The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality and brand image to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty Samsung mobile phone. The population in this study are all Samsung mobile phone users. The samples in this study using purposive sampling, that the sampling technique with a specific purpose. Consideration of the samples in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unisbank Semarang who have been using mobile phone Samsung at least six months. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: The product quality positively affects customer satisfaction. Brand image positively affects customer satisfaction. Product quality positively affects customer loyalty. Brand image positively affects customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has positive effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: product quality, brand image, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

This reseach examined the influence of price, service quality and location toward purchasing decision. The object of this reseach was the consumers of Deeres agricultural shop in Temanggung. That data were collected using questionaire which was distributed to fourty five respondent. The instrument was proved valid after the validity test and the variables were also proved reliable after being tested using reliability test. The regression test showed that the price variable was negatively significant toward the purcashing decision, while the service quality and location variables showed positive and significant influence toward the purcashing decision, with location variables as most dominant variable.The result of coefficient determination test model showed that this kind of model was less effective, so that the other variable were needed to influence the purcashing decision In the other hand, The anova test showed that this model was well built. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, price and brand image to brand switching decision on a Yamaha motorcycle in the city of Semarang. The study population was a Yamaha motorcycle users in the city of Semarang. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the sample in this study is the consideration of samples in this study were residents of Semarang who use the brand Yamaha for 2 years and have switched to other brands (eg Honda) for 1 year. The analysis tool used is the test of validity, reliability and multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: The product quality negatively affects brand switching decision. The better the quality of the product, it will lower the brand switching decision. Positive effect on the price of brand switching decision. The higher the price offered, it will increase brand switching decision. Negatively affect the brand image brand switching decision. The better the image of the brand, it will lower the brand switching decision. Keywords: product quality, price, brand image and brand switching decision

This study aims to examine and analysis the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on staff performance on Distrik Navigasi Kelas II Semarang. The research instrument used in this study qualify validity, with factor analysis. Because all of the indicators in the research instrument has Loading factors or matrix components above 0.4; thus also the value of Kaiser meyer Olkin measure of sampling adequacy (KMO) or condition is above 0.5. Reliability testing of the variables studied has proven its reliability or consistency, because it has a Cronbach alpha greater than 0.6. Model studies have shown the value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) of 0.667 that qualifies the goodness of fit or the model is able to explain the variables studied. The results showed positive and significant effect of motivation on staff performance with regression coefficient 0.408, significance level of 0.000, and 7.641 t value. Job satisfaction showed a positive and significant effect on staff performance with regression coefficient 0.174, significance level of 0.000, and 4.357 t value. This studyaimed to examine the effect of Product Quality, Perceived Price, and Promotionof the buying decision. The population used in this study are all customers Café Mr. K Semarang. In this study, sampling was done by waiting for consumers who are conducting the visit and also the consumer has completed a visiting Café Mr. K as well as those who are willing to be the respondent. By using a random sampling method. Respondents amount 100. Techniques of analysis using multiple regression method which previously tested the validity and reliability test. In addition, this study also uses statistical test F and the coefficient of determination. The latter hypothesis test using t test. The results showed that the variables of Product Quality and Promotion positive and significant impacton the purchase decision. This study analyzed the effect of organizational culture, career development, and job satisfaction of work motivation. Object of study in this paper is theCase Study on Teacher SMK Antonius Semarang. The sampling technique in this research is to use simple random sampling ( random ) sample of 34 respondents as a data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to the respondent in order to obtain information. The research objective wash formulated to determine the effect of cultural organization, career development, and job satisfaction of work motivation. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, cronbach formula to test the reliability of each of the independent variables were tested by regression analysis. This results of the research are : (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. (2) career development has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. (3) employed motivation has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. This study discusses the influence of organizational climate, leadership transformational and transactional leadership on employee performance. Places were taken on the employees who are still actively working at PT. Pertiwi Indomas Semarang. In the operations of the company there is a problem or a phenomenon that is not achieving the revenue targets that are established by the management company. A sample of 89 respondents, using purposive sampling techniques that sampling based on specified criteria or considerations include: employees who are still actively working at PT. Pertiwi Indo Mas Semarang, employees have worked at least one year; and willing to be the respondent. Methods of data analysis using linear regression. The test results showed that there are significant positive and significant correlation between organizational climate, transformational leadership and transactional leadership on employee performance.. This study was done toanalyze the effects of product quality, price perception and promotion to purchase decisions in distroHouse Of SmithSemarang. The population in this study is that consumers who make purchases at the distroHouse Of SmithSemarang. Sampling method used in this study was "accidental sampling", which is a technique that determines the sample with particular consideration in accordance with the desired destination with the number of samples taken was 100 respondent.The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the statement items, Cronbach alpha to test the reliability of the instrument, and regression analysis to test the effect of each independent variables were in the test on purchasing decisions. The results of this study indicate that the product quality, price perception and promotionhad positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions product in distroHouse Of SmithSemarang. The variable which had greatest effect on purchasing decisions was thepromotion and price perception, than followed by a variable product quality.
