Abstract

This study aims to examine and describe the effect of school climate and leadership to work motivation influence on the performance of teachers in private vocational high schools at District Tayu of Pati Regency. Sampling was done by census method so that all teachers in the private vocational high schools at District Tayu of Pati Regency totaling 66 persons used as a sample. Mechanical testing data used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, reliability tests with Cronbach alpha formula, the multiple regression analysis, and tests of significance, the coefficient of determination to prove the truth of the hypothesis of research and testing mediation. The results showed that; 1) School climate has positive and significant effect on work motivation of teachers (0,000), 2) the school leadership has positive and significant effect on work motivation of teachers (0,000), 3) school climate has positive and significant effect on teacher performance (0.016), 4) school leadership has positive and significant effect on teacher performance (0.019), 5) Motivation has positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers (0,000), 6) Work motivation mediates the effect of school climate on the performance of teachers in private vocational high schools at District Tayu of Pati Regency, 7) Work motivation mediates the effect of school leadership on teacher performance in a private vocational high schools at District Tayu of Pati Regency. Abstract

This study is intended to company PT Inax International sanitary ceramics in order to determine the level of excellence of a product, service excellence, customer satisfaction and quality brand image in order to create a quality product that always remain competitive in the current era of globalization and which will future. Abstract

The purpose of riset to examine “Influence competensi and motivasi to performance of teachers by work environment and management headmaster as variabel moderasi. The example of riset are 130 persons . The way to take the example by purposive proporsional random sampling. The way of analysis data by using : validitas test with analysis factor, reliabilitas test, by Alpha Chrombach, model test by Adjusted R2 and test F, hipotesis test by MRA test and test t. The result of the riset show that : 1. Competensi have positive influence and significan to performance of teachers. 2. The motivasi is not influence to performance of teachers. 3. The work environment have positive influence and significan to  performance of teachers. 4. The management of headmaster is not influence to performance of teachers. 5. The work environment can not guide to the relation between competensi and performance of teachers.6. The work environment can be guide the relation between competensi and performance of teachers.7. The managament of headmaster is not be guide the relation between motivasi and performance of teachers. The summarize of this riset is to increase performance of civil servant teachers Senior High School regency Pati. It can be work by : increase competensi and motivasi performance of teachers. Abstract

Swallow Globe Brand is the brand of agar-agar powder products in packaging sachet with Swallow bird logo and an image of a globe with a golden yellow color map of the world, wrapped in packaging dominant yellow color. The product is a market leader for this type of gelatin products. Due to increasing competition in emerging markets some gelatin products with the packaging and the drawings that resemble Swallow Globe Brand products. As stamp "Globe", where the Globe brand to market products under the brand names and logos that appear similar at first glance, but in fact when a very different look carefully. Many consumers are not aware of this difference. The purpose of this study to determine 1. brand / brand positive effect on the perception of value? 2.What positive influence on the perception of the quality of perception of value? 3. What brand has positive influence on purchase intentions re? 4. What positive influence on the perception of the quality of re-purchase intention? 5. Do perception and positive effect on the value of re-purchase intention? This research was conducted by survey method, by using a questionnaire to 100 respondents who at the time was making a purchase gelatin products being studied in Toko Sinar Mas Jl. Gang Baru no. 14, pasar Gang Baru Semarang. The questionnaire used to gather information about the brand, perceived quality, perepsi value, and re-purchase intention. The study concluded that Brand and Quality Perception Variables positive and significant impact on the perception of value, evidenced by tcount greater than t table and has a significance value smaller than 0.05. Varaibel brand and perceived quality positive and significant impact on Repeat Purchase Intentions, evidenced by the t-test value greater than pvalue and represents the strength of influence of brand variable to variable re-purchase intention. Furthermore, perception value and a significant positive effect on Repeat Purchase Intentions. Keywords: Brand, Quality Perception, Perception Value, Repeat Purchase Intentions.

Abstract

The success of an organization is strongly influenced by the performance of, any organization is always seeking to improve performance to achieve the vision and mission of the organization so that goals can be achieved optimally. Good personality will improve the performance of employees in the organization. This study aims to analyze the influence of personality on performance through self-efficacy and job satisfaction in the Social Service of Central Java Province. The sample of this study were employees of Social Service of Central Java Province who had worked ≥ 5 years as many as 171 people / respondent. Based on the results of the analysis showed that personality variables, self-efficacy and job satisfaction partially or simultaneously positive effect on employee performance Dinsos Central Java province in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Based on the analysis of self-efficacy variable paths and job satisfaction is not a mediating effect of personality variables on performance due to a stronger influence of personality variables. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kepuasan kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Penggunaan variabel-variabel tersebut berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu, yaitu : McNeese Smith (1996); Jae (2000); dan Challagalla dan Shervani (2006). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Sosial Provinsi Jawa Tengah, responden yang digunakan sebanyak 192 pegawai, menggunakan analisis regressi dengan software SPSS 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Pengaruh dari kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja adalah 0,296; pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja adalah 0,326; pengaruh dari komitmen organisasional terhadap kepuasan kerja adalah 0,354; pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah 0,169; pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah 0,158, pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah 0,201; dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah 0,352. Abstract

Smartphone market is saturated and more competitive level of competition, making it difficult for companies to apply superior strategy than its competitors. Smartphone Smartfren brand was first marketed in June 2013, and was already able to occupy the second rank and the only local vendor in the top five for smartphone sales in Indonesia in the Year 2013 to Quarter IV. Smartfren use strategies in order to create sustainable competitive advantage of customer loyalty. This strategy involves creating a product that can deliver superior customer value and low price. Research on the influence of superior customer value and price perception towards sustainable competitive advantage and its impact on customer loyalty is still relatively limited and inconsistent results. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the influence of superior customer value and price perception towards sustainable competitive advantage and customer loyalty The research sample set of 100 people Smartfren brand smartphone customers in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data obtained by using a questionnaire, and then analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that superior customer value and price perceptions directly influence customer loyalty. Superior customer value and price perceptions indirect effect on customer loyalty through sustainable competitive advantage. Sustainable competitive advantage influence on customer loyalty. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Leadership and Discipline of Work on employee performance with mediating variables of Organizational Commitment. The study was conducted at the village office se Pekalongan. The population of this study were all employees of the village in Pekalongan. Data collected through direct surveys with the help of a questionnaire given to employees of the village. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. Mediation effect was tested by comparing the regression coefficients of direct and indirect relationships of variables. The results showed that leadership and discipline of work and a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Leadership, work discipline and organizational commitment and significant positive effect on employee performance. This suggests that the better leadership and discipline will be the higher employee commitment to the organization that have an impact on the higher performance of employees villages in Pekalongan. While the test showed that the mediating effect of organizational commitment did not mediate the relationship variables of leadership and discipline to employee performance village in Pekalongan. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development, competence and compensation on employee performance are moderated Taxation Office Environments Office Tax Associate at Semarang. The primary data used in this study is the result of questionnaires career development, competencies, compensation, employee performance and work environment. Sources of data in this study amounted to 106 employees from various sections in the Tax Office Associate Semarang. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple regression analysis using software IBM SPSS.19. Based on the analysis of the data found that career development does not significantly influence the performance of tax officials Semarang Associate Tax Office. Competence and compensating positive effect on employee performance. Work environment moderate the career development on employee performance and compensation, work environment  while  not   moderate  competence on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job characteristic and role conflict on employee’s performance, mediating by job satisfaction. The respondens are all Unit’s treasurers of Health Office, in Pati Distric. The sample of this research is all 106 treasures (sensus). Statistical technique used was to test the validity of componen matrix, alpha cronbach reliability test, regression analysis, adjusted R square, f test , t tes n mediating test. Survey result revealed that job characteristic had a significant positive efect on job satisfaction, while role conflict had unsignificant negative effect on job satisfaction. Job Characteristic significanly negative influent on employee’s performance. Role conflict  effect on emlpoyee’s performance negative and not significant.Job satisfaction gave significantly possitive effect on employee’s performance. Job characteristis undirect effect on employee’s performanc is better then it’s direct effect. It mean that job satisfaction does mediating job characteristic on employee’s performance. Unfortunally, role conflict effect is not significant , so there’s no mediating effect. Keyword : Job Characteristic, Role Conflict, Job Satisfaction and Employee’s  Performance
