Jurnal Administrasi Bisnis bertujuan untuk menyebarluaskan hasil pemikiran dan analisis ilmiah dalam bidang Ilmu Admnistrasi Bisnis. Jurnal Administrasi Bisnis (JAB) is the biannual scientific journal of Business Administration, published by the Center for Business Studies (CeBiS), Business Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Parahyangan Catholic University. Jurnal Administrasi Bisnis is issued two (2) times a year, every March and September, which contains essays or research results in Business Administration. Jurnal Administrasi Bisnis aims to disseminate the ideas and scientific analysis in the field of Business Administration.

Abstract

Conventional travel agents have declining sales over the past few months. The decline is caused by the number of an online travel agent that has sprung up. Contrary to the decline in the sales of conventional travel agencies, online travel sales continue to increase to date. Although it is well known that the online travel business has the prospect of growing, but there are some things to consider before running a business.Before opening an online travel business, a business feasibility study needs to be done so that this new business can run well. Based on feasibility studies that have been done, it can be seen that the online travel business can be considered feasible. On the legal, technical, and management aspects, all needs can be met by the online travel business. There are emerging market opportunities in the market aspect and determined that its target market is the backpacker segment. In the financial aspect, the business is considered feasible in the optimistic and most likely scenario. In contrast, in the pessimistic scenario, it is not feasible because it does not meet the three criteria of assessment.

Abstract

Dynamic capability is an idea initiated by Teece in 1997 based on the result of discussions with his students in the MBA Program at Stanford and Berkeley. Dynamic capability has been discussed for more than 20 years but dynamic capability has not been a popular study until now. Dynamic capability articles written by several experts are usually presented in terms and languages that are difficult for readers to understand. Some experts even asked and criticized the concept of dynamic capabilitiy. Whatever, dynamic capability can be carried out by a companiy as a way to have a competitive advantage. Company must take three steps according to Teece (2009), namely, sense, seize opportunities, and reconfigure company knowledge, competencies, and resources.

Abstract

This research shows about organizational culture in the company. That it is known that each company has its own organizational culture, which includes beliefs, norms, and shared values that are characteristic of achieving common goals. But the organizational culture in the company can be changed, one of the factors is the acquisition that occurred within the company. Where this study produces a comparative analysis of organizational culture when NISP Bank has not yet been acquired and after acquisition became OCBC NISP Bank. With this comparative analysis, it can be seen the cultural shift that occurs within the company and the expectations of the culture desired by company employees, which aims to be able to get a suitable cultural picture so that it can increase the employee loyalty, productivity and movement towards for corporate goals. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menentukan pengembangan strategi bisnis yang tepat untuk Toko Koleksi Mama  di masa depan untuk memperluas pangsa pasarnya agar dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan menghadapi persaingan. Toko Koleksi Mama adalah industri fashion bisnis UKM di kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan wawancara dengan pemilik, observasi dan studi literatur. Analisis menggunakan matriks faktor eksternal dan internal untuk menentukan strategi apa yang harus diadopsi oleh Toko Koleksi Mama. Langkah selanjutnya adalah menentukan strategi efektif mana yang dapat digunakan oleh Toko Koleksi Mama menggunakan analisis matriks SWOT. Penelitian ini menunjukkan semua strategi yang telah digunakan oleh Toko Koleksi Mama tidak efektif, dan kita bisa mendapatkan strategi yang tepat dan efektif untuk Toko Koleksi Mama adalah pengembangan pasar dan pengembangan produk. Pengembangan pasar adalah pengembangan strategi dari pasar offline ke pasar online, dengan strategi pengembangan produk dapat membuat produk lebih dekat dengan kebutuhan konsumen.Kata kunci :  Strategy, EFAS, IFAS, IE Matriks, SWOT Matriks

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keadilan dan kepuasan karyawan marketing terhadap kompensasi yang diberikan perusahaan sehingga PT Cahaya Surya Mandiri dapat melihat gambaran umum sistem kompensasi dari sisi karyawannya.. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan marketing PT Cahaya Surya Mandiri yang berjumlah 10 orang dan dua orang karyawan dengan level supervisor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode menggunakan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat keadilan kompensasi berada pada level cukup adil. Kategori tidak adil ada pada komponen komisi, tunjangan serta fasilitas biaya operasional. Ketidakpuasan berasal pada komponen besaran gaji, Tunjangan Hari Raya yang tidak sesuai dengan masa kerja serta program perlindungan. Perusahaan dapat meninjau sistem kompensasi dari segi komisi penjualan serta program perlindungan seperti asuransi karyawan untuk meningkatkan produktifitas
