Abstract

Abstrak Kasus pencurian sepeda motor akhir-akhir ini menjadi perhatian.Teknik yang diterapkan oleh pencuri biasanya membobol dengan menggunakan kunci leter T.Penelitian ini mengusulkan untuk merancang sistem pengamansepeda motor menggunakan perangkat bergerak yang mampu memberikan peringatan dan alarm apabila ada pembobolan paksa terhadap pencurian, serta mampu mengendalikan mesin sepeda motor. Pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode unified process dengan memilih sistem operasi Android. Perancangan sistem memanfaatkan beberapa teknologiseperti mikrokontroller raspberry pi, sensor gerak, sensor getaran,  relay dan motor servo untuk simulasi percobaan serta alarm sirine.Hasil dari perancangan, mikrokontroller raspberry pi mampu mengirimkan notifikasi berupa pesan bahaya peringatan berdasarkan input sensor yang mendeteksi adanya getaran dan gerakan pada sepeda motor. Apabila terjadi tindakan pencurian terhadap sepeda motor, pemilik dapat menghidupkan alarm sirine melalui perangkat bergerak dan melakukan kendali mesin sepeda motor sebagai upaya pencegahan. Kata kunci:sepeda motor, perangkat bergerak, notifikasi Abstract Cases of motorcycle thefts lately become a concern. The techniques applied by thieves usually break by using key letter T. This study proposes to design a motorcycle safety system using mobile devices are able to provide warnings and alarms when there is a forced burglary to theft, and is able to control the bike. Software development using unified process by selecting the Android operating system. The system design utilizes multiple technologies such as microcontroller raspberry pi, motion sensors, vibration sensors, relays and servo motors for simulation experiments as well as alarm siren. Results from the design, the microcontroller raspberry pi is able to send notifications in the form of danger warning message based on the input sensor which detects the presence of vibration and movement on a motorcycle. In the event of theft of the motorcycle, the owner can turn the alarm siren on your mobile device and perform control of the bike as prevention. Keywords: motorcycle, mobile, notifications

Abstract

Abstrak Intisari— Sistem pakar merupakan cabang dari artificial intelligence (AI) yang menggunakan pengetahuan khusus untuk memecahkan suatu permasalahan pada tingkat   pakar. pakaradalah seseorang yang memiliki keahliaan pada suatu disiplin ilmu tertentu. Dalam system pakar untuk membuat suatu aturan keputusan sering ditemukan jawaban yang tidak memiliki kepastian penuh. Ketidakpastian ini bisa berupa probabilitas atau kebolehjadian yang tergantung dari hasil suatu kejadian. Probabilitas/ketidakpastian dalam sistem pakar disebabkan oleh ketidakmampuan seorang pakar untuk merumuskan suatu aturan secara pasti. Biasanya nilainya ditentukan oleh pakar itu sendiri. Kadang-kadang seorang pakar sangat susah  untuk menentukan perkiraan dari nilai ketidakpastian suatu gejala dan akan lebih mudah untuk menentukannya jika menggunakan istilah “sering, kadang-kadang, jarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian  ”penerapan fuzzy linguistic multi-expert pada penentuan nilai ketidakpastian sistem pakar berbasis rule based reasoning (rbr)” ini akan memberikan output berupa nilai ketidakpastian dari system pakar yang berbasis aturan dengan inputan data yang diolah  berupa data gejala/ evidence yang menggunakan kata-kata fuzzy.   Kata Kunci— sistem pakar, nilai ketidakpastian, fuzzy linguistic, rule based reasoning     Abstract expert system is a branch of artificial intelligence (AI), which use specialized knowledge to solve a problem at the level of experts. expert is someone who has keahliaan in a particular discipline. In the expert system to make a decision rule is often found answers that do not have full certainty. This uncertainty may be a probability or a probability that depends on the outcome of an event. The probability / uncertainty in expert systems caused by the inability of experts to formulate a rule for sure. Usually its value is determined by the experts themselves.Sometimes an expert is very difficult to determine an estimate of the value of a symptom of uncertainty and it will be easier to determine if the use of the term "often, sometimes, rarely.The method used in the study "the application of fuzzy linguistic multi-expert on determining the value of uncertainty based expert system rule-based reasoning (RBR)" This will output a value of uncertainty of expert system-based rules with input data that is processed in the form of symptom data / evidence that using words fuzzy.   Keywords- expert system, the value of the uncertainty, fuzzy linguistic, rule-based reasoning

Abstract

Abstrak Koperasi Produksi Susu (KPS) Bogor merupakan koperasi pertanian yang berkembang di Kota Bogor. Koperasi ini membutuhkan pengembangan teknologi untuk tata kelola operasional yang lebih baik, salah satunya di sektor pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Tujuan utama tulisan ini adalah membahas perancangan pengembangan teknologi informasi dalam bentuk arsitektur enterprise dengan menggunakan metode Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) di Koperasi Produksi Susu Bogor. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa adanya beberapa rekomendasi yang terdiri atas arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi, dan arsitektur teknologi. Pertama, rekomendasi arsitektur data berupa 17 entitas data yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan entitas utama proses bisnis. Kedua, rekomendasi arsitektur aplikasi yaitu 7 rekomendasi aplikasi yang perlu dibangun berdasarkan prioritas pembangunan yang menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Processing (AHP). Ketiga, rekomendasi arsitektur teknologi yaitu pembangunan network untuk unit usaha Bagian Kunak, peremajaan perangkat keras, peralihan versi OS Windows dari versi XP ke versi Windows 7, dan peralihan bahasa pemprograman dari Foxbase dan Clipper ke bahasa Java dan PHP. Ketiga arsitektur tersebut dapat digunakan untuk perancangan arsitektur enterprise. Kata kunci: arsitektur enterprise, EAP, koperasi pertanian, KPS Bogor Abstract Koperasi Produksi Susu (KPS) Bogor is an agricultural cooperative growing in Bogor City. The cooperative needs technology development for better operational management, one of which is in its information technology utilization. The main purpose of this research is to design information technology development with Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) method. The result of this research showed presence of some recommendations consisting of data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture. First, data architecture recommendation is 17 data entities used to describe main entity of business processes. Secondly, application architecture recommendation comprises 7 recommendation applications built based on development priorities using Analytical Hierarchy Processing (AHP) method. Thirdly, technology architecture recommendation is building a network for Bagian Kunak unit, hardware rejuvenation, migration from Windows XP to Windows 7, and transitioning Foxbase and Clipper programming language to Java and PHP. Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu bagian dari supply chain adalah pengiriman produk kepada pelanggan. Pengiriman produk berbasis teknologi informasi yang efektif akan mencerminkan bahwa produk atau layanan yang disediakan perusahaan telah memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan pelanggan. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan, sehingga pengajuan proyek pada suatu perusahaan dapat semakin bertambah. PT XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan Teknologi Informasi yang telah mengirim sekitar 70 produk kepada pelanggan setiap tahunnya. Masalah yang dihadapi saat ini adalah pengukuran efektivitas pengiriman produk berbasis teknologi informasi tidak pernah dilakukan dengan metode ilmiah tertentu. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini akan dibuat sebuah analisa pengukuran efektivitas yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pengiriman produk berbasis teknologi informasi guna meningkatkan kinerja pengiriman produk pada PT XYZ. Data yang diperoleh akan diolah dengan menggunakan Google Chart, dan pembahasan pada penelitian ini akan dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode IT Balanced Scorecard. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah analisa yang dapat membantu PT XYZ dalam meningkatkan kinerja efektivitas proses pengiriman produk supaya memiliki dampak yang lebih kuat terhadap kontribusi perusahaan, orientasi pengguna, penyempurnaan operasional, dan orientasi masa depan. Kata kunci:SupplyChain, Pengiriman Produk, IT Balanced Scorecard Abstract One of the supply chain’s part is delivering products to customers. Effective delivery of information technology-based products will reflect that the product or service provided by the company has met the expectations and needs of customers. This can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, thereby proposing of the projects in a company can be increased as well. PT XYZ is one of Information Technology company that has already sent about 70 products to customers annually. The problem faced by the company today is the measurement of the effectiveness of information technology-based product delivery has never been done with any particular scientific method. Therefore, this research will elaborate an analysis of the effectiveness measurement that aims to determine the process of information technology-based product delivery in order to improve product delivery performance on PT XYZ. The data obtained will be processed using Google Chart, and the discussion on this research will be analyzed using IT Balanced Scorecard method. Results from this research is an analysis that can help PT XYZ in improving the performance of the effectiveness of the product delivery process in order to have a more powerful impact on the company's contribution, user orientation, operational improvement, and future orientation. Abstract

Abstract Disaster management was needed to prevent and reduce the losses arising from the disaster, either in the form of loss of property and material, as well as guarantee the implementation of adequate assistance to victims of natural disasters. The management  starting from before, during and after the disaster. At the time when  the disaster occurs, usually the  aid distribution mechanisms is not yet fully organized properly. The procedure hierarchy demanding process that should be run quickly becoming a bit slow. Consequently, it needs a procedure that can be processed quickly, precisely, accountable for and guarantee of public services. therefore related to governance mechanisms, it could help distribution properly and right on target. This study aims to develop a Masterplan of disaster aid distribution by utilizing the Internet Of Things (IOT). Through this research, we expected mechanisms, procedures and monitoring of the distribution of disaster relief could be better controlled since the beginning of the disaster relief request to distribution to the point of the disaster area Keywords: Masterplan, Disaster, Internet Of Things, Web   Abstrak Penatakelolaan Bencana diperlukan untuk mencegah dan mengurangi kerugian yang timbul dari bencana yang terjadi, baik berupa kerugian harta benda maupun materi, serta menjamin terlaksananya bantuan yang memadai bagi  korban bencana alam, mulai dari sebelum, saat dan setelah terjadinya bencana. Mekanisme pendistribusian bantuan yang terjadi selama ini belum sepenuhnya teroganisir dengan baik.Kondisi upnormal dan kebutuhan dari masyarakat yang segera terpenuhi membuat prosedur permintaan bantuan tidak dapat berjalan dengan lancar.Prosedur yang hierarki menuntut proses yang seharusnya dapat berjalan dengan cepat menjadi agak lambat. Oleh karenanya dibutuhkan prosedur yang dapat diproses dengan cepat, tepat, dapat dipertang-gungjawabkan dan menjamin pelayanan publik yang berkaitan dengan penatakelolaan mekanisme pendistrubusian bantuan dapat tersalurkan dengan baik serta tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun masterplan penatakelolaan distribusi bantuan bencana dengan memanfaatkan Internet Of Things (IoT). Abstract

Abstrak Batamindo Industrial Park merupakan daerah kawasan industri yang berada di Batam dan merupakan daerah industri yang terbesar di Kepulauan Riau dan Batam khususnya. Batamindo industrial park adalah daerah industri manufaktur yang terpadu yang dikelola oleh perusahaan PT Batamindo cakrawala investment. Dengan perkembangan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan yang semakin hari semakin cepat perkembangannya maka diharapkan agar pertumbuhan industri di Batam terus bertahan agar mampu tetap memberi sumbangan positif dalam segala aspek kehidupan untuk masyarakat lokal dan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh berbagi pengetahuan dan tingkat inovasi teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan manufaktur elektronik yang berlokasi di kawasan industri Batamindo. Dalam tulisan ini penulis menggunakan metode desain penelitian asosiatif melalui survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden secara acak menguji pengaruh dengan analisis data model regresi. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala Likert yang berguna untuk menentukan tingkat persetujuan atau ketidaksetujuan terhadap pernyataan karyawan yang ada pada kuesioner. Hasil penelitian adalah perilaku berbagi pengetahuan secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan tetapi inovasi teknologi informasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan serta secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci:perilaku berbagi pengetahuan, inovasi, teknologi informasi, kinerja. Abstract Batamindo Industrial Park is an industrial park area located in Batam and it is the largest industrial area in province of Riau Islands and Batam City in particular. Batamindo industrial park is an integrated manufacturing area that managed by PT Batamindo investment Cakrawala. By the development of technology and science that is increasingly rapidly, it is expected that the growth of industry sectors in Batam continues to survive also to be able to keep a positive contribution in all aspects of life for the society locally and nationally. This study is aimed to measure the influence of knowledge sharing behavior and information technology innovation on employee performance in electronic manufacturing company located in batamindo industrial park. In this paper the author uses methods research design is associative through survey by distributing questionnaires to the respondents randomly (random sampling) regression classic asumption test and multiple regression test to measure the influence of each variable. The results is knowledge sharing behavior partially have no significance influence of perfomance employee but has a significance effect at the level of information technology innovation to performance and simultaneously both variables has a significance influence to employee performence. Abstract

In general the use of IS / IT within the Islamic Hospital in Yogyakarta PDHI less than optimal and not show the direction of good information systems development. Then not supported by the management system and work processes that are effective, and there is no strategic plan for the development of the IS / IT. This study aimed to analyze the information systems and information technology, which can be used to base the development of the strategic plan of IS / IT in Islamic Hospital Yogyakarta PDHI. This study is case study, using a qualitative approach. Collecting data in this study using interviews, FGD to management and observation, as well as the review of the document. This study tries to identify the conditions and needs of organizations in planning strategies IS / IT RSIY PDHI. Islamic Hospital Yogyakarta PDHI already implementing HIS, but the existing information systems is not supported by legal documents used as a referral organization in the development of the IS / IT, other than that related to the architecture of IS / IT and the development of HIS is already done, shows that RSIY PDHI not conform with existing standards and protocols. There is still a gap between the conditions of IS / IT in RSIY PDHI standards of governance and architecture / IT, as well as management standards HIS.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Asisten laboratorium atau sering  disebut Laboran adalah yang yang membantu dosen pada saat mengajar di Laboratorium, dukungan seorang laboran dapat meningkatkan kinerja maupun layanan di Laboratorium. Oleh karena itu kinerja Laboran harus selalu optimal. Untuk itu perlu suatu system informasi yang dapat memberikan informasi kinerja laboran yang dapat diambil setiap saat untuk pengambilan keputusan. Saat ini yang menjadi masalah adalah lama dalam menganalisa perbandingan laboran satu dengan laboran lainnya untuk menentukan kinerja yang terbaik atau tidak baik. Selain karna berkas dan data yang banyak dan bertumpuk. Pemindahan data dari manual ke komputer juga memakan waktu lama. Dengan Penerapan Kolaborasi Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Metode Analitycal Hierarchi Process (AHP) dalam Penilaian Kinerja Asisten Laboratorium (Studi Kasus : Fakultas Ilmu Komputer UNSRI), mampu menganalisis data yang banyak dalam bentuk kuantitatif maupun kualitatif, mampu menghasilkan sebuah system terkomputerisasi dalam pengambilan keputusan penilaian kinerja asisten laboratorium. Therefore, Laboran's performance should be optimal. For that,it needed an information system that can provide information laboran’s performance that can be taken at any time for decision making. The current problem is that it is time to analyze the ratio of one to the other laboratory to determine the best or not the best performance. Moreover, because the files and data were many and stacked. Moving data from manual to computer also takes a long time. Abstract

Abstract Department of Communication and Information Technology Government Prabumulih is a device which acts as a local government responsible for the fields of transportation, communication and informatics at level Prabumulih. The Department has the tacit and explicit knowledge that has not been optimally managed and documented. Office requires a knowledge management system, as evidenced by knowledge sharing features. System development method used is the 10-step knowledge management roadmap by Amrit Tiwana . While the method of knowledge sharing using the Boyer-Moore algorithm. The results of this study are worth a Knowledge Management System applied to the department. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji test engine system Bina Darma Career and Training Center. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode black box.Metode black box merupakan metode pengujian untuk mengetahui apakah semua fungsi sistem atau perangkat lunak telah berjalan dengan benar sesuai dengan kebutuhan fungsional yang telah ditentukan. Dalam penelitian ini pengujian black box dilakukan dengen dua cara, pertama melakukan uji coba data kedua menggunakan tools webinject. Hasil uji coba dengan menggunakan data sesuai dengan rencana pengujian yang terdiri dari tujuh (7) komponen dengan hasil pengujian menyatakan dapat diterimaitu berarti bahwa test engine system Bina Darma Career and Training Center telah berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Sedangkan pengujian menggunakan tools weninject mendapatkan hasil pengujian pada semua test case berdasarkan rencana pengujianyaitu TEST CASE PASSED dengan respons time sebesar 0.004 sec,maka berdasarkan hasil pengujian tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa komponen sistem yang diuji tidak mengalami kendala apapun jika akan dilakukan implementasi. Kata kunci:Uji Coba, Black Box, Webinjrct, BDCTC Abstract This research conducted to test Bina Darma Career and Training Center test engine system. Testing was performed using black box method. Black box method is a method of testing to determine whether all the system functions or software had acted correctly in accordance with the specified functional requirements. In this research black box testing is conducted in two ways, the first test is using data test case, second using tools called webinject. The results of testing conducted by data testing on seven (7) components based on testing plan is all components acceptable, its means that Bina Darma Career and Training Center  test  engine system has aligned with the needs of users. While testing using tools weninject get test results in all test cases based testing plan is TEST CASE PASSED with the response time of 0.004 sec, so based on the tests results of system components can be concluded that the system will not get any problems if it will be implemented.
