Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of personality and motivation on theperformance of teachers in non-government Islamic Junior High School (MTs Swasta)Winong district Pati regency with organizational culture moderated. The specific objectives ofthis study was to explain and to enlarge the previuos study about the influence of personalityand motivation on the performance of teachers with organizational culture moderated.This study used a population of teachers in non-government Islamic Junior HighSchool (MTs Swasta) Winong District Pati Regency totally 102 teachers. Samplingtechniques in this study is sampling jenuh. This method used is regression with absolutedifference moderation. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: personality has asignificant and positive influence on the teacher performance, motivation has a significantand positive influence on the teacher performance, organizational culture has a significantand positive influence on the teacher performance, but organizational culture do not moderatethe influence of personality and motivation on the teacher’s performance.Keywords: personality, motivation, organizational culture, teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Competence and Motivation on TeacherPerformance moderated Principal Leadership (Studies in Teacher Private MTs Winong Districtof Pati regency). This study included in the quantitative research using survey method throughdescriptive analysis approach. This study whit a census tehnic where the sample size is equal tothe population of as many as 115 teachers, while the data is processed as many as 102 teachers.Measurements using a Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instruments used arevalidity and reliability. Normality Test (1 Sample-KS) Classical Assumption Test (testheterokedastisitas) The test model used is the coefficient of determination (R2) and the F test(Goodness of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Based on the results of thestudy can be summarized as follows: (i) Competence positive and significant impact on teacherperformance, (ii) Motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (iii)Leadership Principal positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (iv) EffectCompetence of the Teacher Performance is not moderated Leadership Principal, (iv) Effect ofMotivation on teacher performance is not moderated Leadership PrincipalKeywords : Competence, Motivation, Leadership Principal and Teacher Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of personality and competence ofteachers on teacher performance in MTs Sekecamatan Winong moderated Pati regencywith the work environment. The specific objectives of this study was to examine theinfluence of personality and competence of teachers on teacher performance aremoderated by the role of the working environment. The usefulness of this study is toclarify and extend previous research on the influence of personality and competence ofteachers on teacher performance are moderated working environment.This study used a sample of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Pati regencymuch as 121 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is random sampling.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows personality doesnot affect the performance of teachers, teacher competence affect the performance of theteacher, the work environment does not affect the performance of the teacher, personalitynot influence on teacher performance is moderated by the working environment, and thereis the influence of teacher competence on teacher performance moderated by the workenvironment.Keywords: personality, teacher competence, work environment, the performance of teachers.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and emotional intelligenceon the performance of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong moderated Pati regency withorganizational culture. The specific objectives of this study was to examine the effect ofintrinsic motivation and emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers who aremoderated by the role of organizational culture. The usefulness of this study is to clarifyand extend previous research on the effect of intrinsic motivation and emotionalintelligence on the performance of teachers who moderated the organizational culture.This study used a population of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Patiregency much as 173 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is non probabiltysampling with purposive sampling method. The method used in this research is multipleregression with interaction quasi moderation.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows intrinsicmotivation does not affect the performance of teachers, emotional intelligence does notaffect the performance of the teacher, organizational culture does not affect theperformance of the teacher, the influence of intrinsic motivation on teacher performance ismoderated by organizational culture, and there is the influence of emotional intelligenceon performance teachers are moderated by organizational culture.Keywords: emotional intelligence, organizational culture, intrinsic motivation, Performance teacher.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of competence and emotional intelligence on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population of this study were all employees of the Land Office of Demak Regency totaling 128 people, questionnaires were processed as many as 113 respondents. Samples will be taken by all members of the population by census method. The results of hypothesis testing show that competence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, so that the higher the competency, the higher the organizational commitment. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, so that the higher the emotional intelligence, the higher the organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so that the higher the organizational commitment, the better the employee's performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so that the higher the competency is, the better the employee's performance. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance so that it is interpreted that the better the emotional intelligence performed, the better the employee's performance. Sobel test results, found organizational commitment can mediate the effect of competence on employee performance. Organizational commitment can mediate the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance. Keywords: Competence, emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, employee performance..            ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Demak berjumlah 128 orang, kuesioner yang diolah sebanyak 113 responden. Sampel yang digunakan seluruh anggota populasi dengan metode sensus. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, sehingga diartikan semakin tinggi kompetensi maka semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, sehingga diartikan semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosional maka semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sehingga diartikan semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi maka semakin baik kinerja pegawai. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sehingga diartikan semakin tinggi kompetensi maka semakin baik kinerja pegawai. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sehingga diartikan semakin baik kecerdasan emosional yang dilakukan maka semakin baik kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji Sobel, menemukan komitmen organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komitmen organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci: Kompetensi, kecerdasan emosional, komitmen organisasi, kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation and the effect of competence on organizational commitment, the influence of motivation. effect of competence and the effect of organizational commitment on teacher performance. This research locations throughout the SMK in Pemalang. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with quantitative approach. The population of this research is 262 teachers of SMK N in Pemalang. 158 teachers of them were as samples who are taken propotionally in each school.To know the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable used multiple linear regression analysis tool. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded that work motivation has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Teacher competency has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Work motivation has positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Teacher competent has positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Organizational commitment has positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Based on the results of this study recommended to the parties stakeholders in education at the school level, district level or at the regency level to manage improved performance of teachers as professionals who are competent in their duties. Furthermore, simultaneous and structural need cooperation in synergy to manage the teacher to be better so the teacher can increase the quality of its performance so that the quality of education is also increasing. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini : 1) Untuk menganalisa dan mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, 2) Untuk menganalisa dan mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode purposive sampling, diperoleh sampel sejumlah 88 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.
