Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the liquidity of the stock is proxied by trading volume activity, bid ask spread, stock returns before and after the announcement of stock split policy on companies that do stock splits listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2015. In this study, the liquidity of the stock is proxied by trading volume activity, bid ask spread, stock returns before and after the stock split. Data were taken 54 companies that conduct stock split policy in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2015. The data used is secondary data with data collection documentation. Data analysis using SPSS 22 software and menunggunakan Test Paired t test with 95 percent confident level (α = 0.05) to test the hypothesis. The results showed that there are significant differences between the average stock trading volume and bid ask spread for twelve days before and twelve days after the stock split. As for the variable stock returns before and after the stock split was not a significant difference. Keywords: liquidity, return, stock split, trading volume activity, bid ask spread, stock returns

Abstract

This study heads for analyzing the effect of service quality, trust, and satisfaction to the customer loyalty in the Legend Coffee Semarang. The sample in the research is the customers of Legend Coffee Semarang as much as 100 peoples. This study used purposive sampling technique. The sample criteria that had been used were the customer of Legend Coffee Semarang which were 17 years old minimum, and has been done purchasing for 3 times in the last three months. Methods of data collection in this study is questionnaires filled out by therespondents are consumers of Legend Coffee Semarang. The analysis used in this research include factor analysis to examine the validity, the cronbach alpha formula to examine the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis to examine how big are the influences, the regression analysis to examine how big is the effect partially of each independent variable tested using the determination coefficient and model fit test to test and to prove the partially effect of each independent variable. The result of analysis can be concluded that: the service quality could give the positive and significant impact to the customer loyalty of Legend Coffee Semarang, the trust could give the positive and significant impact to the customer loyalty of Legend Coffee Semarang and satisfaction could give the positive and significant impact to the customer loyalty of Legend Coffee Semarang. Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of customer value, price, variety seeking, switching barriers and celebrity endorser of the brand switching decision IM3 prepaid card users. The population of this research is Stikubank Semarang University student who had done IM3 brand switching. The sampling technique used in this study is convenience sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple regression. The results showed that the value of the customer, the price, variety seeking, switching barriers and celebrity endorser positive and significant impact on brand switching decision. This study has the limitations of the limited sample as one of the principal sources of data, which is limited only to the students of the University Stikubank ever did IM3 brand switching, besides the variables used in the study is limited to variable customer value, price, variety seeking, switching barriers and celebrity endorser. There may be other factors that have more influence in the decision making on brand switching IM3 prepaid cards, such as low levels of satisfaction, product attributes, and others. Abstract

This study analyzed the influence of leadership, communication, and the work environment to employees performance of PT. Kanindo Makmur Jaya, Jepara. Sampling technique in this research were 100 respondents in the sample data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing questionnaires to the respondents in order to obtain information. The research objective formulated to determine the effect of leadership, communication, and the work environment to employees performance of PT. Kanindo Makmur Jaya, Jepara. Data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each independent variable in the regression analysis test. The results of the research are: (1) Leadership positive effect on employee performance (2) Communications positive effect on employee performance (3) The working environment has positive influence on employee performance. Abstract

Each company is in desperate need of qualified human resources to achieve corporate objectives that have been determined. Willingness and skill is not effective enough to do something without a clear understanding of what will be done and how to do it. This study analyzed the influence of motivation, work discipline, and job training to employees performance at employees of PT Geo Dipa Energi Dieng. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, work discipline, and job training to employees performance at employees of PT Geo Dipa Energi Dieng. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling method for selecting the 95 respondents in the sample data collection method using a questionnaire by distributing questionnaires to the respondents in order to obtain information. Data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each independent variable in the regression analysis test. The results of the research are: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees (2) Discipline of work and significant positive effect on employee performance (3) Job training and significant positive effect on employee performance. Abstract

With so many communications company in Indonesia, then consumers will be more selective in determining im card that will be used as their needs. The problem in this research is "whether the variable of brand awareness, perceived quality, brand image and brand loyalty influence on purchase decisions in SMA 1 Sukorejo. The number of samples in this study of 100 respondents, the sampling technique used was accidental sampling in which respondents are all employees da students in SMA 1 Sukorejo. Collecting data using questionnaires.The results showed that variabe of brand awareness and a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions,perceived quality and significant positive influence on purchasing decisions, brand image and significand positive effect on puchasing decisions and brand loyalty and significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of advertising, price perception, brand image to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty products Luwak White Koffie. The data used are primary data obtained directly from the original source in the form of a questionnaire. The sample in this study was the student of 2015-2016 at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Stikubank (UNISBANK) Semarang who consume Luwak White Koffie 86 people. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The criteria for the samples used in this study are customers who already mengkosumsi products Luwak White Koffie at least twice or more. Test equipment used in this study testing the validity using factor analysis, reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Advertising has positive effect on customer satisfaction. Perception prices has positively affects customer satisfaction. Brand image has positively affects customer satisfaction. Advertising has positive effect on customer loyalty. Perception prices has positive effect on customer loyalty. Brand image has positively affects customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of advertising on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of price perception on customer loyalty. Abstract

The banking sector in recent years has rapid development. It is caused every kind of banking companies compete to retain customers who already owned, or add new prospective customers. Customer loyalty can be created through a strategy of improving the quality of services, products and increase customer satisfaction by companies to customers. The problem in this research is "The factors that influence loyalty of BCA Bizz KCU Semarang’s customers". This research examined two independent variables, quality service and quality products with customer mediation satisfaction as an intervening variable. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the quality of service and product quality to customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty. This research was conducted by questionnaire to 100 customers of the total population of the BCA Bizz KCU Semarang’s customers as many as 1,316 customers using purposive sampling method. Then analysis to the obtained data using quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis includes the validity and reliability testing, test the coefficient of determination (R2), F test, hypothesis test (T test), and path analysis. Qualitative analysis is the interpretation of data obtained in the research and the results of data processing that has been carried out by giving a description and explanation. The results of this research indicate that all independent variables tested has significant and positive influence on customer loyalty through F test and T test, whereas the number R of 0.897 means 89.7% variation loyalty of BCA Bizz KCU Semarang’s customers which could be explained by the quality of service, product quality as well as customer satisfaction, and the remaining 10.3% is influenced by factors outside of this research. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of motivation, work discipline and the ability to work on the performance of the employees of the Department of Manpower, Transmigration and Population of Central Java province. A sample of 100 respondents, using a quota sampling technique is a technique for determining the sample of the population that have certain characteristics to the number (quota) is desired. Samples were taken by delivering a fall or certain quorum of the group each unit consisting of a Secretariat, Sector Pentatrans, HI and Jamsos Field, Field wasnaker, Lattas Field, Field Dukcapil and Functional Division. Methods of data analysis using linear regression. The test results showed that motivation positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, work discipline and significant positive effect on employee performance and the ability to work and significant positive effect on employee performance. From the regression equation showed that the work discipline more positive effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.377; furthermore workability also a positive effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.368 and motivation positive influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.178. Abstract

Each company has a desire to improve and develop the business in ways that are arranged in a program to improve employee performance. In order to improve the performance, so that employees can work on target companies, ultimately enabling the company to compete with other companies. As for which is used as a population are all employees of BNI Semarang branch office numbering 77 employees. Sample selection technique using the method Purpose Sampling.
