Abstract

This research has point of departure at less optimally student’s character development in school environment like toward the teachers and their friends. The purpose of estabilishing this research is lescribing teacher’s role toward student’s character at SMA Negeri 4 Padang, with limitation of the problem is the teacher’s role as effective lovers, model and instructor who have ethic in estabilishing studen’s character. Kinds of research is descriptive qualitative. Populasi is all of students at SMA Negeri 4 Padang. With 853 students. The technique of sampling is stratified random sampling. The total sample is 89 students. Then, the instrument which used question naire. Moreover, to analyze the data, the reseacher use percentage technique. The result of the research show that most of student state teachers have a lot of role toward estabilishing student’s character. The result of the research based on the sub variable are 1) the teacher’s role as effektive lover, the students say that the teacher have a lot of role in establishing student’s character, 2) the student’s perception about teacher’s role as a model also show the same result is the teachers have a lot of role in establishing student’s character, 3) the student’s also say that the teacher’s have a lot of role in establishing student’s character in their role as a instructor. Therefore, student’s character will be good if teacher’s have more frequent role establishing student’s character.

Abstract

Background of this research is student’s behavior phenomenon in the school like brawl, figh that do by student’s in the class, indecent behavior. Therefore, student’s of result study is not good, do not success in Ujian Nasional (UN), etc. This problem identify teacher’s approaches are important to solve that problems through counseling approaches. That’s are: 1) removing student’s aggression through group counseling, which can see from group counseling application. 2) removing student’s behavior aggression through group counseling which can see from the advantages of group counseling. Design of this research is descriptive research. Means, describing of condition, facts, and reality in the field about removing of student’s agression behavior through group counseling. There are 6 informant in this research. The informant divide into two categories are 2 counselor as core informant and 4 students as additional informant instrument of this research is interview. Technique of data collection is reduction of data, presenting the data, and taking of conclution. The result of this research shows that: 1) counselor did group counseling well to remove student’s behavior agression. 2) the advantage of group counseling is there are changing student’s behavior become good behavior, and student’s feel happy to do group counseling. Refering to this research is recommended to counselors to avoid student’s behavior agression through group counseling.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the conditions encountered in the field that is still the doubts of students to counselors in dealing with the problem and consider the school counselor as a police officer to be in fear . This study aimed to describe : 1 ) The responsibility of the counselor, 2 ) Personality counselor . This type of research is classified as a descriptive quantitative research . The population of this research that all students in high school Dian Andalas Padang numbered 339 people , with a sampling technique stratified random sampling done by the number 77 . The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and analyzed by using percentages . The results of this study reveal the perceptions of students about the existence of a counselor visits the responsibility is on the criteria of a good counselor and counselor personality are the criteria very well . It can be concluded that the perceptions of students about the existence of high school counselors in the field of Andalas Dian excellent . This research was recommended to learners to further appreciate , respect again counselor , do not give a negative assessment of the responsibilities or duties or counselor personality .

Abstract

The background of this research was the students showed the bad attitude in learning process,got the low mark, do not learn about the material that gave by teacher before, the students do not pastin do the exercise, the students is often disturb their friend in learning process, and showed the badbehavior such as to play truant, go home early. The purpose of this research describes: 1) The internalfactors cause difficulty in learning process by students. 2) The external factors cause difficulty inlearning process by students. This research is descriptive quantitative. Population is students of classX that have difficulty in learning process which do not get the target in Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal(KKM), amounting 119 students. Sample is using total sampling, population is as sample. The total ofthe sample in this research is 119 students. The sources of the data is Primer data and Sekunder data.Instruments that used by researcher was questionnaire. Technique to analysis was Mean Hipotetic.The result of this research found that: 1) The internal factors cause difficulty in learning process bystudents in high category. 2) The external factors cause difficulty in learning process by students incategory high enough. Based on this result of research, it found that factors internal and external werefactors that make students were difficulty in learning process. Abstract

Violence conducted by students is much more in news than before , one of the violence is about bullying.Bullying is a behavior of aggressive which is very dangerous behavior , it’s like violence, brawl and bullying, whereIs the counseling teacher be charged to give more attention to handle the situation to the students who involvedbullying. The purpose that we want in this research is the factor cause why the students do bullying in SMPN 15 inpadang, focus of the research is about school environment is not good. Seniority never be solved, the teacher givethe example to the student how bad the bullying, disharmony in home, and character of children. The research dowith qualitative approach which is descriptive is to describe the cause, fact and reality in the area is about factorscausing the students to do a bullying. While the informant in the research is : the students, the victim of the students,counseling teachers, and classroom teacher. The instrument that the researchers use in the research is interview andstudy documentation technique use in data processing by data reduction, the presentation of data and conclusion.Result of the research reveal that the factors can make the students do the bullying is violence in schoolenvironment, and the teachers give an appropriate example and don’t respect the students ,the seniority unresolvedand seniors who behave what they want. Aggressive ,spiteful student and less of the communication students withtheir parents. Based on the research recommended to the students, counseling teachers and related people toovercome the bullying, it’s like brawl, fight, violence, bullying and humiliation at school.

Abstract

The research was motivated by students who were not able to interacted with social.Based on the observation shown that there were students who are members of the students’ unionavoided from social contact who were not members of students’ union. The research wasconducted at SMK Negeri 6 Padang. This study aimed to determine the social interaction ofstudents who follow OSIS were seen from social contact and communication. This research isdescriptive quantitative. The populations of the study were all students who followed the students’union at SMK Negeri 6 Padang. The sampling technique was conducted with a total samplingwhere all learners who followed OSIS as research samples for specific purpose. The researchertook 28 students as samples in this study who followed the students’ union at SMK Negeri 6Padang. Data were obtained through a questionnaire. The data were processed using techniquespercentage. From the data analysis it can be concluded that the social interaction of students whofollow OSIS were seen from social contact and communication that have categorized very good.Social interaction of learners who followed OSIS were seen from social contact which were have acategorized very good. These results indicate that the majority of learners who followed OSISwere seen from social contacts that have very good social interaction. meanwhile social interactionof students that followed the students’ union were viewed from their communication, which beseen the categorized very good. These results indicated that the majority of students who followedstudents’ union were viewed from their communication that have very good social interaction.

Abstract

The background of this research is about there are so many pra adult people who delayed their married, However, in our religion, married is a circumcision from our prophet which have so many benefit for pra adult people. Purpose of this research is to know the factor cause pra adult people delay their married. This research is descriptif kualitatif research. Informan is three pra adult people and the support informan are six people: three mothers and three sisters of pra adult in marunggi village kecamatan pariaman selatan. Data of this research was collected by interview. Goal of the data test by used data triangulasi, from the data analyse by interactive model among of collect data, data reduksi, presentasion and make conclusion.the result of research find out that it this caused pra adult people delay meried are: often faluare loking for partner not research maturity age which infact, rarely has opportunity to meed by commensurable opposite gender, higt indentify by parent, egosentrism and narsism to much season install from cultures of individualism because has duty and family, trauma of broken home and the fat is in the fire think of carrier.

Abstract

However because it’s still not applied yet in that school, a research was done in order to describe: 1) The forms of cooperation between counselor with class teachers in students morale education in view of action learning approach, 2) The forms of cooperation between counselor with class teachers in students morale education in view of cognitive development approach. The quantitative descriptive type research is used with certain population of 204 with 41 sample. Sample was taken using proportional random sampling technique. This research instrument is in the form of quistionnaire. Data analysis is processed with kriterium sturgess and persentative formulation. Research results prove that: 1) Forms of cooperation between counselor with class theachers in students moral education of class IX considering action learning approach is in the good category, 2) The forms of cooperation between counselor with class teachers in students moral education of class IX considering cognitive development is in the passable category.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the condition of the student’s who undergo mentalnot yet healthy. The research aims to: 1) describe form the student’s mental health it can beseen from aspect self comprehension. 2) describe from counseling that done to increase thestudent’s mental health it can be seen from self comprehension. This research is hoped willbe useful for other people such as counselor, the students, counseling coordinal, headmasterand other researcher. This research is descriptive quantitative research. In this research thereseach used proportionate sampling in selecting sampel , the sum of population were 283students and the sum of respondent were 74 students. In this research the researcher usedquestionnaire as instrument. Meanwhile to analyze the data the researcher used percentage.The result of this research is: 1) the form of student’s mental health it can be seen from selfcomprehension it can be classified into good. 2) the form of counseling that was done toincrease the student’s mental health it can be seen from self comprehension it can beclassified into very good.

Abstract

This research was based of counselor still not make an effort to help a students who haveunder achiever. This study aimed to describe: 1) Efforts counselor in understanding students underachiever based on internal factors, 2) Efforts counselor in understanding students under achieverbased on external factors, 3) Efforts counselor in addressing student under-achiever. This researchwas conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach. As an informant researcher take 3 as keyinforman and aditied informant 2 other. To gathering the data research using interview and thedata analyze with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The purposes study of thisresearch using: 1) Efforts counselor understanding students under achiever by internal factorsalready done but not maximized. 2) Efforts counselor in understanding students under achiever byexternal factors has been carried out with the maximum. 3) Efforts counselor in addressing studentunder-achiever already done but not maximized.
