Jurnal Administrasi Bisnis (JAB) is the biannual scientific journal of Business Administration, published by the Center for Business Studies (CeBiS), Business Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Parahyangan Catholic University. Jurnal Administrasi Bisnis is issued two (2) times a year, every March and September, which contains essays or research results in Business Administration. Jurnal Administrasi Bisnis aims to disseminate the ideas and scientific analysis in the field of Business Administration.

Abstract

This study is aimed at evaluating financial performance of micro and small en-terprises and social economic impact of government’s community-based povertyalleviation program (PNPM Mandiri). Evaluation focuses on comparing the financialratios and social economic indicators before and after using of the revolving fund.Improvement on these ratios and indicators is argued as one of indications for povertyalleviation. Data were collected from owner of 80 micro and small enterprises in8 Kelurahan. Based on Wilcoxon singed-rank test, the results are varies. There isno significant difference in current ratio, quick ratio and return on equity of thesemicro and small enterprises before and after using the revolving fund, while there issignificant difference in cash ratio, return on asset and net profit margin. Meanwhilefive out of six social economic indicators are significantly different.Keywords: Financial performance, financial ratio, social economic impact, povertyalleviation, PNPM Mandiri1

Abstract

Partnership becomes one of the main asset which used by the enterprise to achievea sustainable competitive advantage. Through the partnership, the enterprise can de-velop their capabilities which cannot be developed by their own. A strategic allianceand joint venture is a popular way used by the enterprises in developing their partner-ship. Some researcher also mentioned about merger and acquisition as another formof partnership but more permanent in nature.This article specifically aim to measure a potency of partnership as a vehicle inincreasing innovation capabilities and technology within an enterprise in their effortto set up competitiveness. Abstract

The paper aims at describing what can be learned from a Knowledge-intensive Sys-tem (KIS) by a manager of an Indonesian SME Garment Manufacturer (ISGM).For this purpose, we use the system LIA (Leading to Information Access). LIA isa system that (1) handles financial related transactions, (2) processes them accordingto Indonesian accounting standard procedures, and (3) gives the interpretation of theprocess results to the financial analysis. Abstract

Green marketing is a type of marketing where a company sells a product that is envi-ronmentally friendly. In the concept of green marketing, a company has done greenmarketing since the beginning of the production process which transform raw materi-als into environmentally friendly finished product, called green product. The growingglobal warming make the green marketing is a major issue in today’s business world.Green marketing has become a necessity for both producers and consumers for thecreation of a healthy environment. A company can do green marketing that matchesto the company’s business. Implementation of green marketing can cover many ac-tivities depending on what the company wants to do. Automotive manufacturers arean example of a company that must implement a comprehensive green marketingbecause its products could potentially damage the environment due to pollution fromvehicle fumes.Keywords: Green marketing, environment, green product, business

Abstract

Education has an important role in improving human resources in Indonesia. Edu-cation also affect the full economic growth. Countries that have a population withhigh educational level will have this level of rapid economic growth. Indonesia, inthis case the government has an obligation to fund the development including thedevelopment of education. One of the sources of funds for development financing isfrom tax. Although social psychology is the discipline that has long existed (since Plato andAristotle), but officially, the discipline has become a new independent science in1908.
