Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and communication styles on employee performance at the Gajahmada Graha Hotel in Malang. This type of research is the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of the Hotel Gajahmada Graha Malang as many as 56 employees. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sampling technique, which is determining the number of samples from all population members, namely 56 employees. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that: (1) Leadership style does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Simultaneously together leadership and communication styles have a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the store atmosphere, product diversity, and promotion of purchasing decisions on Ramayana Department Store consumers in Malang. The independent variables in this study are Store Atmosphere, Product Diversity and Promotion, then the dependent variable is the Purchasing Decision. This research was conducted at the Ramayana Department Store Malang, the sample in this study were 112 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses accidental sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on research that has been done the results show that the Store Atmosphere, Product Diversity and Promotion have a partial and simultaneous effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a person's emotional response to work situations and conditions. This study aims to determine 1) The effect of quality of work life and work environment on employee job satisfaction, 2) The effect of quality of work life on employee job satisfaction, 3) The effect of work environment on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Social Service of Malng City. This type of research is quantitative research. The population and sample of this study were 30 civil servants. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interview observation, and documentation. The results showed that the quality of work life and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction in the Social Service of Malng City. The better the quality of work life and work environment, the better job satisfaction of employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, 2) the effect of work commitment on employee job satisfaction, 3) the influence of organizational culture and work commitment on employee job satisfaction. This research at PT. AXA Financial Indonesia Malang branch. The population in this study were all employees, amounting to 40, the sampling technique was by sampling saturation (total sampling). Data collection by distributing questionnaires and interviews and measurement of statement scores using the Likert scale 1-5. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work commitment variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as evidenced from the results of the t test. And organizational culture and work commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as evidenced by the results of the F test.

Abstract

Human resource management is part of organizational management that focuses on the elements of human resources. The success of an organization in achieving organizational goals is determined by employee performance. The ability of employees to do the work for which they are responsible is a benchmark for achieving organizational goals. Employees in achieving organizational goals have responsibilities that must be completed by employees who are given the responsibility to complete them. Factors that also affect employee performance are the work environment, compensation and motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, compensation and motivation. To determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance, to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance and to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Malang Regency. This type of research is quantitative. Then use probability sampling techniques. This study used a sample of 86 respondents taken from employees of the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Malang Regency. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the work environment of compensation and motivation has a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of price discounts on Indomaret consumer impulse buying in Lawang District of Malang Regency and (2) the effect of bonus packs on Indomaret consumer impulse buying in Lawang District of Malang Regency. This research was conducted at the Indomaret minimarket in Lawang District Malang Regency, for primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents using accidental sampling method with the criteria that respondents had made an impulse buying purchase in Indomaret Lawang District. Data collection in the study only used 3 villages namely Bedali, Kalirejo and Lawang villages from 12 villages in Lawang Subdistrict, to facilitate and shorten the time in data collection. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the analysis of the effect of price discounts and bonus packs on impulse buying, it can be concluded that price discounts do not have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying and bonus packs have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Location, Price and Halal Labels on Purchasing Decisions of Wardah Products in Malang. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were consumers in Malang who bought Wardah products with a sample size of 112 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the location, price and halal variables partially have a positive effect on the purchasing decision of Wardah products in Malang Aster Shop. As well as location, price and halal labels simultaneously have a positive effect on the decision to purchase Wardah products in Aster Store Malang.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality, price, and discount on purchasing decisions fladeo brand shoes. This research was conducted in university kanjuruhan malang, the population in this study were students who had bought or used fladeo brand shoes and a sample of 114 students. Sampling technique in this study using accidental sampling method and data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The research instrument test was tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of the study show that simultaneously the brand image, product quality, price, and discount have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, partially brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, discount have no significant effect on purchasing decisions.
