Abstract

This study aims to explain the occurrence of market regime and the measurement of the relative risk between sectors in stocks of financial sector and stocks of trade sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses Markov regime switching model, to identify market regime that occurred in the financial sector and the trade sector. Then the model parameters using the Variation Coefficient be measured relative risk of each sector of the market that occurred regime. This study uses data Indonesian stock exchange for the observation period January 1996 until March 2016. The results of this study indicate that market regime that occurred in the financial sector and the trade sector is divided into bullish regime and bearish regime, where the difference is primarily due to differences in volatility. The risk per unit of return indicate that relativelystocks of trade sectors had a higher risk than stocks of financial sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Street Vendors is one small business that is growing rapidly in Bandar Lampung. One of them is the Mang Udin Ice business located in front of Pasar Mangga Dua Bandar Lampung.The formulation of the problems of this study are: Business strategy what can be done to increase sustainable competitiveness?The purpose of this study was to determine the business strategy of what can be done to increase sustainable competitiveness.This study used a qualitative descriptive method by using primary and secondary data; and data collection techniques by observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires; as well as qualitative analysis method by SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities And Threats). Based on the analysis diagram Cartesian SWOT obtainedMang Udin Ice Business located in Quadrant I, business strategies can be implemented to increase sustainable competitiveness is the generic strategies are: Cost Advantage Strategy (buy raw materials in large quantities and reduce the cost of labor),Differentiation Strategy (multiply choice pruduk and increase product quality, adding a type of food products, open new business branches and do joint ventures), Focus Strategy (maintain the quality products and always maintain the cleanliness).Based on the analysis Strategic SWOT matrix, the highest scores were effective to increase sustainable competitiveness is Strength OpportunityStrategy (SO) with a score of 3.07, followed successively by Weakness Opportunity Strategy (WO) with a score of 2.57, Strength Threats Strategy(ST) with a score of 2.02 and Weakness ThreatsStrategy (WT) with a score of 1.52. Business strategy that can be performed on SO are: increase the quality of products that are superior to the competitors, increase product choice, keep clean; the WO are: increase the choice of products, open new business branches, add facilities (seating), and increase the number of workers who can be trusted; in ST are: increase the quality of products that are superior to the competitors, always maintain cleanliness and to reassess the business; and the WT are: product innovation in order to increase the variety and quality of products, as well as doing a good joint venture with the owners of capital or other business.

The country is a unit of community that has boundaries. Authorized to regulate and manage the affairs of government, local community interests and customary rights recognized and respected in the governance system of the Republic of Indonesia. In exercising the authority to regulate and manage their own affairs and interests of local communities. Assigned both central and local government, there must be supervision. Abstract

Political marketing and political communication can’t be separated when it was conceived as “product” in the marketplace. Political nominee or candidate from political parties can be perceived as product offered to consumers. Based on that premise this article to explain how politician from Golkar party at KabupatenSragen could win this competition among competitors inside party or outside parties. By focusing to those who win the competition in general election 2014 in Golkar party at KabupatenSragen, this research can expose the ways the candidate operated the political communication as political marketing. This research was a qualitative research by focusing to nominee who win the competition in Golkar party. By in depth interviewing, analyzing campaign material and programs as well as several efforts to convince the constituencies, for instances face to face communication, creating social networking, and pursuing high of acceptability, these described some of political communication strategy as political marketing to win competition in general election 2014. The result showed us that winning of competitions must integrate some ways. First, the way politician to get acceptability and positive images among constituencies. Second, involve intensely to social moment and event in society. Third, doing campaign and creating social networking. Finally, support them by giving rewards if they give their votes to candidates. The results also indicated that marketing political and political communication were intertwinted each other. One dimension support the other dimension.

Abstract

Tourism is a product or service with an expectation that consumers can come to visit and be able to enjoy the attractions offered by the service provider company. In order to attract visitors, the manager should be able to provide the best quality service to create a satisfaction for consumers.The study population was visitors Mutun Beach Recreation Park Lampung. The sample was 400 respondents, and the sampling technique is accidental sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire. Analysis of data uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of descriptive study showed that direct evidence of service quality (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy were included in good category. The results of the analysis obtained multiple regression Y = 11.55 + 0,257X1 + 0,239X2 0,445X3 + + + 0,235X5 0,241X4.The test results simultaneously obtained Fcount 22.469 with p value 0,000 <0,05. Partial test results obtained an influence on visitor satisfaction of Mutun Beach Recreation Park Lampung for variable direct evidence (responsiveness) of 2.5%, variable reliability of 1.25%, variable responsiveness 7.13%, variable guarantees (assurance) of 1.3%, and variable empathy of 1.14%.The results of the adjusted coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.212. It means that 21.2% of visitor satisfaction is influenced by the quality of service that includes direct evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy and the remaining 78.8% is influenced by other variables outside variables studied.The conclusion of the research is there is a significant influence of direct evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

In an effort to achieve prosperity and welfare of the people needed a high economic growth, it is Necessary for development in all areas including physical infrastructure development such as Infrastructure and other development projects which are investments that pretty much need of funds, not to mention the financing needs of others as listed in the state budget, also necessary to balance the Balance of payments. Meanwhile if domestic savings are not enough to finance all the investment required And the source for financing the state budget is not sufficient, the balance of payments (balance of Payment) is not balanced then the foreign debt be an alternative to cover the shortage of development funds.

In the learning In the use of technology teaching techniques in English for now is widely used for business, In large enterprises, the Cloud can lower costs, this is because companies do not need to buy a computer with a high specification of which to manipulate and store data, reducing the cost of hardware and software maintenance, no need to buy separate software for each PC in the company.Users do not need to bother to pay or download the upgrade application is used, it is because every time you log into the Cloud app will update automatically. The experiments show that learners who Adopted a situated and reading-based English learning system exhibitedhigher quality performance than conventional Reviews those who Adopted learning systems and Information Communication Technology (ICT). And, the performance ofLearners who utilized the learning support system with a reading guidance mechanism was of higher quality thanMerely that of learners who utilized a simple situated learning system.

Abstract

Legislative measures is one of some measures commonly used as internationally accepted on the logical framework to ensure that implementation of the international convention at the States parties to its international convention will become appropriate. In context of implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, legislative measures should be afforded by an administrative and other measures that include among others: decentralisation, federalisation and delegation; training and capacity-building; visible in budgets. Legislative measures means an active measure taken by the government and parliament to apply the best interests principle by systematically considering on the how children’s rights and interests will be affected by their actions. This may a proposal of the new law which is directly concerned with children, including those which are not directly concerned with children, but indirectly affect children. Realisation of legislative measures and administrative and other measures will assure that implementation of the international convention will become appropriate and gives an envisaged impact.Ministerial of Women Empowerment and Child Protection has applied a holistic approach to developt a child protection system. This approach consists of some elements and one of them is regulatory and policy framework (Kerangka Hukum dan Kebijakan). This is actually a legislative measures based on internationally accepted on the logical framework.Legislative measures to prevent and combat sexual violence against child consists of a proposal of the new law which is directly concerned with children, including those which are not directly concerned with children, but indirectly affect children. The first one is debate on the propose of national law on the chemical castration=hukum kebiri dengan disuntik. This is a measure to combat sexual violence against child. The second one is debate on the necessity of controling of the internet shop operation (warung internet), the necessity of proposal or implementation of law on control of liquor and alcoholic (Undang-undang tentang Pengendalian Minuman Keras dan Beralkohol) at the local/regional level (regional law/Peraturan Daerah), and the necessity of amendment and implementation of the Law on the Media (Undang-undang tentang Pers=UU Nomor 40 Tahun 1999), in particular the prohibition of publication of sadistic criminal action. These are measures to prevent sexual violence against child.

Abstract

Implementation is the implementation of a series from activities in order to provide public policy so that the policy can bring the expected results included a series of activities . There are four things that affect  of the process implementation in the program include communications , human resources , executive attitudes , bureaucratic structure . Implementation is directed to activities , actions , or implementation mechanisms not only activity but the activity and to achieve the objectives of the planned activities . Some things to consider in the implementation of the Village Fund is how the efforts of the organizing committee of the Village Fund program to increase community development and community aspirations add facilities in order to increase the role of the community in the village program.
