Abstract

Information technology is increasingly developed and developing all the time, has a very important role in all aspects of all wildlife. One aspect of the emerging technology is mobile technology on smartphone devices (smartphones). One of the technologies being busy discussed smartphone is Android. Android is an operating system for smartphones. It is built based on the Linux kernel that has beenmodified so that it is suitable for use in mobile phones or other handheld devices. Today more and more people are using the Android operating system, almost all walks of society to use it.To determinethe nearest lane to use API in Google Map.The author took the initiative to create a concept of mapping the position and distance calculator for smartphones with Android plat-form. This conceptutilizes Google Maps as map and GPS service embedded on smartphones to determine the location and calculation distance. (Mapping Location Based Service (LBS) Android-Based Bengkulu, ISSN,2014, Lia Astari, Khairil). In the process of marking a mobile mapping there are methods that can be used algorithm devicebased(LBS based tool). The algorithm is based on the GPS device on the phone.Mobile phones rely on the ability of the GPS device.

Abstract

Efforts to eliminate slum areas in urban areas are a global program undertaken in many developed and developing countries through the provision of housing for Low Income Communities (MBR). In Indonesia, MBR house prices are limited to a maximum of IDR 200 million per unit, so developers effort to find ways to reduce costs to produce houses that meet the standards. This article reviews the house design for MBR which is not only cheap but qualifies for sustainability. The literature review resulted that this design should be able to accommodate a floor space of 10-13 m2 per capita as the optimum value of human social space. In addition, the results of the analysis require developers to provide a minimum green roof of 10% of the flat roof area, in order to lower the environmental temperature that affects the decrease of human aggressiveness and increase social attachment. Preferred materials were materials that were easy to obtain and cheap and certainly feasible to be building materials. Natural lighting during the day could be sunlight from closed glass windows and LED lights for night and enclosed spaces. Together with a number of other specifications, this article provided a concept of sustainable houses for MBR in urban environments that developers could use to reduce costs while ensuring sustainability. This concept refines the old concept that has been used by the government. The government needs to change standards and implement regulations that prohibit adding space or changing the shape of buildings. House prices with sustainable prototypes are slightly more expensive, but this is a compensation for unnecessary renovation while occupying the house

Abstract

The current Internet is growing rapidly. This has created new opportunities in various fields which we can think of, be it entertainment, business, sports or education. The Internet is a useful way for people to do business effectively, very fast. It saves a lot of time, money and resources. Unfortunately, it is also an open invitation to fraudsters and online scams becoming more rampant. Like two sides of a coin, the Internet also has its own drawbacks. One of the major disadvantages is Cybercrime - illegal activities on the Internet. Computers today are being misused for illegal activities such as e-mail fraud, credit card fraud, spam, piracy of software and so forth, which violates privacy.  Cybercrime is a crime where a criminal act can only be done with the use of cyber technology and occur in the cyberworld. (M.Yoga.P,2013).The ontology is defined as a formal and clear picture of conceptualization together. (Gruber 1993). Frantz and Franco (2005) argued that ontology provide shared and common understanding of the domain to be notified between people and computers to facilitate knowledge sharing and reuse. In addition, Frantz and Franco explained that ontology provides a clear formal conceptualization (ie the meta-information) that describes the semantic information of the arrest of a static domain knowledge-based systems.Ontology is proposed to collect, examine, analyze, prepare for, obtain and store evidence of computer crime in cyberspace. To answer the above conditions and problems, then here I do resume journal entitled  "Analysis and Classification of Cybercrime with OntologyMethod"

Abstract

Bandar Lampung Teluk Market Area is an important areaforming Bandar Lampung city in the past. This area is an economic milestone in the city and is known as a strategic trading area since 1839. Its position which directly tangent to the coastal areasinvites migrants from all over the country to trade. Starting from the superior potential of seafood, Teluk Marketoffers an increasingly diverse variety of commodities. Starting from the needs of food, clothing to the entertainment. Cultural diversity of people around the Teluk Market coming from all over the country offers a multi-ethnic nuance and creates variety of unique food whichfinally became the famous culinary in the city until now. Not only known as a trading center, Teluk Market is also known as the lifestyle center in its heyday. These potentials leave a nostalgic atmosphere to the area. The area is surrounded by the architecture of Dutch heritage buildings, old pagoda, and old shops that aged over 60 years. But as the era progressed, precisely since 1984 where Tanjung Karang and Teluk Betung merged into a single city (known as Bandar Lampung), this area is getting less interested by the visitors. Teluk Market is seen as an untapped old trading area. The development and construction of Bandar Lampung City concentrates more on Tanjung Karang which is now increasingly filled with modern shopping centers. Teluk Market continued to fade in popularity compared to modern mall markets. Therefore, this study aims to rediscover the spirit of place in the Teluk Market area and then introduce it back to the community as one of the identity of Bandar Lampung City. This research will analyze the spirit of place of this region by way of; 1) analyzing the spirit of place in terms of the architecture of the old buildings by identifying the style and age of the buildings; 2) analyzing the perceptions of surrounding communities. This research will result building typology and community perception of Teluk Market which can be used as a foundation in conserving and developing Teluk Market area as a heritage area

Abstract

The principle of this Austempering heat treatment is done by heating the steel to austenite tempratur then quenching the hot water bath salts ± 250-550 ° C and held at that time long enough so that the austenite transformed into bainite entirety. If the eutectoid steel is cooled rapidly in the austenite phase to a temperature between 250- 550 ° C and held at that temperature interval (isothermal) will be formed called bainite microstructure according to the name of the inventor, Dr. EC Bain. Bainite microstructure is the result of non-lamellar eutectoid reaction while perlite produced from lamellar eutectoid reaction. Bainite is a microstructure that is a mixture of ferrite phase and cementite (Fe3C). At a temperature of 350-550 ° C will be formed bainite top (upper bainite) while at 250-350 ° C will be formed under the bainite (lower bainite). In this study material used for heat treatment of austempering is low carbon steel with a solution of salt water quenching media. In this study austempering process carried out at a temperature of 300, 350, and 400 ° C with a holding time of 30 minutes. The results of this study indicate if low carbon steel austempering process is carried out hardness values decreased, namely from 144 to 116 at a temperature of 400 ° C, so the higher the austempering tempratur lower hardness value

Abstract

Today the level of falsification of signatures is very common. Perpetrators are often categorized based on the quality of the crime, and the motive of his actions. In falsifying signatures actors also have special characteristics that make it distinguishable from each other. Perpetrators forged the signatures of his actions as 'fine' so unknowingly carry have become victims of crime. The signature is one that is widely used biometric humans. Signature also special of handwritten forms that contain special characters and additional forms are often used as proof of identity verification of a person. In the process of identifying the signatures still done scientifically by matching signatures, but how did the introduction of a signature using a computer viding a challenge until now, because the form of a signature unique to each person. Differences signature manually can be seen from the hassle pattern used by the owner. Some sample signature of each person are generally identical, but not really thesame. Signature of person often change over time, usually in terms of position and size of the signature. Usually a signature is used as the primary mechanism to authenticate and authorize the transaction legal. And can also be used to identify one person to another. Based on the description above, this research is expected to help in reducing the crime rate in the use of signatures.
