Abstract

The results of this study are the Influence of Academic Supervision , Principal Leadership and Job Satisfaction on Teacher Performance . The research problem in this study are : (1) to examine the Influence of Academic Supervision , Principal Leadership and Job Satisfaction on teacher performance. (2) to test whether job satisfaction mediates Academic Supervision and Leadership Principal of the Teacher Performance. The  samples of this study are 105 teachers of Kesatrian Senior High School under the auspices of the Kesatrian Education Foundation of Semarang The used sampling was census techniques and the used model was multiple regression analysis The results of this study are: (1) the Academic Supervision was prooved in influencing the job satisfaction , (2) the principals leadership did have positive and significant influence on the teacher satisfaction , (3) Academic Supervision had positive and significant was not proooved influence on teacher performance , (4) the principals leadership had positive and significant influence on teacher performance , (5) the job satisfaction had positive and significant influence on teacher performance , (6) job satisfaction variable was prooved to have the function as intervening variable on the variable of Academic Supervision on teacher performance , (7) job satisfaction was not proved to have the function as intervening variable on the variable of Principal Leadership on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Competence andOrganizational Climate on the Performance School Teacher with Job Satisfactionas mediation. Studies on teachers in Indonesian Institute Foundation 48Semarang.Metode used in this study is the sensus method with 95 respondents. Testinstruments used in this study is the validity and reliability, with the criteria KMO> 0.5 , Loading Factor > 0.4 and Cronbach alpha > 0.7 . Normality Test, TestClassical Assumptions used are test heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity test .Test model used is Adjusted R2 ( coefficient of determination ) and F Test(Goodness of Fit) Hypothesis Testing in this study used regression analysis usingt-test, testing the hypothesis on the significance level (α) of 5%. Test mediationusing path analysis.Based on the findings of the research: Competencies positive andsignificant effect on job satisfaction. School Organizational Climate positive andsignificant effect on job satisfaction. Competence positive and significant impacton teacher performance. School Organizational Climate positive and significantimpact on teacher performance. Job Satisfaction and significant positive effect onteacher performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of the TeacherPerformance Competency. Abstract

This research that is done in Institute Agama Islam Walisongo Semarang. Data used by primary data taken with questionnaire with 82 respondents for sample research. The writer did the reseach by using purposive sampling, with some criteria. Those criteria are the respondents have to had level stratum -2 for level education and tree year minimum in a work periode. Analysis appliance weared by instrument test, the test reliability, and while the test models, test the Adj R2 (coefficient of determination), Test the hypothesizing used regression analysis, test the F Test (Goodness of Fit), and test the moderation using analysis path (path analysis). The results of the analysis in this study resulted in regersi determination coefficient of 0.423, or in other words, changes in performance can be influenced by effective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment and organizational culture of 43.3%. The results of this study indicate that affective commitment does not affect the employee performance, ccontinuance commitment has the influence a significant effect on employee performance, normative commitment does not effect on employee performance, organizational culture did not moderate the influence of affective organizational commitment to employee performance, organizational culture did’t  moderate the influence of continuance organizational commitment to employee performance and organizational culture moderates the effect of normative commitment on employee performance Keywords: Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment and Normative Commitment, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study is examiners to impluence of leadership style and organization culture to public civil servant performance’s with the mediation of organizasional commitment. The amount of responden 101 peoples, the worked as public servant at Kelurahan Se Kecamatan Semarang Barat Kota Semarang and the sampling method used purposive sampling. Data were collected using questioner and the technique to analyse the data using factor analysis to analyse validity test, Alpha Cronbach to analysis realibility test, multiple regression analysis, t test and residual test to prove the research hypothesis. The results of this study indicated that ; (1). Leadership style have positive and significances impact to organizasinal commitment. (2). Organization culture have positive and significances impact to organizasional commitment. (3). Leadership style have positive and significances impact to public civil performance’s. (4). Organization culture have positive and significances impact to public civil performance’s. (5). Organizasinal commitment have positive and significances impact to public civil performance’s. (6). Leadership style and organizational culture as intervening have positif and significances impact to public civil servant performance’s with the mediation organizasional commitment. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of technical competence, work environment and motivation on employee performance midwife at the health center Starch. It is based on the phenomenon that is the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) and Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia is still quite high compared to other ASEAN countries. Based on the results of supervision by the District Health Officer Subag Pati on the performance of midwives, it is known that 20% of midwives are not domiciled in the local region. Maternal and child health visits in the Work Area Health Service Pati still lacking the K1 visits reached 5.52% of the targets to be achieved by 8.33%, the new K2 reached 5.81% of the targets to be achieved is 7.91% , K3 only reached 6.39% of the targets to be achieved by the new K4 7.91% and reached 6.97% of the target should be at 7.91%. This research was conducted on former midwife at the health center sub district of Pati as many as 109 people, using census techniques. Statistical techniques are used to test the validity of the components of matrix, Cronbach alpha reliability test, multiple regression analysis, t test and adjusted r2 with r square. Results reveal that the effect on the motivation of technical competence of midwives in health centers Kawedanan ex Starch (sig = 0.000). Work environment has a positive effect on the motivation of midwives in health centers Kawedanan ex Starch (sig = 0.000). Technical competence has a positive effect on employee performance at the District Health Office Pati (sig = 0.000). Work environment affect the job performance of midwives Motivation does not mediate the effect on the performance of the technical competence of midwives in health centers Kawedanan former Starch. Motivation does not mediate environmental influences on the performance of midwives working in health centers Kawedanan former Starch. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of empowerment on organizational commitment and performance of educators, organizational comitment and motivation to the performance of educators, organizational comitment to the performance of educators, the indirect effect on the performance of the empowerment and motivation of  teachers organizational commitment mediated. Location of the study conducted at the National Education Foundation Pati2014 . The number of samples in this study were 101 respondents and include research or census population. The method of analysis is qualitative and quantitative. Quantitative analyzes were performed using multiple regression test to test the hypothesis that the level of significance set at 5 %. To analyze the models with SPSS 16.0 .. The results showed that the direct effect of empowerment for (0.200) on the performance of educators and of (0.414) to organizational commitment, motivation for (0.108) affect the performance of educators and by (0.512) the organizational commitment, organizational commitment for (0.716) affect the performance of educators . Empowerment indirectly affect the performance of (0.296) educators, while the effect of motivation on the performance of (0.367) educators mediated organizational commitment. The results of this study can be used by future researchers as materials science research in the field of organizational behavior science or the like. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah dan peta kemampuan keuangan daerah  pada  kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah tahun 2009 - 2012. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 35 kabupaten/kota di Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Teknik analisis data dengan: tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah dan analisis peta kemampuan keuangan daerah  dengan metode kuadran (Bapennas, 2003) dan analisis regersi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menujukan:Tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah Kabupaten/Kota di Propinsi Jawa Tengah dari tahun 2009 sampai dengan tahun 2012 naik sebesar 2,65 dari 10,75 sampai 13,40. Walaupun  tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerahnya meningkat, namum tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah ini masih tergolong rendah, sehingga ketergantungan anggaran dari pemerintah pusat dan provinsi masih tinggi. Terjadi pergeseran peta kemampuan keuangan Ekonomi daerah 35 Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Tengah yang semula pada kuadran I  Tahun 2010 dan 2011 menjadi kuadran II  pada tahun 2012 (Kabupaten Cilacap dan Kabupaten Semarang). Kemudian  semula  pada tahun 2010 dan 2011 pada kuadran II menjadi kuadran I dan tetap pada tahun 2012 (Kabupaten Banyumas, Purbalingga dan Jepara).   Kata Kunci: Tingkat kemandirian keuangan, peta kemampuan keuangan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Corporate Environmental Responsibility (CER) to the value of the company with managerial ownership as a moderating variable. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from the period 2008 to 2011. The sample in this study is a manufacturing company in accordance with defined criteria. Regression analysis was performed on the basis of the results of the data analysis. This study concludes some of the following:. (1) Variable Corporate Environmental Responsibility (CER) proved to affect the value of the company, 2) proven managerial ownership variables affect the value of the company, (3) managerial ownership proved to act as moderating the relationship Corporate Environmental Responsibility (CER) with the value of the company. Abstract

The study specifically identified the link between compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction toward performance of Elementary School teachers received certification of Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Dinas Pendidikan Kecamatan Kaliori Kabupaten Rembang. The research employed questionnaire to collect data from respondents. Five research hypotheses were formulated and tested. The data used were primary data. Purposive sampling was used to select samples and Multiple Regressions Analysis was used to analysis the data with the aid of statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) version 16.00. The hypotheses indicated that there is no significant relationship between compensation variables with performance. There was significant relationship between compensation and motivation to job satisfaction. There were significant relationship between compensation and job satisfaction toward performance. The study recommends that job satisfaction should be a plank to determine their job satisfaction and tenure transparency  should be emphasized rather than combination of salary and commission to enhance better performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of training, organizational  culture on the performance of early childhood teachers and test work motivation may mediate training and organizational culture on the performance of early childhood teachers. The population of this research is early childhood teachers in UPT Dinpendik Kec.Rembang Rembang much as 291 people. The research instrument used in this study is the validity and reliability, the analysis tool used is multiple regression, hypothesis testing using t test and mediation. Questionnaire as the primary data collection tool, the Likert scale of measurement used are 5 alternative answer to the secondary data obtained by observation, documentation and interviews.
