Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of elementary school teachers job satisfaction mediated. Location of the study in the Technical Implementation Unit Office of the District Educational Resources District Apex. In this study population of 194 with a sample of 121 respondents with a purposive sampling method. With a minimum education level criterion D2, minimum age 21 years, minimum term of 4 years, and rank / class minimum gelongan II. Measurements using a Likert scale of 7 (seven) jawaban.Uji alternative instruments used are validity and reliability, while the test model used is the coefficient of determination, F test (Goodness of Fit) and t test (t-test). Hypothesis test used in this study is a regression analysis with the t criteria. Hypothesis testing used the t test at significance level frequency distribution (a) 5%. The results showed 85.6% of the change can be explained by the variable performance of work motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction was 14.4% outside of the model is described. The results of the hypothesis test result that (1) does not affect the work motivation of teachers job satisfaction, (2) the discipline of work have a significant effect on job satisfaction of teachers, (3) work motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance, (4) job satisfaction significantly the effect on performance teacher Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Kepuasann Work, and Teacher           Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the principals supervision and leaderships on the performance of primary school teachers in the District Education Office Unit Bulu Rembang the motivation to work as a mediation variable. In this study population of 108 persons as respondents . With the criteria of primary school teachers, both civilian and non- civil servants in the area of ​​the District Education Office UPT Bulu Rembang. Measurements with a Likert scale of 7 (seven) alternative answers . Test instruments used are validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Hypothesis test used in this study is regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) Supervision does not affect the work motivation , (ii) Supervision of teachers has no effect on teacher performance, (iii) the principals leadership and significant positive effect on the motivation of teachers, (iv) the principals leadership influence on teacher performance, (v) teacher motivation and a significant positive effect on teacher performance, (vi) Motivation does not mediate the effect of supervision on teacher performance, (vii) Motivation does not mediate the effect of school leadership on teacher performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Competence and Motivation on Academic Performance Supervision Master as a moderating variable in the Elementary School Classroom Teachers in the District Education Office Unit Gunem Rembang . The population in this study were all primary school classroom teacher in the District Education Office Unit Gunem Rembang totaled 116 teachers , primary data was collected using a questionnaire instrument to measure variables using Likert scale . Methods of data using multiple regression analysis . Hypothesis test used in this study is the t-test at a significant level (a ) 0.05 . The study of the effect of variable Kompetesnsi , motivation , the performance of teachers who moderated the academic supervision of primary school teachers in the District Education Office Unit Gunem Rembang , it is concluded that : Teacher Competencies no effect on teacher performance , motivation and a significant positive effect on teacher performance . Academic supervision does not affect the performance of teachers . The test results indicate that the interaction : Supervision academic positively and significantly moderate the effect of teacher competence on teacher performance , academic supervision significantly moderate the effects of motivation on teacher performance . Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and supervision of the performance of the motivation as mediation (Studies in the District Education Office Apex UPT). The population in this study is that there are teachers in the target areas 6,7 , and 8, the District Education Office Apex UPT number of 119 teachers . Using census sampling method , ie all members of the population sampled . Mechanical testing data used include test descriptions , test validity , reliability testing , test models that include test and F-test coefficient of determination , which includes the classical assumption of normality test , test and test heteroskedasitas multicollinearity , test hypotheses and tests of mediation. Research shows that the ability of the model to correctly describe the effect of variable competence , supervision and motivation is at 66.1 % of the performance . While others of 33.9 % is explained by variables outside the model . From the test results it can be seen that the mediating effects of motivation did not mediate the effect of proven competence and supervision of the performance . Abstract

Obyective of this research is to examine the supervision, moderate the influence of education and workshop and work motivation toward teachers work. Case Study Over teachers of Elementary School in UPT Education Departement of Pamotan Subdistrict Rembang District. The population of research are two hundreds and four teachers of Elementary School in Pamotan Subdistrict. By using Slovin reasonable sample, one hundred and trrty five teacher’s respondent who are differentiated based on room category in each shool superintenden’s construction area. Primary data is taken on January 2014. Data collecting by using questioner, after data is collected, it is processed by using SPSS 19 computer Proram. Validity test and reliability  questioner is explained valid LF > 0,4 and relaibel with Cronbach Alpha > 0,7. F tes and t test, each of them signification 0,05 which is explained fit and independent variable influence significant. The result of this research shws that 1) Trainning has no influence toward teacher’s work significantly. 2) Work motivation has no influence of teacher’s work.  3) Supervision Supervisor significantly no influence effect on the of teacher’s work. 4) Supervision moderating significantly has no effect on the performance of the teacher training. 5) Superintendent Supervision  weaken the influence of work motivation to ward teacher’s work. Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of the variables of teacher motivation and discipline to the performance of civil service teachers in the District Education Office UPT Gunem with supervision as a moderating variable. The population in this study was the civil servant teachers in elementary schools - District of Gunem , as many as 116 people Rembang . Data were collected using questionnaires and the returned and processed as many as 114 . Test instruments used are validity and reliability . While ui model used is the coefficient of determination and test " F " . Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. The results showed motivation and discipline of work does not affect the performance of teachers , while supervising positive and significant effect on performance . While the results of multiple regression testing moderation model suggests that supervision is not able to moderate the effects of motivation on teacher performance , the effect of labor discipline on teacher performance . Abstract

This research purposed to examine motivation influence  teacher’s competence  about the job of SMAN 1 Jakenan teacher  be mediated by organizational commitment.The spesific purpose of this research is to examine organizational commitment role in job motivation influence and teacher competence through the teacher’s work.The useful of this research is to explaint and enlarge the reseach before about organizational commitment role mediated job motivation influence and teacher’s competence about the teacher’s work.This research use the sum of SMA N 1 Jakenan teachers in Pati regency about 70 teachers.The sample removal technic in this reseach is by census technic,its mean that we use all of the sample. According to the reseach, we can conclude that: job motivation have positivs influence and significant to organizational commitment,teacher competence  have positive influence and significant to organizational commitment, job motivation don’t have influence to teache’r work, teacher competence have positive influence and significant to techer’s work, organizational commitment mediation effec of motivation of the teacher’s work, organizational commitment doesnot mediate to the effect of  teacher competence of the teacher’s work. Abstract

This Study aims to test the influence of principal leadership ,teacher motivation on performance of SMA Negeri 3 Pati starch mediated job satisfaction. The specific objectives if this research is to examine the role of job satisfaction mediated the influence of principal leadership and motivation to performance of teachers. The usefulness of this study is to describe and extend previous research regarding the role of job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership and motivation of teachers. This research using population teachers SMA Negeri 3 Pati as many as 70 teachers. The method of sampling in this research is with cencus techniques,i.e all the populations were sampled.Based of the results of the study can be summed up as follows :the leadership the principal has no effect on job satisfaction,positive and influential teacher motivation significantly to job satisfaction, leadership principals have no effect on performance of teacher, motivational positive and significant effect job on performance of teachers job satisfaction, positive and significant effect on performance of teachers, that the direct influence of motivation on performance more effectively than the indirect influence so that job satisfaction does not mediate the effects of motivation on performance of teachers. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of organizational commitment and emotional intelligence on performance by mediating teacher job satisfaction ( Study On SMP District of Pekalongan Sragi ) . The population in this study is 114 respondents , sampling in this study using census method . Testing in this research that uses Test Instruments ( Test Validity and Reliability Test ) , Normality Test , Test Assumptions Classical ( Multicollinearity Test and Test Heteroskidastity ) , Test Test model used is Adjusted R2 (coefficient of determination ) and F-test , Hypothesis Testing in research the regression analysis used to test the hypothesis significance level ( α ) of 5% and , test mediation effects with path analysis path . Based on the findings of the study are : Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction , Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant impact on Job Satisfaction , Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance , Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance , job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance , job Satisfaction Organizational Commitment mediates the effect of teacher performance , job satisfaction mediates Emotional Intelligence on teacher performance . Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Motivation and Emotional Intelligence on Performance Master of Organizational Commitment as mediation (Studies in SMP Sragi District of Pekalongan. Total population in this study was 112 respondents , the sampling method used in this study sensus. Testing in this study is , using test instruments to test the validity and reliability testing. Testing for normality, using the classical assumption test, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. Testing the model using the coefficient of determination test and F-test , Hypothesis Testing using the t (test). Testing mediation effects by using path analysis path. Based on the findings of the study are as follows : motivation positively influences organizational commitment, emotional intelligence has a positive effect on organizational commitment, motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance, emotional intelligence and have a positive effect on teacher performance, organizational commitment has a positive effect on performance teacher , organizational commitment did not mediate the effect of motivation on the performance of teachers but of organizational commitment mediates the effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers.
