Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of individual characteristics, job characteristics and compensation on the job performance with organizational commitment as mediator in Rembang Regional Development Planning Agency. This study use cencuss methode for collecting data, using statistical tests that include validity test with factor analysis, reliability test using Cronbachs alpha, double regression analysis, and significance test using the coefficient of determination to prove the validity of hypothesis and for mediation tests. The results of this study proved that model’s ability to correctly describe that the influence of individual characteristic, job characteristic, compensation and organizational commitment is 11,9% on job performance, and organizational commitment didn’t to mediating the influence of independence variable to dependence variabel. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leader Member Exchange and Person Organization Fit to Organization Citizenship Behavior with Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. Research was conducted on the staff of the BKD Central Java province with a number of respondents as many as 139 people. The research instrument used in the form of questionnaires were tested for validity and reliability, and to explain the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable using a multiple linear regression equation, whereas hypothesis testing using Simultaneous significance test,Individual parameter significance testand beta coefficient. The results showed that (1) Leader Member Exchange positive and significant impact on the Commitment Organizational (2) Person Organization Fit influential positive and significant impact on the Commitment Organizational (3) Leader Member Exchange positive and significant impact on job satisfaction (4) Person Organization Fit positive and significant impact on job satisfaction (5) Leader Member Exchange positive and significant impact on the Organization Citizenship Behavior (6) Person Organization Fit not significant to the Organization Citizenship Behavior (7) Commitment Organizational not significant to the Organization Citizenship Behavior (8) Job Satisfaction positive and significant impact on the Organization Citizenship Behavior. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job characteristics, psychological capital on job satisfaction of employees to achieve the performance of civil servants. The population in this study were all civil servants in the District Secretariat Blora. The sample in this study was 115 civil servants in the Secretariat Blora taken purposively. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire. Models built theoretical framework describes the variables mediating / intervening then to test 5 (five) hypotheses that have been developed to use multiple regression analysis with the model intervening (mediating) analysis technique using SPSS ver. 21. The test results show that the hypothesis of a significant effect of job characteristics and positive impact on job satisfaction, in addition to the characteristics of the work also shows the results of a significant and positive impact on the performance of civil servants, the psychological capital showed a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction, but on the other hand psychological capital has the result that no significant effect on the performance of civil servants and further job satisfaction significantly and positively impact on the performance of civil servants. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect job satisfaction, psychological capital and organizational commitment to Turnover Intention the employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. KCP. Bangkong Semarang at the Credit Colletion& Recovery. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. KCP. Bangkong Semarang at the Credit Colletion& Recovery.. Models built on the theoretical framework to describe the variables mediating / intervening then to test 5 (five) hipotesis has been developed to use multiple regression analysis with the model intervening (mediating) analysis. Hypothesis testing results show that job satisfaction is a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, then the capital of psychology also shows significant results and positive impact on organizational commitment, job satisfaction besides significant and indicates a negative value on turnover intentions, but the results different shown different results where psychological capital and organizational commitment not show significant and positive impact to turnover intentions. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of motivation and self-efficacy on teacher performance with organizational culture moderation. The population in this study is the early childhood teachers, in Bulu Rembang many as 103 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire, after which the data were processed using SPSS 17. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. While ui model used is the coefficient of determination and hypothesis using regression analysis. The results showed a positive and significant effect of motivation on teacher performance, self-efficacy significant negative effect on teacher performance, organizational cultural does not affect the performance, organizational cultural moderated motivation significant negative effect on teacher performance, organizational culture moderated self-efficacy significant positive effect on teacher performance. Abstract

This study examines the role of the Charismatic Leadership Moderating Effect of Work Motivation and Professional Competence against Teacher’s Performance in Dabin V Kecamatan Tegal Timur Kota Tegal. The purpose of this study is to examine how the role of the Charismatic Leadership Motivation Moderating Effect of Work Motivation and Professional Competence against Teacher’s Performance in Dabin V Kecamatan Tegal Timur Kota Tegal. The sample in this study is 103 respondents which is obtained based on population of teachers in Dabin V Kecamatan Tegal Timur Kota Tegal. This research uses the primary data obtained by questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this study is linear regression with moderation test. The result of the study shows that work motivation does not have a positive impact on teacher’s performance. Professional competence has a positive and significant impact on teacher’s performance. Charismatic leadership has a positive and significant impact on teacher’s performance. The influence of moderation between charismatic leadership strengthens the motivation with the teachers performance. Charismatic leadership strengthens the relationship between the professional competence with the teachers performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine moderate the organizational culture of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on teacher performance Dabin I Mintaragen Eastern District of Tegal Tegal, research was conducted on teachers Dabin I Mintaragen Eastern District of Tegal Tegal as many as 109 people using the study population. The statistical techniques used by the validation test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumptions, and test the feasibility of the model. The research method with the entire population of teachers Dabin I Mintaragen Eastern District of Tegal Tegal, corrections research and sampling techniques based on the status of education, tenure, class, age, gender. Variables used freely, bound and moderation research instrument using a questionnaire with items as an indicator of variable transformational leadership, organizational commitment, organizational culture and performance. Likert scale studies are 5-point range. Based on the survey results revealed that transformational leadership significant and positive impact on teacher performance, organizational commitment positive and significant impact on teacher performance, organizational culture positive and significant impact on teacher performance, organizational culture strengthen the influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance and organizational culture does not moderate commitment organizational on teacher performance. Abstract

The performance of LPMP employees, especially the public servants, is not optimum and tends to decrease. This situation leads to poor organizational commitment and performances. This is a case study conducted at LPMP Provinsi Jawa Tengah. The purposes of the study are to identify the influence of psychological capital, and employee engagement on the employee’s performance. The mediating variable of this study is organizational commitment. Employing population technique, 135 public servants of LPMP are involved in the study. The instrument is examined through factor analysis, i.e. validity and reliability tests. To analyze the data the multiple linear regressions is used by employing determination coefficient model and F-test, and also conducting t-test to examine the hypothesis. The analysis reveals the following results; psychological capital has positive significant influence on organizational commitment,  and employee engagement influences positively and significantly towards organizational commitment, psychological capital and employee engagement affect on employee’s performance positively and significantly, organizational commitment does not mediate on employee’s performance. The most dominant variable influencing organizational commitment is employee engagement, and the most dominant variable affecting employee’s performance is employee engagement. Abstract

The main problem of researchare how effect of competence and dicipline on teacher performance with organizational commitment variabel intervening. The population in this study is the elementary teachers, in Sulang Rembang many as 122 respondent. Data were collected using a questionnaire, after which the data were processed using SPSS 17. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of teachers who moderated the organizational culture as well as the influence of teacher performance on job satisfaction. Total population set a number of 101 respondents. As independent variables namely motivation, moderation is variable while the dependent variable of organizational culture teacher performance and job satisfaction. The analysis includes the validity, reliability, normality test, heteroscedasticity, determination test, F test to test the hypothesis. Results of analysis using linear regression and two-stage least squares method, it is known that motivation variable significant positive effect on the performance of the teacher, organizational culture does not affect the performance of teachers. As for the results of the regression testing with moderation models indicate that organizational culture is not able to moderate the effect of motivation on teacher performance, while the performance of teachers give positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction and motivation are directly related to the performance of teachers. Job satisfaction and motivation felt by teachers can degrade performance and also improve the performance of teachers. A teacher who is satisfied with the work that earned will be motivated to improve the performance so the impact on the overall improvement of the teacher.Keywords: Motivation, Organizational Culture, Teacher Performance and Job Satisfaction
