Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation and organizationalcommitment to job satisfaction mediated UPT performance of teachers in the Departmentof Education and Culture Doro Pekalongan. The population in this study were allprimary school teacher (SD) in the Department of Education and Culture Unit DoroPekalongan as much as 219 people. Sampling this study using a sampling techniqueproportional sampling is a way of sampling by selecting each sampling unit inaccordance with the size of the sampling unit so that the study sample is 142 people.Hypothesis testing is done by using the direct hypothesis testing and test mediation. Theresults showed that motivation significant and positive impact on teacher performance,organizational commitment significant and positive impact on teacher performance,motivation significant and positive impact on job satisfaction, organizational commitmentsignificant and positive impact on job satisfaction, teacher performance significant andpositive impact on satisfaction work, the performance of teachers do not mediate theeffect of motivation on job satisfaction, teacher performance does not mediate the effectof organizational commitment on job satisfaction.Keywords: motivation, organizational commitment, teacher performance, job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and ProfessionalCompetence on the performance of teachers in Winong Islamic Junior High School Patiregency moderated with organizational culture. The specific objectives of this study wasto examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and professional competence on theperformance of teachers who are moderated by the role of organizational culture. Theusefulness of this study is to clarify and extend previous research on the effect of intrinsicmotivation and professional competence on the performance of teachers who moderatedthe organizational culture.This study used a population of teachers in Winong Islamic Junior High SchoolPati regency much as 173 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is non probabiltysampling with proporsional sampling method. The method used in this research is multipleregression with difference quasi moderation.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows intrinsicmotivation does not affect the performance of teachers, professional competence has apositive and significant affect the performance of the teacher, organizational culture has apositive and significant affect the performance of the teacher, the influence of intrinsicmotivation on teacher performance does not moderated by organizational culture, and theinfluence of professional competence on performance teachers does not moderated byorganizational culture.Keywords: intrinsic motivation , professional competence, organizational culture, performance teacher and moderation

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze whether the effect of workmotivation and teacher competence on teacher performance transformationalleadership moderated Principal at Madrasah Aliyah teacher in District WinongPati regency.Sampling was done by census method so that all teachers who worked inMadrasah Aliyah in District Winong of Pati regency, amounting to 83 people asrespondents. Mechanical testing of the data used in this study include testing thevalidity of the factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach alpha formula,multiple regression analysis, and the significance test, the coefficient ofdetermination to prove the truth of the hypothesis of research and testingmoderation.The results showed that; work motivation has positive and significant effecton teachers performance, teacher competence has positive and significant impacton teacher performance, transformational leadership has positive and significantimpact on teacher performance, the effect work motivation on teachers'performance moderated by transformational leadership, and the influence ofteacher competence on teachers’ performance moderated by transformationalleadership at Madrasah Aliyah in District Winong of Pati regency.Keywords: work motivation, teacher competence, transformational leadership,teacher performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership andmotivation to work on the performance of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Patiregency with school climate moderated. The specific objectives of this study was toexamine the effect of transformational leadership and motivation to work on teacherperformance that dmoderasi by climatic role. The usefulness of this study is to clarify andextend previous research on the effect of transformational leadership and motivation towork on teacher performance are moderated school climate.This study used a population of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Patiregency much as 121 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is nonprobabilitysampling with purposive sampling method. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: transformationalleadership influence on teacher performance, motivation does not affect the performanceof teachers, school climate affect the performance of the teacher, the influence oftransformational leadership on teacher performance is moderated by school climate, andthe effect on the performance of teachers' work motivation is not moderated by schoolclimate.Keywords: transformational leadership, motivation, school climate, teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job characteristics andcompetence of the teacher's performance with the mediation of job satisfaction inSMP Muhammadiyah of Pati regency. Sampling was done by census method so that all teachers who work inSMP Muhammadiyah of Pati regency, amounting to 99 people as respondents.Data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents and allquestionnaires were returned with complete. Mechanical testing data used includetest validity by factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach’s alpha formula,multiple regression analysis, and the significance test, the coefficient ofdetermination to prove the truth of the research hypothesis and test mediation.The results showed that; job characteristics and competencies of teachershas positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, job characteristics andcompetencies of teachers has positive and significant impact on teacherperformance, job satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of job characteristicson teacher performance, and job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of theinfluence on the performance of teachers' competence.Keywords: job characteristics, competencies, job satisfaction, teacher performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of personality and motivation on theperformance of teachers in non-government Islamic Junior High School (MTs Swasta)Winong district Pati regency with organizational culture moderated. The specific objectives ofthis study was to explain and to enlarge the previuos study about the influence of personalityand motivation on the performance of teachers with organizational culture moderated.This study used a population of teachers in non-government Islamic Junior HighSchool (MTs Swasta) Winong District Pati Regency totally 102 teachers. Samplingtechniques in this study is sampling jenuh. This method used is regression with absolutedifference moderation. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: personality has asignificant and positive influence on the teacher performance, motivation has a significantand positive influence on the teacher performance, organizational culture has a significantand positive influence on the teacher performance, but organizational culture do not moderatethe influence of personality and motivation on the teacher’s performance.Keywords: personality, motivation, organizational culture, teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Competence and Motivation on TeacherPerformance moderated Principal Leadership (Studies in Teacher Private MTs Winong Districtof Pati regency). This study included in the quantitative research using survey method throughdescriptive analysis approach. This study whit a census tehnic where the sample size is equal tothe population of as many as 115 teachers, while the data is processed as many as 102 teachers.Measurements using a Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instruments used arevalidity and reliability. Normality Test (1 Sample-KS) Classical Assumption Test (testheterokedastisitas) The test model used is the coefficient of determination (R2) and the F test(Goodness of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Abstract

Abstract
