Abstract

Hasil dari penelitian adalah didalam pemberianmotivasikepadapegawai adalahsalahsatuupayakearah peningkatan prestasikerjapegawai.Denganpemberianmotivasitersebut akandimungkinkan terjadisuatupeningkatanprestasikerja.Halinikarena pegawaiakanterdoronguntukmendapatkansuatupenghargaan danmereka berusahamenghindari terjadinyahukumanatassegalakegiatanhasil kerjanya. Pemberianmotivasikepadapegawaiselainberwujud pemberian insentifjugadapatdilakukan denganmemberikan kedudukan dalamsuatu jabatantertentupadasuatuunitorganisasi.Pengangkatan pegawaidalam suatujabatantertentudiharapkan dapatmendorongpegawaiuntuklebih bekerja keras sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang optimal. Hasilwawancara pegawaidiBadanKepegawaian DaerahKabupaten Kutai Barat tanggal24.Februari 2014, menunjukkan bahwapendapatpegawaiterhadap insentifyangdiberikandariatasanadalah11pegawai atau 68,75% menyatakan kadang-kadang   menerima  insentif  dan  5  orang atau 31,25%  memberikan jawabantidakpernahdiberikan. Selanjutnyasesuaidengan asaspembinaanPegawai NegeriSipilyaitu sistemkarirdanprestasikerjapegawai,pengangkatan dalamjabatanini merupakansuatubentukpengembangankarirpegawaiyangberdasarkan padaprestasikerjapegawai.Pengangkatan dalamjabataninijugasangat perlusupayapegawaimemilikipenghargaanberupahpengangkatan dalam jabatandimaksuddapatmemperolehtepatpadawaktunya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the positive role against the leadership of the professional performance of the employees of the Bapemas And Pemdes of East Kutai Regency to get the data the author doing such research. The results showed that the leadership was instrumental to the performance of the employees of the apparatus, in the sense that the performance factors Bapemas And Pemdes employees apparatus Kutai Regency East from month to month and even from year to year changes are increasing. This was followed by the professionalism of the leadership in this case serves as a variable for it. To improve the performance of the apparatus, in addition to other factors then the leadership factor needs to get attention so work achievement officers of Bapemas And Pemdes of East Kutai Regency could be improved.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine if the work environment has an impact on employees working spirit. Therefore to get this writer doing research in the Office of Public Works in East Kalimantan Province.This type of research are verified by the author, which is a study that you want to know and find the relationship between the two variables is to analyze the results of the study using a random lottery technique 50% of the 48 people to 24 employees..To prove the existence of the effect between the two variables the authors use Moment Correlation formula. Abstract

 ABSTRAKDari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa koefisien korelasi Product Moment yang dihasilkan adalah r = 0,542.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, jelas terlihat bahwa variabel disiplin kerja pegawai mempunyai hubungan yang positif dengan variabel peningkatan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat.  Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil perbandingan antara nilai r empiris (hitung) dengan nilai r teoritis (tabel) pada tabel harga-harga kritis untuk r product moment, yaitu r(hit) = 0,542 > r(tab) = 0,325 pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05 untuk n = 37. Ini berarti bahwa ada hubungan yang positif antara variabel disiplin kerja pegawai dengan variabel peningkatan kualitas pelayanan.Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang dibuat untuk pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji-t, di dapat hasil t(hit) = 3,817, hasil perhitungan tersebut memperlihatkan bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yang terdapat pada tabel harga-harga kritis student-t untuk n-2 pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05, yaitu t(hit) = 3,817> t(tab) = 1,690.  Ini berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari variabel disiplin kerja pegawai terhadap variabel peningkatan kualitas pelayanan.  Dengan demikian dapat pula dikatakan bahwa rumusan masalah di dalam penelitian ini telah terjawab dan hipotesis yang diajukan dapat dibuktikan kebenarannya.

Abstract

The Influence Of Leadership On The Work Achievement Employees In District Of Tenggarong Kutai Kartanegara Regency Opposite.This research aims to find data and information on the implementation of human resources empowerment in improving employee performance and know what are the obstacles in the implementation of human resources empowerment in improving employee performance as well as find out about problem-solving efforts done to overcome the obstacles of implementation of human resources empowerment in improving the performance of employees at an Office in the Town of Tenggarong Kutai Kartanegara Regency of .The result of the research is that; Based Upon the results of data analysis, whether in the form of deskripsidata and hypothesis testing, then partially contained significant positive influence Pimimpinan of employee accomplishments Office of the Town of Tenggarong Kutai Kartanegara Regency Opposite. Halinidapatdilihatdari results of the counting of the data which thitung (X 1 = 1,716) > ttabel. (1,703).With a high motivation work achievement expected of the employees were also higher.  In addition, the data is also reinforced by the description of Mr. h. Totok Sunarto, SP. MM, as the head of Tenggarong Kutai Kartanegara Regency, Opposite that employees who work the Office has a high achievement due to the attitude of the democratic leadership is applied by the leadership in this regard is the Head, so that the achievements of the work of his officers were also on the rise. Each has something to do with the interests of employees, the Office (direction through Sekcam) always promotes employees. So according to him there is a transparent siantara Office (Chairman) and its employees.  the employees, so that there is a tendency in low motivation then his achievements were also low.As has been pointed out in the discussion above, that motivation is one of the important factors in an effort to increase the level of employment an employee achievement. However, apart from the factor of motivation are not equally important is good leadership factor, which is applied by a leader in order to affect the soldiers, and in this study proved that variable leadership turned out to be a significant positive effect on the work achievement of Tenggarong Subdistrict Office employees across the District kukar. It can be proved by the results of the calculations through the help of the program SPSS for Windows ver. 17, conducted by the researchers, in a study partially variable of leadership can be shown with the value koefisienthitung lebihkecildarittable yaituX2 = 0.546 > 1,703.  So from the above calculation can be inferred that, variable partial leadership potential negative influence on the work achievement of Tenggarong Subdistrict Office clerk in Opposite Kukar.As already outlined in the previous discussion that a simultaneous leadership variable has a significant positive effect on employee work performance, it can be seen from the test by using a Test F IE testing all together against the leadership of the variables work achievement a clerk in an Office opposite the Tenggarong subdistrict of the Kutai Kartanegara Regency, which suggests that the results of the calculation of the value of the Fhitung hypothesis amounted to 8.744 .40 sedangkannilaiFtabel3. Pada pengujian ini H0 rejected because (8.744 > 3.40) of the results shows that the variables of motivation and leadership when tested simultaneously or terdapatpengaruh very closely together towards achievement of work clerk in kantorKecamatanTenggarong opposite the District kukar.In the blurb has been previously explained that the leadership factor is a factor which is very vital in order to increase the quality of the work and accomplishments of its employees. And this is where the role of a leader in giving good direction and influence to his very necessary, because the pattern of good leadership will greatly affect the results that will be obtained by his subordinates. Here in every Stride a good leader is always striving to provide the service to his subordinates and always favors the interests of the Member or employee, other than that a good leader in the leadership, so it will always hold fast to the principles of truth and justice in order to achieve the common good.So it is clear already that in addition to motivation factors are needed for the efforts of the employees, work achievement improvement factor applied by the leadership of a Chief was also very influential and very big role against the efforts to improve the quality and achievements of the work of the employees.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara variabel motivasi terhadap variabel Semangat Kerja Pegawai khusus berpendidikan SLTA atau sederajat pada Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Barat.              Berdasarkan tujuan penelitian tersebut di atas, maka analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Koefisien Korelasi Product Moment (Pearson). Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya Pengaruh yang Positif antara motivasi dengan semangat kerja Pegawai berpendidikan SLTA atau sederajat pada Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Barat. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang menyatakan bahwa r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel  yaitu 0, 688 > 0,312. Untuk nilai kritis pada n = 40 dengan taraf signifikansi = 0.05 dengan demikian maka kedua variabel mempunyai hubungan yang positif.                  Setelah r hitung didapat, maka selanjutnya penulis mengadakan pengujian dengan menggunakan uji-t. hipotesis ini, nilai t hitung lebih besar dari nilai t tabel  dengan taraf signifikasi 0,05 untuk n – 2 = 38, yaitu 5,849 > 1,686 atau dengan kata lain bahwa  terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel motivasi terhadap variabel semangat kerja pegawai berpendidikan SLTA pada Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Barat, hal ini berarti bahwa hipótesis yang diajukan dan dirumuskan didalam penelitian ini dapat diterima dan dibuktikan kebenarannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan yang positif antara Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja Pegawai, khususnya di Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kutai Barat.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Kepemimpinan dengan variabel Disiplin Kerja Pegawai pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kutai Barat.  Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil uji statistik dimana koefisien korelasi (r) adalah sebesar 0,569 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang kuat diantara kedua variabel.Sementara itu hasil uji t (t-test) menunjukkan bahwa t empiris yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 3,285.  Hasil ini jika dibandingkan dengan tabel harga-harga kritis t untuk n – 2 adalah 1,671.  Ini berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan dengan disiplin kerja.  Dengan demikian maka dapat dikatakan pula bahwa tujuan penelitian ini dapat tercapai, permasalahan dapat terpecahkan dan hipotesis dapat dibuktikan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pengawasan berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Untuk mendapatkan data penulis melakukan penelitian pada Bagian Medical Check Up Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengawasan berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai  pada Bagian Medical Check Up Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan bahwa hasil dari analisis data rs hitung yang diperoleh lebih besar dibanding dengan harga table yaitu 0,770 > 0,456 pada tingkat kepercayaan 95 % untuk N = 14. Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian ini dapat diterima bahwa pengawasan berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai  pada Bagian Medical Check Up Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda

The types of data used include primary data and secondary data, while data sources are taken from informen competent, among which sub-district with several people on staff whose job it is related to the research problem under study. While data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data used is interactive model developed by Miles and Huberman.
