Abstract

The background of this study is the low ability students in writing upright continued. This is evidenced by the acquisition of student learning outcomes about the erect continued writing only obtained a score of 65.83. It is caused by: (a) the lack of training provided to student teachers; (b) teachers was minimal provide supporting books; (c) the lack of interest of the students to receive materials continued upright posts; (d) the teacher has not found the right technique or method in presenting the material. Based on this, researchers applied the training methods with the aim of improving writing skills upright continued. This research is a class act who performed at SD Negeri 16 Kecamatan Pekanbaru. The results of this study indicate that the ability of students has increased, this is evidenced by: (a) in the first cycle of activity for teachers to get a score of 39 (65.00%), the second cycle teachers' scores obtained was 51 (85.00%). While the student activity data in the first cycle obtained a score of 39 (65.00%), the second cycle score obtained by the students was 51 (85.00%); and (b) in the first cycle the average ability of students to write concatenated upright is 72.5 with enough categories. In the second cycle the average ability of students to write upright continued to rise to 81.5 in both categories.

Abstract

The research is descriptive quantitative research conducted to look at the ability of students in the class of 2014 to write a formal letter, a technique in data collection in the form of observation results by student writing an official letter PGSD FKIP Riau University class of 2014 instrument validity of his research has been validated through expert judgment. The sample in this study as masy as 46 students of primary school teaching force in 2014 the Faculty of Education, University of Riau. The ability of students PGSD FKIP Riau University after analyzed using categories, from 12 aspects outlined in the instrument observation sheets, getting the results that the completeness aspect predicate section of the letter simply by percentage (65, 76%), while the writing aspect letterhead good predicate with percentage (79,89%), while the aspect of writing an official letter dated sufficient predicate with percentage (54, 35%), while the aspect of writing about the letter predicate less by percentage (35, 87%), while the writing aspect of the destination address with sufficient predicate persentage (59, 78%), while the aspect of writing greeting predicate simply by percentage (54,35%), while the contents of the letter writing aspect predicate simply by percentage (63,04%), while the writing aspect regards predicate cover less by percentage (42, 93%), while in writing the name of the sender predicate very well with percentage (98, 91%), while the use of indonesioan predicate either by percentage (71, 74%), while in the aspect of the preparation of sufficient premises sentence predicate percentage (58,15%) and on aspects of the form or neatness letter predicate simply by percentage (58, 15%). From the results, the average overall percentage of 61, 91% is obtained with neough categories, this suggests that the ability of students PGSD class of 2014 FKIP University of Riau still low in writing a formal letter.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of listening skills obtained by the students, it is seen from the results of an assessment of the listening skills of students still achieved an average grade 56.32 or reach under the KKM predetermined value is 70. This study aims to determine whether the Team Learning model Listener can improve listening skills of students in the subject of Indonesian student Class V SD Negeri 007 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu. The subjects were 38 students in the academic year 2014-2015. Form of research is classroom action research. The data collection technique used is the technique of test and non test. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the ability to listen to the story class V students of SD Negeri 007 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu can be improved by applying the learning model listener team. On average ability to listen to stories of students in the early test is average with the average value of 56.32 by the medium category, and in the first cycle rose to 69.47 in the medium category, while in the second cycle listening skills of students categorized as high with the percentage of the average value of 76, 58 with a high category. Therefore, the success rate has exceeded 70 of the total number of students, which means that most students have achieved success predetermined value (minimum 75%).

Abstract

In the background backs Indonesian learning results obtained by the students is very low because the method of learning that are not relevant. Classroom action research aims to determine the implementation of cooperative learning model Numbered Heads Together (NHT) to improve learning outcomes Indonesian grade IV A SD Negeri 78 Pekanbaru on instructional materials do. The experiment was conducted in two cycles each cycle two meetings and one daily tests. Each cycle stages are: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data from the activity of teachers and students in the can from the observation sheet, while, learning outcomes in getting the daily test results. The results showed the activities of teachers and students has increased, in the first cycle of meetings I obtained a score of 33 (68.75%), in the first cycle of meetings II obtained a score of 38 (79.17%), the second cycle of meetings I obtained a score of 40 (83 , 33%), and the second cycle II meeting obtained a score of 44 (91.67%). And in the first cycle of the first meeting of student activity data obtained a score of 27 (56.25%), in the first cycle II meeting increased with the acquisition of a score of 36 (75.00%), and the second cycle first meeting increased to 41 (85.42 %), the second cycle II meeting increased to 45 (93.75%). Learning outcomes of students has increased, this is evidenced by: the preliminary data the number of students who reach KKM amounted to 10 students (28.57%) with an average of learning outcomes at 65.37. Increased in the first cycle by the number of students who completed totaling 26 students (74.28%) with an average of learning outcomes at 76.00. And the second cycle increases with the number of students 32 students (91.42%) with an average of learning outcomes at 86.86. Based on these results it can be concluded that the implementation of cooperative learning model NHT can improve learning outcomes Indonesian grade IV A SD Negeri 78 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The background of this study is the low literacy pehaman students, it nini caused by: (1) the ability of students to understand the content of the discourse is still low, it can be seen that only a fraction of the number of students who were able to mention the basic ideas and explanatory discourse; (2) the difficulty of students to identify the views or mandate contained in a discourse, it is seen when asked to mention the views or mandate in the discourse of only one to two students who are able to mention properly; (3) the ability of students to infer the contents of a student discourse is still struggling, it is seen when asked to infer the content of a discourse is also only one or two students to infer the contents of a discourse well; and (4). The difficulty students find important sentences in a discourse, it is seen when given the task of daily tests, most students is difficult to answer. To overcome the lack of ability of the students' reading comprehension strategies writers apply DRA (Directed Reading Activity). This research is a class act who performed two cycles each cycle performed in two meetings. The research was conducted in SDN003 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam, the research subjects were students of class V with the number of 20 students. This study was conducted with four stages, namely: (1) planning; (2) the implementation of the action; (3) observation; and (4) reflection. Based on the survey results revealed that students' reading comprehension before action classical gained an average of 49.80, in the first cycle increased to 63.50, while thesecond cycle increased by an average of 86.00 with a classical high category.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low ability class I listened to stories of children SDN 006 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. Goals to be achieved in this research is to improve the ability to listen to stories of children of class I SDN 006 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam through student training methods implemented during one month. This research was conducted in SDN 006 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. Classes are meticulous researcher is Class 1 by the number of students as many as 25 people. The study of this class action commenced in early February 2016. This form of research is classroom action research. The research instrument consists \ of instruments teacher and student activity sheets and achievement test. Based on the research, the conclusion of the research is to improve the ability to listen to stories of children with methods of training students in grade I SDN 006 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. On average students at the beginning of the test is average with the average value of 63.20 and the first cycle increased to 67.20 with high category, while in the second cycle of average ability students categorized as good with the average value of 82, but with completeness 96%, where the value of the student has achieved mastery. The above statement shows that the students' ability of listening to stories of children with methods of training students in grade I SDN 006 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. can be enhanced through training methods. Thus the research hypothesis that read "Upgrades Listening to the stories of children with methods of training students in grade I SDN 006 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam" "acceptable"

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of learning outcomes students' reading comprehension, particularly on the subjects of Indonesian. For that research by applying instant learning strategy assessment, the purpose of this research is to improve the ability of third-grade students' reading comprehension SDN 005 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu. This research is a class act, committed in Tapah Pagaran SDN 005 Darussalam. The subjects were students of class III with a number of students as many as 33 people. This study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle stages in this study were: 1) planning, 2) action, 3) observation, and reflection. The results of the study before action learning outcomes of students' reading comprehension only reached 66.62% in the medium category. In the first cycle of learning outcomes students 'reading comprehension has reached 70.14%, although it has not reached mastery individuals or groups, but the learning outcomes of students' reading comprehension in the first cycle increased from 66.62% to 70.14%. After the improvements on the activities of teachers and students in the second cycle, students' reading comprehension learning outcomes achieved quite satisfactory to reach an average of 77.70%. This situation shows that the improvement of learning on the subjects of Indonesian to use the Instant learning strategy assessment was successful

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low capabilities delivering news content. Goals to be achieved in this research is to improve the ability of delivering content news newspaper in class VI SDN 002 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam through storytelling method implemented during one month. This research was conducted in SDN 002 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. Classes that thorough research is a class vi two semesters with a number of students as many as 20 people. This classroom action research was started in early march 2014. This form of research is classroom action research. The research instrument consists of instruments teacher and student activity sheets and achievement test. Based on the research that has been described in chapter IV, it can be concluded that the capacity of students to deliver the news in the newspapers before the action reaches only 55% with the percentage kategeroi "less than optimal" because it is in the range of 40-55%. In the first cycle pupils in the ability to deliver the news in newspapers increased by a percentage of 70% to the category of "enough optimal" because it is in the range of 56-75%. After an improvement of the learning process in the second cycle students' ability to deliver the news in the newspapers has increased very satisfactorily with a percentage of 86% to the category of "optimal" because it is in the range of 76-100%.

Abstract

This study is a class action (class action reseach). The background of this study is the low reading comprehension, it is evident from the 18 students only five students are able to comprehend reading text in a story. For that research by applying cooperative learning model think Paire share. The aim to determine the increase in reading comprehension. This research is a class act who performed at SDN 004 Tapah Pagaran Darussalam, the study was conducted in two cycles. The data collection technique used is the technique of teacher and student activity observation and written tek. Based on the survey results revealed that students 'reading comprehension increased in each cycle, the prasiklus known that the average value of students' reading comprehension is 64.00 in the first cycle increased to 76.60 and the second cycle an increase in the average value the ability of students' reading comprehension at 86.80.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of ability to deliver the news in the newspaper six graders SD Negeri 011 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam, this study aims to determine whether through the use of drill can improve the students' sixth grade in SD Negeri 011 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam to deliver the news in a letter news in the field of Indonesian studies, conducted during one month. As the subjects in this study were students of class VI 2015-2016 school year the number of students 11 people, consisting of 7 students male and 4 female students. Form of research is classroom action research. The research instrument consists of instruments and instrument performance data collection activity observation sheet form teacher and student activity. Based on the research that has been done, then the conclusion to this study about upgrading deliver news content in newspapers through drill method grade VI SD Negeri 011 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. The average value of the ability of students before the first cycle of 44.3 in the first cycle, amounting to 60.2 and the second cycle at 79.2 or capability that is expected to have reached as many as more than 70% of students scored at the top of the KKM is 70. The above statement shows that the ability to deliver the news in the papers can be enhanced through drill method.
