Abstract

Perkawinan endogami adalah suatu sistem perkawinan yang mengharuskan kawin dengan pasangan hidup yang seklan (satu suku atau keturunan) dengannya atau melarang seseorang melangsungkan perkawinan dengan orang yang berasal dari klan atau suku lain. (Hadikusuma, 1990)Perkawinan endogami (antar sepupu) tidak termasuk salah satu dari perkawinan yang diharamkan. Oleh karena itu, sesama anak paman atau anak bibi; boleh kawin satu sama lain dan perkawinannya sah.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bone merupakan daerah di Sulawesi Selatan yang memiliki hukum adat, (Bisri, 2004:112) yang dipegang teguh oleh masyarakatnya. (Abdurahman, 1984:20) Paham masyarakat akanadat sangat kental.Pelaksanaan walimah yang tidak sesuai dengan adat istiadat yang berkembang dalam masyarakat, maka akan mendapat sanksi sosial. Budaya walimah di Kabupaten Bone banyak dipengaruhi oleh adat istiadat yang sedikit bertentangan dengan makna hadis tersebut.Kajian ini dimaksudkan untuk membuka wacana dan wawasan keislaman, khususnya dalam kajian Hadis yang membicarakan perihal resepsi atau walimah perkawinan
