Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of empowerment, job characteristics, and motivation on employee job satisfaction with the mediation of organizational commitment study on LPK, Batang. This research is expected to produce a useful analysis to provide empirical information about the influence of personality, empowerment, organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance with moderated social capital that can be considered to improve human resources. To examine the relationship between variables, the researchers used a technique Census, data analysis using SPSS 20.00. Data were collected by using kuesinoer given to respondents study population 110 employees and entirely used as samples, while the samples were processed 110 respondents. Tests on research conducted by the test instrument validity (factor analysis) and coefficient alpha reliability test while statistical testing tool used is multiple regression analysis, t-test, R2.The results showed that the variables tested Overall, namely empowerment, job characteristics, motivation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction expressed both by respondenyaitu LPK employees throughout Batang district. Disampingitu, empowerment, motivation and organizational commitment expressed by the respondents could have an impact in improving job satisfaction, whereas job characteristics had no significant effect. The increase of the variable empowerment, motivation and organizational commitment has a positive contribution to the increase in employee satisfaction.Of mediation known test of organizational commitment as a mediating variable is less effective indirect effect between empowerment and motivation on employee job satisfaction. Empowerment and motivation on employee job satisfaction. Empowerment and motivation more effectively direct effect on job satisfaction. Abstract

Level successfulness of new product for example influenced by excellence of product, company reputation and brand association. Excellence of product represent one of the determinant of successfulness of new product beside influence of company reputation and brand association. Indicator a[n successful product or market do not is product become leader of market, becoming purchasing priority and lower complain. Successfulness of new product influence marketing performance. In this research is obtained by four hypothesis which have been tested. collected data from 135 responder coming from or owner of supervisor outlet seller of product of Smatphone BlackBerry in The Semarang City. Analyzer the used is to use program of statistic SPSS relase windows for 16. Result of data analysis show research result and model earn some of can be accepted. Result of this research prove that variable excellence of product have an effect on and [do] not signifikan to kesuksusesan of new product, while company reputation and brand association have an effect on to successfulness of new product. Whereas variable successfulness of new product have an effect on and do not signifiqion to marketing performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence company’s image and satisfaction with trust and its impact to clients loyalty on Prudentials insurance Pru Vision Pati. Total sample are 100 respondents, by using purposive sampling method with criteria that clients have become customers of at least 3 years. Analysis of the data in this study using regression analyzing. Hypothesis testing is used t calculated at the level of significance (α) 5%. Where mediation test using path analysis. Result of regression analysis in this study resulted in the coefficient of determination for 0,941 or in other words the changes in loyalty can be affected by the company’s image, satisfaction and trust of 4,1%. The results of this study show that company’s image positive and significant impact on clients trust, satisfaction positive and significant impact on clients trust, company’s image positive and significant impact on clients loyalty, satisfaction positive and significant impact on clients loyalty, trust positive and significant impact on clients loyalty, and trust does not mediate the influence of company’s image and satisfaction of the clients loyalty. Abstract

This research investigates the influence of job stress, person-organization fit on turnover intention by using job satisfaction as mediating role, study in PT. Herculon Carpet. The study is mainly based on review of the existing literature and collection of data through an adopted questionnaire survey, conducted from the selected sample of PT. Herculon Carpet. A total of 212 questionnaires were distributed among the sample which is selected using the technique of purposive sampling. 176 respondents returned the questionnaire, which are utilized for the analysis purpose. The result found that job stress positively influences job satisfaction, person-organization fit positively influences job satisfaction, while job stress positively influences turnover intention, person-organization fit negatively and non significantly influences turnover intention, job satisfaction positively influences turnover intention and job satisfaction mediates job satisfaction on turnover intention. This research is limited by other independent variable which are not investigated in this research, therefore the R square value is only 0.400. Abstract

This research investigates and examines The Influence of Competency and Individual Characteristics on Employee Performance by Using Motivation as Mediating Role in PT. Nayati Indonesia Semarang.This research uses census method as sampling technique. The collected sample is 105 respondents. The measurement instrument consists of validity and reliability test with the crobach alpha value. Model measurement uses coefficient determination and F test. The hypotheses test uses linier regression and t test.The result of this research found that Competency positively and significantly influences Motivation, Individual Characteristics positively and significantly influences, Competency has positive and significant effect on Employee Perfomance, Individual Characteristics has a negatice and non significant eftect on Employee, Motivation has a negative and non significant effect on Employee Perfomance.Key Words: Competency, Individual Characteristics, Motivation, Employee Perfomance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the quality of work life and personality of the doctors performance with the mediation of job satisfaction in the Hospital Sultan Agung Semarang. The method in this study is the method by the population census taken of 113 respondents. The test used is a test instrument, penguian models and hypothesis testing. Criteria for test instruments KMO value> 0.5, and Loding factor> 0.4 and 0.7 while the Cronbach alpha for the test model using Adjusted R2 and F Test (Goodness of Fit). Hypothesis test in this study used regression analysis using the t test, hypothesis testing is used t test frequency distribution at the level of significance (α) 5%., While the mediation test using path analysis test. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: The quality of working life and a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, personality positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, Quality of Work Life positive and significant effect on performance. Personality positive and significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction and significant positive effect on performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect on the performance quality of work life. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of personality on performance. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Subjective Norms,Perceived Behavioral control Interest to Loan Products Micro KUR in Pati ( Studies to pati customers ) This study included in the quantitative research using survey method through descriptive analysis approach.This study uses census techniques where the of population is 150 persons prospective customers BRI, while the data is processed as many as 121 candidates nasbah. Measurements using a Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. Normality Test (Sample 1-KS) Classical Assumption Test (test heterokedastisitas) The test model used is the coefficient of determination (R2) and the F test (Goodness of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) subjective norm does not affect the intention, (ii) Perceived Behavioral Control positive and significant effect on the Intention. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation, psychological capital on job satisfaction, motivation, psychological capital and job satisfaction on employee performance motivation, psychological capital and job satisfaction on employee performance in Semarang City Health Departemen  mediated by job satisfaction. The total sample of 147 employees. Intake samples was done by the technique "pusrposive sampling".Testing using validity, reliability testing and regression testing. The research concludes motivation positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, psychological capital is able to provide a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Motivation is able to provide a positive and significant effect on performance. Psychological capital is able to provide a positive and significant influence on performance. Job Satisfaction is able to provide a positive and significant influence on performance. Abstract

The value of the company is very important because of the high value of the company which will be followed by higher shareholder wealth. The higher the stock price higher the value of the company, to achieve the companys value investors generally handed management to professionals. This study aimed to determine the effect of ROA, ROE, IOS on the value of the companys dividend policy as moderating variables. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Method of sampling is done with purposive sampling method, and based on predetermined criteria, the number of samples is a sample of 111 manufacturing firms during the period 2010-2012. The research data is secondary data obtained from ICMD 2010-2012. Research hypothesis testing used multiple analysis techniques and moderated regression analysis, with tools SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results showed that: 1) ROA positive and significant effect on the value of the company, 2) ROE significant negative effect on firm value, 3) IOS significant positive effect on firm value, 4) Parliament a significant negative effect on the value of the company 5) dividend policy is able to significantly moderate the influence of ROA on the value of the company, 6) dividend policy is able to significantly moderate effect on firm value ROE, 7) dividend policy is able to significantly moderate the influence of IOS on firm value. Abstract

This study aimed to test the servant leadership, compensation effect on motivation, leadership and compensation does serve effect on organizational commitment, whether the motivation effect on organizational commitment. The population in this study were employees of AIDS Commission in 35 districts and cities in Central Java, amounting to 140 employees and also AIDS Commission, Central Java Province, amounting to 12 people. So the total population used in this study were 152 employees. The sampling technique used is by using census sampling the entire population sampled. The results of this study indicate that servant leadership is a positive effect on employee motivation AIDS Commission in Central Java, the compensation has no effect on employee motivation, servant leadership has positive influence on organizational commitment on employee AIDS Commision in Central Java, motivation positive effect on organizational commitment, motivation proved to mediate the effect of servant leadership on organizational commitment.
