Abstract

ABSTRACT The Influence of Employee Performance on the Quality of Public Services in One-Stop Integrated Services and Investment Services and Manpower at Jembrana Regency. The purposei ofi writing this scientific paper is to find out whether there is an influence of employee performance oni thei qualityi ofi publici services ini thei One Stop Integrated Services Investment Office and Manpower at Jembrana Regency. While the expected benefits are toi measure employeei performancei against thei qualityi ofi public services in improving service quality. Methoodi usingi in thsi studyi is ai quantitativesi methoodi.Based on descriptive data the assessment of Employee Performance has sgnificants influences on Service Quality.clarified in thati the Employee Performance variable has a strong and positive level of relationsip to the Employee Quality, while the magnitude of the influence of the variable Employee Performance on Service Quality is showed by determinant coefficient value of 0.543. Abstract

ABSTRACT The existence of LPD in Bali plays a major role in constructing Desa Adat (village).To maintain the existence of LPD in Bali, the villagers need to support it and the staff also has to improve their service quality because the service quality can affect the customers’ loyalty. This study is to investigate the effect of service quality towards customers’ loyalty of LPD Desa Adat Anggungan. This study is a quantitative study which uses questionnaire technique to collect data. The sample of this study was 98 customers which is gathered by using Slovin pattern.To investigate the effect of independent variable towards dependent variable, the researcher did a simple linear analysis. Hypothesis testing was done using t test. The result of the study shows that the service quality gives positive and significant impact towards customers’ loyalty of LPD Desa Adat Anggungan. Abstract

ABSTRACT Implementation of Bali Governor Regulation No. 67 of 2016 concerning 2017’s Minimum Wages must be overseen by the Labor Inspector of the Department of Manpower and Energy Mineral Resources of Bali Province. This research was conducted because implementation minimum wages isn’t optimal, especially tourism sector in Denpasar. This can be seen from number of complaints submitted by workers. The system of implementing supervision is carried out by repressive control in two ways, first by prior notification of business actors to be examined. Second by inspective, examining directly in the company. The conclusion is, implementation control of minimum wages has been implemented well. However, there’re still a number of obstacle, 1) Lack of labor inspectors 2) Low understanding and awareness of companies and employees of regulations 3) Insensitivity to workers reporting violations that occur in the company. The efforts made to overcome these obstacles by 1) Maximizing the potential of Labor Inspectors 2) Conducting socialization to workers and company management 3) Providing guidance to the object of control. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of contract labor performance in the Manpower Office and Denpasar City Competency Certification by using measurement indicators namely quantity, quality, timeliness, adaptability, work performance, and job satisfaction. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicated that the effectiveness of the performance of fully contracted labor can be said to be good but has not been able to be implemented by several contract workers. This can be seen from the six indicators used, where only indicators of quality, adaptability, and work performance have been properly while the indicators of quantity, timeliness, and job satisfaction have not optimaly implemented. Abstract

ABSTRACT Health is a desire for all people in each region both in the city and in the village. Indonesia itself has Law No. 18 of 2008 concerning Waste Management, this is proof of the government's seriousness in terms of combating waste, which is increasing in number each year and also various characteristics of Tangkas Village, Klungkung Subdistrict, Klungkung Regency is one of the villages in Bali that has its own way of dealing with waste issues starting from the village level. The results of this research show the collaboration between Tangkas Village Government and TPS3R Darma Winangun (Reduse Waste Management Site, Reuse, Recycle) has continued to strive to always invite Tangkas Village people to care more about waste problems and their impact on the environment, the role of the Village Government Tangkas and TPS3R (Reduse Waste Management Site, Reuse, Recycle) Darma Winangun should have a short-term goal by determining the achievement of the number of customers of Darma Winangun's TPS3R (Reduse Waste Management, Reuse, Recycle). Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the missions of Bank Rakyat Unit Gianyar is Providing excellent service to customers through a wide-spread network and supported by professional human resources and reliable information technology by implementing risk management and excellent Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices, however, this goal is not yet in line with the requirements. Therefore, the writer wants to find out the quality of service by using qualitative methods and using the quality of service as a reference, then using interactive analysis techniques Miles and Huberman to provide conclusions and verification. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was to determiine how effective the Management of Viillage-Owned Enterpriises (BUMDes) iin Kerta Sari Utama in Kesiman Kertalangu Village and BUMDes Sima Sari Dana in Kesiman Petilan Village in Increasing Village Original Revenue (PADes) using effectiveness measures was done through resource approach, process approach, goal approach. This study proves that the management of BUMDes Kerta Sari Utama and BUMDes Sima Sari Dana in improving PADes has been going well but has not been effective because there are still hindrance to the measurement indicators. Abstract

zABSTRACTz Tegenungan Traditional Village as one of the traditional villages in Gianyar Regency has tourism potential. The unique thing about this Tegenunan Customary Village is that it has been able to manage tourism potential to be developed into an Indigenous Village Owned Enterprise (CV Tegenungan Mertha Jiwa Wahana Tirta). The purpose of this study was to determine extent of the strategy set by Tegenungan Customary Village in managing the attraction of Tegenungan Waterfall. The unit of analysis of this research is the Tegenungan Traditional Village. This research uses explorative qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of the strategies set by the Tegenungan Customary Village still experiencing some obstacles, obstacles in the field of planning and implementation in the field. This research resulted in a strategy to improve access to tourism objects, improve parking lots, develop tourist attractions owned by the Tegenungan Traditional Village. Abstract

ABSTRACT Denpasar is the region with the highest population in the Province of Bali. Due to the large number of population, it will affect the number of job seekers in an area. Therefore, Denpasar has to deal with unemployment issues, The Department of Labor and Denpasar Competency Certification has made efforts to overcome this issue by running the employment placement services. This study aims at finding the performance of the Department of Labor and Competency Certification of Denpasar in employment placement services. The results of this study showed that the performance of The Department of Labor and Denpasar Competency Certificationis good enough. It indicates good human resources and infrastructure, well-responded to any complaints, have achieved the target even though the numbers are unstable and able to be responsible and report all activities both in the internal and external environment of the organization. Abstract

ABSTRACT Mengwi Village Government established a Village-Owned Business Entity (BUMDes) as a driving force to improve village economy and community empowerment based on village potential. Results of this study is the performance of Mengwi BUMDes has not gone well in terms of output, results, business links with achievement and explanatory information during the 4 years of the estblishment BUMDes. The performance of BUMDes in community empowerment also has not been maximally seen from the indicators of enabling, empowering, and protecting. The obstacles in realizing community empowerment through BUMDes are lack of guidance from local government and less competent human resources. Suggestions that can be give for guidance and guidance from the local government, there needs to be a refresher for the management to realize community empowerment through BUMDes in Mengwi Village.
