Abstract

Employee performance will have an impact on both employee and company productivity, which in turn will affect the achievement of corporate goals. Good performance of both the employees and the company makes the leaders keep their employees performance high. In order to improve employee performance, the leaders must understand the factors that influence employee performance. This study analyzes the influence of leadership, motivation, and compensation to employee performance. Data collection was carried out by questionnaires distributed to all employees at Pringsewu Garden Restaurant in Yogyakarta. In this study, data analysis includes validity and reliability testing, hypothesis testing, classic assumption test and multiple linear regressions. Data analysis uses SPSS version 20.00. Based on test validity, all variable statement items of leadership, motivation, compensation, and performance are proven to be valid as indicated by the value of the t (Pearson correlation) > t table 0,349. For reliability test, all variable statement items of leadership, motivation, compensation, and performance are simultaneously or partially proven to be reliable. It is shown by the value of Cronbach 's Alpha > 0.06 and the value of Cronbach' s Alpha if Item Deleted > 0.06. The results of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation classical assumption test show that there is no multicollinearity problems among the independent variables, there is no heteroscedasticity in regression models, and there is no autocorrelation. The value of adjusted R Square is 0.822 or 82.2%. It shows that 82.2% of employee performance is influenced by leadership, motivation, and compensation, while the remaining 17.8% is influenced by other variables that are not described in this study. The results of multiple linear regression equation Y = 0.617 + 0.462X1+ 0.381X2 + 0.417X3. Based on t test results, it can be concluded that the variables of leadership, motivation, and compensation partially influence employee performance. Based on F test results, it is concluded that the variables of leadership, motivation, and compensation simultaneously affect the performance of employee. Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness and uptake realization of budget revenues and expenditures in Ogan Komering Ilir government has done well whether or not to achieve the desired objectives. The method used is descriptive quantitative by comparing the Laporan Realisasi Anggaran (LRA) from the year 2013 to 2015. The results of this study can be concluded that the Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) has been carried out but is less effective because the ratio between direct and indirect spending nearly proportional or 50%. If this trend continues the next government will have difficulty in carrying out development programs, because the funds available are not comparable with the programs to be carried out. Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of brand, price, and quality of product toward buying decision Samsung smartphone partially and stimultanously. Independent variable in this research was brand (X1), price (X2), and quality of product (X3) and dependent variable was buying decision (Y). Technique for sampling in this research was Purposive Sampling. Questionnaire distributed to Sriwijaya University student in Indralaya about 100 respondent. Technique for analyzing the data in this research was using multiple linier regression, F test and t test. The result of this reseach showed that brand, price, and quality of product stimultanously has significant influence toward buying decision nevertheless, partially, only price which did not significantly influence the buying decision. Abstract

This study to know the influence of career development toward turnover intention of employees. The independent variable in this study is the Career Development (X), and the dependent variable is Turnover Intention (Y). Data collection techniques in this study did not use sampling and use census. Distributing questionnaires to all of employees PT.BFI Finance, Tbk. Data analysis techniques used in this study is a simple linear regression and F test. Results indicate that career development has a negative and significant effect on employees turnover intentions, in others word the effect of variable (X) is inversely proportional to the career development variables (Y) turnover intention.Keywords : Career Delevopment, Turnover Intention, Employee

Abstract

This study aim to determine the influences of investment decision which measured by Current Assets to Total Assets Ratio (CATAR), Fixed Assets to Total Assets Ratio (FATA), Receivable to Total Assets Ratio (RTA), and Inventory to Total Assets Ratio (ITA) to free cash flow as an indicator of firm value on the manufacturing sub-sectors of food and beverages listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the unit of analysis is 13 food and beverages industry listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The methods used in this research is quantitive method with multiple regression anlysis techniques. Based on the regression model test proves that the variation of the company can be expalined by the variable Current Assets to Total Assets Ratio (CATAR), Fixed Assets to Total Assets Ratio (FATA), Receivable to Total Assets Ratio (RTA), and Inventory to Total Assets Ratio (ITA) with coefficient of determination R square (R2) as 18,9%, with a significance value as 0,007. Analysis partially by t-test showed that the variables Inventory to total assets (ITA) has a significant effect on the firm value. While Current Assets To Total Assets Ratio (CATAR), Fixed Assets to Total Assets Ratio (FATA), Receivable to Total Assets Ratio (RTA) has not effect on the firm value.
