints of VCO in South Nias Regency. This research was conducted in South Nias Regency, North Sumatra Province, with coconut processing farmers into VCO and the company CV Ononiha Oil. The determination of key respondents was carried out through purposive sampling, namely the owner of the CV Ononiha Oil and ten respondent farmers were chosen using the census method. Value added analysis in this study uses the Hayami method. The results showed that the added value, labor benefits, and the highest profits were at the farm level, where farmers get added value of Rp 9.522 while the company gets an added value of Rp 4.833 in one production process cycle; farmers' labor compensation is Rp 3.389, compared to the company only Rp 960; profit at the farmer level is Rp 6.132, while at the company is Rp 3.873. The obstacles faced by farmers are the limited absorption of the local market and the lack of permission from PIRT (Pangan Industri Rumah Tangga – Home Industry Food) to enter larger markets such as supermarkets or markets outside the district. The constraints that exist on both the farmer and the company CV Ononiha Oil are on the management and marketing side which is less efficient, and has not yet obtained an organic certificate. Farmers and companies are expected to be able to enter the broader market by certifying their products and improving management capabilities.

Abstract

Cacao plays an important role in the Indonesian economy. One of the business entities engaged in cocoa commodity business activities is the Plea Puli Multipurpose Cooperative (KSU). The low number of cocoa purchases at the KSU Plea Puli is caused by various factors. One of them is competition with other cocoa buyers. Related to efforts to increase cocoa marketing, it is necessary to first know about the cocoa supply chain to the KSU Plea Puli. The purpose of this study is to analyze the cocoa supply chain to the KSU Plea Puli and strategies that can be implemented in increasing cocoa marketing. The study was conducted at KSU Plea Puli in East Nusa Tenggara. The main research instrument is a questionnaire. The determination of respondents to determine the cocoa supply chain to the KSU Plea Puli was conducted on member farmers using the Slovin formula and non-member farmers using quota sampling techniques. The number of respondents in this study were 60 people. The determination of informants to find out the cocoa supply chain to the KSU Plea Puli and the informants determining internal and external strategic factors was done purposively. The results showed that in the cocoa supply chain to the KSU Plea Puli, there were three types of flows managed, namely material, financial and information flows. The parties involved consisted of member farmers and not members and the KSU Plea Puli themselves. In addition, there are various activities carried out such as cocoa production and marketing by farmers and cocoa marketing operations by KSU Plea Puli. The results also show that 12 alternative strategies are possible to support efforts to increase cocoa marketing by increasing the number of purchases. Strategy priority based on the highest-ranking with a score of 5.75 that is giving special authority to managers to carry out cocoa marketing operations. The management is expected to be able to implement the results of the strategic management of cocoa marketing in the KSU Plea Puli with the priority of the strategy being to give special authority to the manager to carry out cocoa marketing operations. The existence of the Commodity Product Processing and Marketing Unit (UPPH) at the KSU Plea Puli needs to be maintained and developed. Farmers are expected to adopt good agricultural practices by implementing PsPSP which consists of frequent harvesting, pruning, sanitation, fertilization and soil, and plant health and pest and disease control. Abstract

Broiler partnership business has been implemented in almost every region in Bali Province. In the development of broiler partnership business, the factors driving farmers to join the partnership pattern are the availability of livestock production facilities, availability of experts, working capital from the core and a guaranteed marketing. Research was conducted in Bangli Regency, the sample size was 77 respondents of broiler breeders spread in Bangli Regency. Data analysis techniques used Smart PLS programs. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of the farmer characteristics, interactions of communication, entrepreneurial spirit and breeder's motivation to breeder behavior, as well as the correlation of behavior and partnership business performance. The results showed that (1) Farmer Characteristics, Interactions of Communication, Farmer Entrepreneurial Soul and Farmer Motivation significantly affected the behavior of broiler breeders in Bangli Regency. (2) Farmer Characteristics, Communication Interaction, Farmer Entrepreneurial Soul and Farmer Motivation have a significant effect on the performance of broiler partnership business in Bangli Regency. (3) Behavior of broiler breeders significantly influences the partnership business performance. This study suggests that the entrepreneurial spirit of breeders, interactions of communication, characteristics of breeders, and breeders' motivations need to be improved, because behavior of breeders and partnership business performance are affected by those factors. Thus, a successful business partnership undertaken by broiler breeders in Bangli Regency can be achieved. Keywords: plasma farmer behavior and partnership business performance

Abstract

Abstract License services is a requirement to increase investment in Bogor Regency. As an area close to the national capital, many businessman really take an interest in invesment in Bogor Regency. However, the annualy realization of investments is not in line with the expectations. This fact is really interesting to be studied. This study aimed to analyze the quality of service and satisfaction of the public as users of permit service, analyze the suitability between permit service and laws and regulations, and determine service strategies to increase investment in Bogor Regency. The method used was descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach using Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) and analytical network process (ANP). The results of this study indicate that the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) regarding performance and public satisfaction on permit service is not good (2.77). Meanwhile, the results of the analytical network process (ANP) on alternative policies to overcome those problems are the Optimization of SOP Implementation (2.84), Quality Improvement and Quantity of HR (0.277), Budget Additions (0.241), the determination of the Technical Team under One Roof (0.186). Abstract

Kajian ini membahas tentang partisipasi perempuan dalam pengelolaan modal ekonomi Subak Guama, Kecamatan Marga, Tabanan-Bali. Permasalahan yang ditemui adalah bagaimanakah akses perempuan dalam pengelolaan modal ekonomi (Kridit Usaha Mandiri/KUM) di Subak Guama. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : akses perempuan terhadap modal Ekonomi KUM di Subak Guama, dan tingkat pendapatan perempuan dalam mengelola modal ekonomi KUM di subak Guama, serta kontribusinya terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga. Data dikumpulkan melalui proses observasi, studi dokumen, dan wawancara mendalam dan wawancara terstruktur dengan 30 orang petani perempuan yang berpartisipasi dalam pengelolaan KUM di Subak Guama. Analisis data menggunakan analiss deskriptif-intepretatif, kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa akses perempuan terhadap modal ekonomi KUM di subak Guama hanya mencapai 20% dari total peminjan KUM 256 orang. Usaha yang dkembangkan oleh petani perempuan di Subak Guama meliputi usaha dagang sayur mayur, dagang sarana upakara, usahatani padi, tukang jahit, pedagang pakan ternak, pedagang sate babi, produksi jaje begina, produksi aneka kue basah dan gorengan , warung makan dan produksi Betutu Ayam dan jamur tiram dengan rataan pinjaman kredit adalah Rp 6.963.000,-. Sedangkan rataan pendapatan dari usaha yang dikembangkan mencapai Rp 67,745,285.25,- per tahun, dengan total pendapatan rumahtangga sebesar Rp 125,615,276.5 per tahun. Dengan demikian kontribusi perempuan terhadap penadapat rumahtangga mencapai 53,93 %.

Abstract

The agricultural is the sector with the greatest strength in Indonesia. One of the potential agricultural products in Indonesia is vegetables. In our life, vegetables play an important role, such as fulfilling our food needs and improving the nutrition. It is because they are one of the sources of minerals, vitamins, fiber, antioxidants and energy needed by our body. Organic vegetables are horticultural commodities which have advantages of being free from pesticide residues and other dangerous chemicals. Nowadays, it becomes a trend among the community as a form of a healthy lifestyle. This study is aimed at analyzing the marketing mix system and the factors that influence the purchase of organic vegetables at outlets in Denpasar City. The technique of determining the sample in this study was done by accidental sampling, and it obtained 60 respondents. SEM-PLS is used as the technique of analyzing data. The results showed that the marketing mix system at the outlets in Denpasar City had implemented 5 variables, namely product, price, place, promotion and physical evidence, significantly, those 5 variables influenced the decision in purchasing organic vegetables.

Abstract

Bengkel Subak is the widest subak in Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. Subak Bengkel has a total area of 329 hectares, which is divided into 19 Tempek, which is some kind of grouping. Bengkel Subak is located on two villages, Bengkel Village and Pangkung Tibah Village. The water acquisition is also agreed based on the water debit in each place. This study aims to determine the price of water used by farmers in Subak Bengkel paddy farming, also to know the influence of production and constraints factors experienced in rice farming. The results calculation with the use of value of marginal product (VMP) approach showed that the price of water for irrigated paddy in Subak Bengkel was Rp 413,593.85 / ha / year, around 206,796.92 / ha / planting season or around Rp 206.79 / m3, where the most influential factor is seedlings with an elasticity coefficient of 0.861 affecting production of 8.61 percent. The most common obstacle experienced by Subak Bengkel farmers is the pest in the form of crabs that damage the rice field dike. In the future, Bengkel Subak will include water discharge as an production input in rice farming for appreciation of water resources.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan beras organik setiap tahunnya selalu mengalami peningkatan sebesar 5%. Hal ini disebabkan karena adanya perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat yang mulai memperhatikan pola hidup sehat. Sehingga hal tersebut menjadi peluang bagi pelaku usaha atau kelompok tani untuk mengembangkan bisnis beras organik. Salah satu pelaku usaha atau kelompok tani yang mengembangkan bisnis beras organik yaitu Gapoktan Simpatik. Pangsa pasar beras organik Gapoktan Simpatik mencakup pasar lokal dan internasional. Tetapi semenjak tahun 2014, penjualan beras organik di Gapoktan Simpatik cenderung mengalami penurunan. Hal ini disebabkan karena meningkatnya persaingan bisnis beras organik di pasar global. Oleh karena itu, upaya untuk meningkatkan kembali penjualan beras organik perlu dilakukan perumusan strategi pemasaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan alternatif strategi yang dapat dilaksanakan oleh Gapoktan Simpatik dalam memecahkan masalah tersebut agar pengembangan bisnis beras organik Gapoktan Simpatik dapat berjalan dengan baik dan optimal. Perumusan strategi pemasaran dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melalui analisis lingkungan perusahaan dengan menggunakan perhitungan matriks IE dan QSPM. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa adanya tingkat persaingan tinggi yang menjadi ancaman bagi Gapoktan Simpatik dalam mengembangkan bisnis beras organik sehingga menyebabkan kurangnya pangsa pasar bagi Gapoktan Simpatik. Alternatif strategi yang harus dilakukan oleh Gapoktan Simpatik yaitu meningkatkan kerjasama dengan berbagai mitra yang terkait. Abstract

Secara historis pertanian di Bali telah menjadi bagian dari budaya masyarakat perdesaan yang bersifat tradisional. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK ) pada sektor pertanian di Bali masih langka. Oleh karena itu, penelitian tentang adopsi TIK di sektor pertanian menjadi sebuah kebutuhan mendesak saat ini. Penelitian ini berkontribusi untuk memahami adopsi dan penggunaan TIK, mengidentifikasi kendala yang terkait dengan penggunaan TIK dan mengusulkan rekomendasi dengan implikasi manajerial terhadap peningkatan sistem TIK saat ini di sektor pertanian Bali. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara membuat kuesioner tentang pengetahuan dan TIK untuk pertanian. Berdasarkan penelitian, terdapat 93,7% dari total responden menggunakan setidaknya salah satu peralatan terkait atau fasilitas TIK untuk usaha pertanian mereka. Sebanyak 74,1% responden yang mengadopsi TIK dapat mengatasi masalah-masalah usahatani. Para petani responden merasakan TIK sebagai faktor penting dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan kualitas pelayanan pemerintah kepada mereka. Implikasi TIK dalam pengembangan pertanian di Bali dirasakan sangat penting, khususnya pada kegiatan penyuluhan. Ketersediaan akses internet erta kemampuan dan ketrampilan para petugas pendamping cukup memudahkan petani, kelompok, atau gapoktan memperoleh informasi berupa inovasi teknologi dan kelembagaan. Informasi tersebut dibutuhkan dalam mengupayakan kesejahteraan petani. TIK menjadi sumber informasi praktis yang formal dan informal. Informasi dapat diakses setiap saat setiap hari. Sejumlah situs pertanian, menyediakan prakiraan cuaca, harga tanaman, jasa keuangan dan industri, serta berita umum lainnya. Koneksi internet menyediakan berbagai fungsi dan manfaat kepada produsen pertanian. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan internet dan tujuan yang digunakan mungkin berbeda-beda menurut jenis operasionalnya.
