Abstract

ABSTRACT The purposemof thismresearch is to find out the Implementation ofcPTSLnPolicy at NationalmLandmOffice of Tabanan Regency. This researchcused a qualitativenmethod with a descriptive approach.fThe theorymused in this research isvthe policy implementationmtheory of vanfMeter and vanmHorn which has sixrvariables that affectfperformance of public policydimplementation. The variables are policymstandarts and objectives; Themresources; The characteristics ofmimplementing agencies; The Comunicationmofkinter-organizational; The dispositionmor response of the implementers andmThe economic, socialmand political environment. Based onmthe results of the research,mthemimplementation of landmregistration policy throughmPTSL program in Tabanan Regency hasmbeenmrunning wellmbut not optimalmbecause theremare somemobstacles to the measurementmvariables includingmlack of humanmresources, poor communication inter-organizationsmand lack of publicmawarenessmin registering land. Abstract

ABSTRACT The tourism sector has the potential to be developed as a source of regional. To increased (PAD), the government need to develop and facilitate tourism sited so that the tourism sector could contribute for economic development. The purpose of this study was to find out what strategy managing tourism in increasing locally-generated revenue (PAD). The result of this study indicated adopted by the Klungkung District tourism management to increased local revenue.This research produced alternative strategized for SO (Strenghs-Opportunities) namely, established special management bodies in every tourism object, utilized technology as a marketing medium in an effort to increase the number tourism visited that have an impact on increasing Semarapura City Tour tourism revenue. Abstract

ABSTRACT Badung Regency tourist destination thatalways crowded with tourists, especially in Kuta. Traditional Village of Kuta, or simply Kuta, is most favorite destinations. However, in 2015-2018 there has also been increase the number of theft crime in Kuta so the Australian Embassy issued a Travel Advisory. The purposes of this study are to find out and analyze the role of the Tourism Government Official of Badung Regency and the Government of Kuta in minimizing the criminal acts using the role theory of Henry Mintzberg. The role namely Interpersonal Role, Informational Role, and Decisional Role. The results showed that the Tourism Government Official of Badung Regency did its role but not by optimally, while the Government of Kuta has carried out role optimally in minimizing the crime by installing 100 CCTVs, doing night patrols, the formation of SJBS, as well as the completion of Awig-Awig and Pararem.
