Field experiment to be done to know effect of Phosphate solublizing fungi (PSF) and anorganic P fertilizer on corn on ultisol. The Randomly Complete Block design used that consist two factors, eg. fungi of PSF and anorganic P fertilizer. Factor fungi of PSF (M) with four levels : M0 = without PSF; M1= PSF from corn  rizhosphere (10 ml/plant hole); M2= PSF from chilli rizhosphere  (10 ml/plant hole) and M3=PSF from banana rizhosphere. (10 ml/plant hole). Second factor was anorganic P fertilizer (P) with three levels: P0= without anorganic P fertilizer; P1= halp of anorganic P fertilizer recomendation dosage and P2= anorganic P fertilizer recomendation dosage. Results showed that application of PSF increased plant  hight of plant hingher than without PSF. Abstract

ABSTRACTIn context farming activities of the people in Deli Serdang regency, especially poultry found two models of implementation that can be compare the effectiveness and efficiency, which is independent of livestock and livestock partner. In practice, more common people of independent farms, although with limitations, compared with cattle that generally supported partnering with strong funding and facilities of the partner companies. But it can not be denied, that although the company was providing facilities to farmers in partnership, the income of independent farmers is precisely at times better than the farmer partners. The results of this study clearly show that total revenue well above independent breeders partner. This paradoxical incident allegedly because independent farmers do not depend on the company partnership (in terms of policy and price), free to sell on the market and more cost-efficient production although acclaimed independent farmer must have more capital. It appears that the presence of the company partnered with the breeder people do not always provide satisfactory results in terms of both production and income. Therefore required a more in-depth understanding of all parties that partnership, so that in practice actually escorted such a way that can be run in accordance with the concept of partnership has been agreed previously. And for independent farmers are advised to absorb more current information about the farm a better and profitable (effective and efficient). Keywords: Farmer, income, partnership

Abstract

Noodle is one of the many popular food especially for the Indonesian people. Noodles made from wheat flour which is still imported by Indonesia. It is required to replace wheat flour. Alternative materials that can be used is mocaf. Mocaf has characteristics like wheat flour. The weakness of Mocaf is the absence of gluten and low protein content, therefore it needs to be added by source of protein like white oyster mushrooms. This research aimed to determine the effect of oyster mushroom flour and drying time on the quality of dried noodle from Mocaf. This research used a Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) consisting of two factors, first is the addition of oyster mushrooms flour factor (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%) and second is drying time factor (20,40,60,80 minutes). Based on this research the best treatment of organoleptic properties was addition of oyster mushroom flour 5% and 20 minutes drying time, while in terms of chemistry at the addition of oyster mushrooms flour 20 % and 80 minutes drying time. Keywords : drying time, dried noodle, mocaf, oyster mushrooms flour.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the efficiency of use of production factors of land, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, labor towards rainfed rice production through integrated crop management approach, using Cobb-Douglass and economic efficiency (allocative price). The results obtained statistically R-square value of 0.95 which indicates that simultaneously (synchronously) rainfed rice production is influenced by land, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, labor force by 95%, and is supported by the value of the f-count 181.400> f-table 2,404 at level of 95% (α 0.05). Test the partial effect of production factors of land, seed, fertilizer production significantly while factors pesticides, labor did not significantly affect rainfed rice production at a level of 95% (α 0.05). Based on the value of elasticity factor of production is 0.317 which means that the general rainfed rice farming in the position of decreasing returns to scale, meaning that each additional factors of production in the production process will lead to an additional reduction in yield. Value economic allocative efficiency shows that the prices of production factors of land has not been efficient so that the user needs to be added while the factors of production of seed, fertilizers, pesticides, labor should be reduced because it is inefficient in its use. Keywords: Efficiency, Production Factors
